The house is beautiful and perfect size for our family of 9. It was very clean and spacious. We loved how everyone had their own bathrooms and we could all fit in the kitchen. The surrounding properties were gorgeous. The host communicated very well and was quick to respond. You will have to drive to go anywhere, but the views are worth it! I highly recommend staying here!

What a lovely house and grounds! We had such a a nice time and felt pampered throughout. Host was responsive and welcoming, and the cows were just lovely. Would stay again anytime. Very convenient location and top tier house!

Amazing

Booked property for son’s Wedding.(party of 8). House beautiful underfloor heating.5 well appointed bedrooms with en suite’s. 2 lounges and a stunning kitchen. Owner very friendly and helpful. Location amazing in the countryside but only 5 minute drive to Banbridge. Would highly recommend

Lovely House - great location

We are a 3 generation family group of seven and for us the house and location worked fabulously. The property is in a quiet location, surrounded by fields but close to the A1 road near Bambridge. We were about 30 minutes away from most of the places we wanted to visit which was ideal. We were also easily able to catch a train for a day out in Dublin from the station at Newry which is just a 10/12 minute drive away. The house is spacious and well laid out. Each couple had their own bathroom and privacy which is also important. We particularly liked the big bathroom with the tub bath not being one of the en-suites as this meant that anyone could use it. The house is well equipped, clean and furnished to a high standard. We did have a couple of maintenance issues but these were sorted speedily by Declan. We were also very grateful for the utility area which included a drier and ironing board as it was quite wet during our stay. The only suggestion for improvement we could add is that a shelf in the bathrooms to stand bottles/toothrbrushes etc on would be handy. And finally, we so appreciated the generous welcome food pack that was left for us - Thank you. We would certainly recommend this house for a holiday stay in the area.

Awesome vacation property!

We were at times 5 people and then as many as 9. The property is better than advertised and we would return in a heartbeat. The location is very central and in the middle of farm country. We had the owners 17 cows visit us daily and as our stay moved on they became very friendly. In addition, the owner (Declan) lives nearby and went above and beyond to provide assistance. This was my best VRBO rental this far. I highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Drumassallagh View with our family over the holiday season. The house is beautiful, spacious, very clean and comfortable and had all the facilities we needed and is in a very convenient location. Declan was was very easy to deal with; very welcoming on arrival and very communicative and responsive before we arrived and during our stay.

Amazing property!

Fantastic stay in a stunning house! It is a brilliant size and almost every bedroom had direct access to a bathroom. We stayed for my Mum’s 60th and it was perfect for our get together. Declan was very helpful and had left lots of treats including a bottle of Prosecco and Tayto Crisps, which where greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

Great house for a group

The house was great for our group of 6. There were 2 rooms that shared a Jack & Jill bathroom on the main floor and three bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Plenty of room to sit and relax, plus a very nicely appointed kitchen. We enjoyed our time at the house.

A good house in a fine location

We were there for our annual visit home which is a few miles away. The property was in a perfect location for us; it was lovely and quiet when we weren't there. The kids loved the fridge's built-in ice maker; the Wife liked the under-floor heating. Cattle in the fields as you'd hope for; shops nearby for necessities and treats. My daughter enjoyed it when we switched off the exterior lighting one night and we looked at the stars with really low light pollution from streetlamps and she saw a satellite in orbit. Special time had by all.

Came back second time, the house is amazing

Absolutely amazing house. We where there for a family get together with children of all ages...they absolutely love it...house is perfectly clean and warm with everything you need...highly recommended...we have been staying twice in a short period of time and would deffinetely be coming back...thank you Declan!

Family Wedding Trip

We had a great holiday at this property. Declan was a wonderful host. The place was spotless. Loved the large towels. Nice country setting, but close to the motorway access. We would definitely stay here again.

Wish we could have stayed longer

The house is fantastic it is like a 5 star hotel, we just wish we could have stayed longer!! It is very close to Banbridge and the boulevard but out in the beautiful countryside. It is a little tricky to find but that is the only very minor drawback

Stunning house and location

My family and I had a wonderful week in this house. It has everything you could wish for whilst being away from home. Declan is a fantastic host and easily contacted. The house was absolutely spotless on arrival with a few extra touches that make all the difference. The setting and views are stunning, yet close to many different facilities and lovely places to visit, with plenty of information available. A perfect location to access other parts of the area. I would thoroughly recommend this property. Thank you Declan for making a special visit a perfect treat.
