Cozy Italian Gem

Cinzia and Maurizio were very quick to respond to our questions and concerns. The property had a slight damp smell in the rooms, but with the windows open it lessened. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well fitted for making your own meals. Please note that there is only one bedroom in the main house, the upstairs bedrooms have to be accessed from a separate outside door. It didn’t bother us, but people with children may have a concern. Overall we really enjoyed our stay :)

Wundervolle Perle zwischen Betonbunkern

Das Gelände ist mit einem traumhaft schönen Garten inklusive Parkplatz hervorragend! In der Nachbarschaft wird schon früh morgens gehämmert und gesägt an diversen Großbaustellen aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern stört das nicht. Fliegengittet wären toll gewesen und es war kaum unter 40° zu bekomenim Obergescjoss. Vermieter sehr freundlich!

Entsprach nicht den Erwartungen

Das Haus ist in keinem guten Zustand mehr. Rollladen defekt, Liegsessel draußen defekt, Stuhl innen defekt, Ziehamonikatür zum gefangenen. Schlafzimmer defekt, Küchenausstattung alt und unvollständig, wir wollten einen Wein trinken, fehlende Weingläser wären noch verkraftbar gewesen, aber trotz intensiver Suche, kein Korkenzieher. Außenmöbel nicht gereinigt, Schwämme an der Steinspüle stammten noch aus dem letzten Jahr, Müllbeutel zur Trennung ebenfalls Fehlanzeige. Das Bad im 1.OG ist minimal klein und hat keine Ablageflächen. Außerdem ist diese Ecke von Riabella durch 4 Baustellen und leerstehende Hotels gekennzeichnet, Perspektive vom Strand zum Weglaufen, wir sind 2 Tage früher abgereist. Das Haus hat keine Klimaanlage, ist sicher nicht optimal.

erholsam mit Nähe zum Strand

In absoluter Strandnähe eine Doppelhaushälfte, die nicht einsehbar ist. Wir haben den Urlaub als Familie sehr genossen. Manchmal hört man die Straße und die angrenzenden Hausbewohner. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Super hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeber, die immer erreichbar waren. Probleme wurden sofort gelöst. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus und dem Garten !

House at the beach

Very nice stay in Rimini, nice house with a garden very close to the beach. Space for up to 8 people. Easy Check-in and check-out, and Cinzia offered to be available for any question or need coming up. Highly recommend - thanks for everything!

Great cycling location

We booked the house as a group of seven friends for a one-week cycling trip. Location was as expected and described online, checkin was very easy and check out also uncomplicated. It is very close to the beach and a couple of restaurants, highly recommended if you want to enjoy Rimini before the millions of tourists join in summer season. 5/5 recommendation!!

Excellent location

Excellent location within 100 metres of the beach with plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Lovely garden setting where we enjoyed daily breakfast. Our only criticism is the lack if a dishwasher ( and no plug for the sink) and no wineglasses, but overall a great place to enjoy a beach stay .

Wir waren eine Woche im Mai in der La Casetta Bianca und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen Das Inserat und die Bilder stimmen exakt mit der Realität überein Die Schlüsselübergabe und der Kontakt mit Cintia war sehr nett und unkompliziert Toll war die grosse Terrassenüberdachung die schönen Schatten gegeben hat und bestimmt auch bei Regen die Terrasse nützen lässt Die Nähe zum Strand aber auch zur schönen Altstadt Riminis ist perfekt

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Waren 3 Nächte über Ostern in Rivabella. Tolle Lage vom Haus, Strand und Promenade um die Ecke. Für einen Badeurlaub perfekt. Oder tolle Spaziergänge in einer anderen Jahreszeit. An dem Haus hat uns der Garten sehr gut gefallen. Alles umzäunt perfekt für Kinder das die Eltern Entspannen können und die Kinder spielen.

Quaint house in Rivabella, Rimini

This place is lovely. Yard is gorgeous. Wisteria and lilacs were in bloom. So clean you could have eaten off the floor. We cooked little but the pan we used was nice and cleaned easily We never used the outside stone grill Place is completely gated. Not even sure you would even need to lock the doors with the perimeter fence and gates. Nice if you have a group, they only need the code to get inside the fenced property. Private drive for a car… maybe 2 inside the gate. We taxied to and from and walked everywhere. First day was 22,000 steps. Owners gave us an email for the outgoing taxi since nice our Italian sucks. We couldn’t pronounce the address 😳 All worked out. The place has 3 king beds and 2 twins and a day bed in the living room. You could easily sleep 9. Not sure where you would hang nine towels or put nine toothbrushes tho? 1 upstairs king requires walking thru the twin room. If a family, no biggie. 1 bath up, 1 bath down. Lots of storage to unpack luggage. The upstairs does not connect to the downstairs. You have to walk outside to the kitchen door. Not a big deal until it rains. It rained a lot on us! There were no rugs so wisteria leaves were tracked everywhere. I didn’t know the broom was outside so used toilet paper to wipe it up😂 Umbrellas would of helped on the voyage to the kitchen, actually just to have! We ended up not using the upstairs because of the rain. There was just the 2 of us. Showers are for 135lb people and under. Otherwise the shower curtain clings to your body as you shower. We just left it 30% open but that made a bit of a wet mess. There were no extra towels. Internet was great, in the rains 80%, cut in and out. Pretty sure a Rimini problem. The place is homey and comfortable. Not overly stocked but had oil, salt, pepper. Downstairs king is by far the most comfortable bed. For an unknown reason they only made up the upstairs king, not all the beds. Later another bed was made up. We moved one sheet to the downstairs bed. No top sheets on the beds. Comforter was too hot, no comforter was too cold. Missed the top sheet! Very close by is a SMALL grocery store with decent wine, water and snacks. Great!! Sushi restaurant by the bridge. Other seafood restaurants by the water were good. I felt safe walking without my husband. Rimini in general was fabulou!! Friendly, safe, quaint and beautiful. Beach is 2 blocks away. Didn’t go, too cold in April.

Maison avec joli jardin à proximité immédiate de la mer et des commerces

Maison avec un jardin ensoleillé et arborisé très agréable pour manger, jouer et se reposer. Hôtes très disponibles et réactifs. Place pour 2 voitures dans la propriété. La mer, des restaurants, un magasin d'alimentation et une boulangerie sont à 1 minute par des chemins piétons. Belle cuisinière mais reste de la cuisine à l'ancienne, sans lave-vaisselle.

Consigliato!

Ho trascorso in questa casetta una settimana con altri 7 miei amici, la posizione vicino al mare e non troppo lontana dal centro e la disponibilitá e gentilezza della proprietaria sono sicuramente i punti forti di questo appartamento, oltre che il comodissimo giardino e la bellezza nella sua semplicità della casetta. Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e lo consiglio sicuramente!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche Ferien,Vermieter sehr freundlich,hilfsbereit. Das Obiekt war schön,toll,speziell das gewisse Zimmer im oberen Stock sind und nur durch ein seperaten Eingang ,nach draussen erreichbar sind.

We had a fantastic time in Casetta Bianca

We spent 14 days in Casetta Bianca with my family (4 adults and 3 children) and we had a fantastic time. The house is lovely and decent, very clean, we loved the garden with the barbecue a lot. The location is excellent, 1 minute walking to the beach, and one corner to the Main Street with lots of bars , restaurants and shops. Rimini Old Town is about 20 minutes by foot. Free wifi is working very well in the house. Parking is free in the street. Cinzia and Maurizio was very kind and helpful all the time and very flexible with check-in and check-out times. We wish to go back right now!!! Thank you very much for everything, we had one of our best holidays in your house!

Dieses Häuschen mit dem Garten war perfekt für uns und unseren kleinen Hund. Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Stadtbummel alles leicht erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieter. Leider war das Wetter dieses Jahr einfach noch zu kalt um auch den schönen Grillplatz im Garten genießen zu können. Vielen Dank Hannelore und Alberto

Week end rilassante

Casetta molto accogliente e curata ideale per famiglia anche con cagnolini al seguito come noi. La casa e’ a circa cinquanta metri dal mare in posizione strategica. Ben servita dai mezzi pubblici e da tutti gli altri servizi. Consigliamo di visitare la buonissima pasticerria sita a circa venti dalla casa. Mi ha colpito molto la pulizia. Proprietari molto gentili che ringrazio ancora. Sicuramente ci torneremo. Federica dalla provincia di Como.

Now we have retrieved the family home to recreate the atmosphere of the privileged place of the holiday that breathed as a child. Many furniture has been recovered by ourselves. We are still the ingenious romantic today. We love the sea even in winter, bicycling, Argentine tango and good food.
