南エヴォイコス海を見渡す、Dikastikaの丘の端に位置するヴィラです。
海の感覚をそんなに近づけることは、陸に上陸した船に似ています。
あなたは日没時に空の最も美しい色を楽しむことができます。 落ち着いてリラックスするためのユニークな場所。
ヴィラは2つのレベルで構成されています。 1階には、暖炉のある広いリビングルーム、設備の整った広いキッチン、トイレがあります。 c。 またこのレベルではあなたが息をのむような景色を楽しむことができる大きなテーブルと椅子のある大きなテラスがあります。
下の2階へはエレベーターか階段で行くことができます。 このレベルには4つのベッドルームがあり、うち3つはダブルベッド、もう1つはシングルベッドです。すべての寝室はエアコンが装備されています。
滞在中はヴィラの全エリアにアクセスできます。
ただし、エレベーターがあるため、ヴィラはベビーカーにアクセス可能で、障害のある方にお勧めです。そしてもちろん、プールの使用は排他的です。
ホストは必要に応じて利用可能になります。

Bien mais loin d'être parfait

12 jours dans la Villa - A l'arrivée nous apprenons que la villa comprend 3 étages et non deux comme indiqué dans l'annonce..nous n'avons pas eu accès au rez-de-chaussée et que pour accéder à la piscine il faut passer par une porte sur le côté au premier étage descendre deux escaliers. le soir venu lorsque nous avons fermé les fenêtres au bout de 5 minutes la maison fut envahi par une très forte odeur de fioul. Une piece de service (dont nous n'avions pas la clef) se trouvent deux cuves à Fioul qui bien que vides relache une odeur à peine supportable. La Piscine est grande et belle. Les sunbeds ne suffisent pas; 3 plus 1 en forme de fauteuil n'offraient pas un grand confort (nous étions 5). Pas de de parasol du tout.A notre demande Marika a accepté de fournir 2 petits parasols.Piscine non nettoyer à notre arrivée. il a fallu attendre 3 jours. Et le nettoyage s'est à 15h00 alors que nous y étions. 1 seul autre nettoyage durant le sejours et encore à 15h. Il y a une pompe de relevage dans la Villa qui se declenche à grand bruit regulierement, même la nuit. Il n'y a pas de ménage fait durant le séjour. Noté que la Villa à droite et sa piscine sont très proches en fonction de la météo (et donc du vent) les avions de l'aeroport d'Athenes passent réguliérement au-dessus de la Villa. La villa a une vue à couper le souffle au second étage. Et est très calme car au bout de la route.Nous avons passé un bon séjour. le prix était un peu surcoté compte tenu de tous ces désagréments.

Dear Virginie, I knew from the first time I met you that your review would be less than 5 stars………. This property has always 5 stars reviews in all the platforms where is published. On the descriptions it is clear that you rent the 2 from the 3 levels of the property.You were the only guests at the hole property including the pool. We didn’t write in the description that we offer extra cleaning during the stay and I informed you at the check in that we will charge the linens and the towels as exactly we did. If you wanted an extra cleaning it will be an extra cost for you that you didn’t want to pay. Regarding the smell of petrol it was really bad and I fixed it the next morning.It was a period with really high temperatures in Greece , around 42° , and we had this problem in many villas from the boiler rooms.I apologised for this and I fixed it as soon as possible.The guests never have access to the boiler rooms.Regarding the sun umbrellas I bought 2 in a few hours after the check in because the most of the guests leave them open and brake from the wind. I informed you that the man who cleans the pool comes once a week and the time depends on his availability. Additionally you mentioned that you heard the noise from aeroplanes and I am laughing with it because we are 45km away from the airport. Perhaps you heard the aeroplanes but who can do something for this??? General please read more carefully the listing from the house you will rent the next time and please don’t forget that you rent a house and not a room in a hotel…… And it is better if you are not in the mood to go on vacations to stay at your home. It would be better for you and for all around you. After all I left for you 5 stars review which deserve to your polite boys.

Schönes haus nahe Strand, Athen und eingener Pool

Diese Haus ist ausserordentlich gut gelegen - etwas abseits aber für die Ruhe und Entspannung ideal. Der Eigene Pool, das grosse Haus und die 200 Grad rundum Sicht auf das Meer machen das entspannen einfach.. Athen / Flughafen ist 90 Minuten entfernt, der Strand 10-20 Minuten und der Pool 2 Stockwerke.. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sorgen sich sehr um einen und sind auch immer zus Stelle falls etwas sein sollte.

Marcel and his family were delightful guests. The House was left immaculate,all neat and tidy. I would welcome them back any time. Highly recommend to other hosts as guests!!!
