Blue Horizon Thea is a stunning two-story villa with breathtaking sea views, set in a tranquil environment just 800 meters from Triopetra beach on the southern coast of Crete. This exceptional villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and is surrounded by private stone courtyards, verdant green spaces, and ample parking. Safety and security are paramount at our Villas, with the property equipped with home alarm systems and outdoor surveillance cameras.



The villa boasts an expansive outdoor area featuring a large private swimming pool and a separate children's pool, sun loungers, a pergola, an outdoor dining area, and a portable barbecue grill.



The stylish living area includes a lounge, dining area, fireplace, TV, a micro stereo system, Wi-Fi internet access, and a telephone. A corner sofa bed and coffee table add to the convenience. Guests can also make use of a steamer, vacuum cleaner, and stroller.

The fully-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, mini chopper, mixer, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer, washer/dryer, and an oven with a ceramic hob. Spacious dining tables provide the perfect setting for communal meals.



Triopetra beach is located approximately 47 km south of Rethymno and 12 km southeast of the village of Akoumia. It comprises two beaches separated by a small peninsula.



In the vicinity, you'll discover 7 traditional taverns serving local, fresh, and delightful cuisine. Akoumia village, just 10 km away from the villa, offers several cafes, fruit and vegetable shops, a butcher, and a mini-market where you can stock up on your favorite food, beverages, and essential items. Additionally, there is a hospital and pharmacy in Spili village, located 18 km away from the villas.
