Fortunately, there is plenty of room inside and outside for visiting and relaxing on one level. The view from the Lakeside Cottage is enhanced by being located on the widest portion of Kentucky Lake and being able to enjoy the river traffic on the Tennessee River.

Donelson with Civil War history or Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area plus much more in the area. We hope you are able to return soon.

We are pleased that you were able to take advantage of the amenities included with the Lakeside Cottage including (6) kayaks and a pedal boat plus a large gas grill on the deck overlooking the lake. We are glad you were cool and comfortable during the nation-wide heat wave last week. We hope if you return to Kentucky Lake you will book with us again. If you do return please contact us immediately with any problems, insects or otherwise. We post our phone number in the cottage and ask guests to contact us with any problems. We live near the property and will respond quickly to correct any deficiency. We also provide various sprays and repellents in the cottage in case nature outside intrudes on your space inside. The good thing about the Lakeside Cottage is, it is far removed from busy cities and interstate highways. It is surrounded by nature and Kentucky Lake. The downside is the nearest grocery or service station is 14 miles which can be a negative sometimes as you pointed out. We work hard to deliver a superior vacation experience and will take your negative observations very seriously as we prepare for future guests. As you can tell from previous reviews our goal is to be your best VRBO experience.
