広々とした3ベッドルームの戸建ての家は静かな通り抜けの道を下りません。 3つのベッドルーム、1つのキングサイズ、1つのダブル、そして2つの二段ベッド付き。 全ての寝室はカーペット敷きです。 バスルームは最近交換されました。 フリービューのT. Vのあるラウンジ/ダイナー。 キッチンは新しくなったばかりで、電子レンジ、やかん、トースター、調理器具が付いています。 温室はとても広々としており、最近改装されました。8人用です。 道路駐車場の前と後の庭園（門なし）。

Lovely, spotlessly clean and perfectly prepared

Lovely house...exactly as described, though if anything better than listed details. House was spotlessly clean and perfectly prepared when we arrived. Everything was as it should be and ready for our stay. Lovely bedrooms and a delightful sunny garden. Location is great, only 10 minutes walk to the beach where we went swimming every day. Recommend this house for anyone looking for a lovely stay on Hayling.

Lovely warm and sunny house

We came from Australia and stayed 5 weeks. The position of the house is great, with amazing walks down either end of the road and very close to The Hayling Billie Trail. Beautiful sunset views from the second bedroom. Bathroom, downstairs toilet and kitchen were clean and recently renovated. Heating a hot water service were great. We stayed in the summer, but it felt as though it would be cosy in winter. We were a little disappointed with some kitchen equipment such as mismatched dinner set, no serving dishes, no coffee machine or tea pot. The oven was difficult to figure out, some instructions would be helpful. The conservatory was very good and easy for drying washing. The sofas were very comfortable and great for relaxing in the evening. The garden was a little overgrown with weeds, but otherwise quite nice. The most surprising and disappointing aspect of the house was the poor quality of the beds, especially the king sized bed. The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable and very thin. We ended up sleeping on top of the duvet (too hot anyway for summer) and used the single bed duvets as covering. Especially disappointed and surprised by this as we chose the house based on reviews by other users saying the beds were extremely comfortable. We both woke up every day with sore backs and poor sleep, so tired. This one issue would prevent us from returning (which we would like to do) unless the beds and mattresses were replaced.

New year with friends

We wanted a place to stay for New year with 4 friends, as there would be 6 of us, this was the perfect place, large property, plenty of seating, nice new bathroom and kitchen ( only thing missing was a dishwasher, but made a change to wash up lol)Beds were comfortable, and a quiet location. It was only a short walk to restaurants and a Tesco Express, close to the sea too. Would be a good place to stay in the summer months.

Beautiful stay in Hayling Island

After the last year we very much needed a relaxing family get away and this was the perfect place for it. The house is spacious, immaculate, well equipped house with a lovely garden. We had everything we needed within walking distance of the sea in one direction and the island being small enough to get everywhere easily. I had never been to Hayling Island before but will certainly be back! All communications with the hosts was friendly and efficient and we felt like they were on hand if we needed them. The conservatory and the washing machine were added highlights for me so the children had space to play in the evening and I could rinse the towels, but maybe I need to get out more :) Even the neighbours were friendly! Nothing to fault at all and one of the very few places we would consider revisiting.

Lovely stay at Hayling House

On arrival it was a bit tight reversing into the drive as a car parked nearly opposite made it a little difficult but this didn’t happen the rest of the stay. It was spacious and lovely and peaceful. We had lovely weather but am sure we would have been snug if it had been cold. Although it was bigger than we needed I would be happy to visit again.

Great location and comfy house.

Lovely location on Hayling Island with plenty of walks nearby. House was very clean and comfortable and small grandchildren loved large conservatory to play in. In Covid19 times this was a simple holiday within an hour of where we live but feeling like a completely different place.

Spacious Modern Home

We were a group of 4 adults, with kids. The house was ideal, for our needs. Clean, with all amenities, in a great location, with the host always providing quick responses. We look forward to visiting again.

Great house for sailors!

What a beautifully appointed and well set up holiday home! We were attending a sailing championship and the large conservatory, with washing machine and acres of space to dry gear was much appreciated. The whole place felt like the owners really cared for it, and it's a deceptively large space, easily able to cater for large parties. Well equipped kitchen, with loads of cutlery, crockery etc. The lounge easily seats 8, with a range of comfy leather sofas. Bedrooms all declared v comfortable by our party, and the area itself is very quiet as it's a cul-de-sac. The only difficulty we had was due to a neighbouring property parking a car right opposite the drive, and with a large car to turn in to a tight entrance it made it trickier than it need to have been. Lots of space for parking cars and trailers. Good range of shops nearby and a great place which we would definitely recommend and use again.
