Beautiful home in a very quiet location. Waking up to the sound of the stream and close up view of the mountains was a surreal experience. Visited RMNP two days in a row and the proximity of the entrance just a mile from the front door made for a quick entry with no waiting. Definitely will be back.

The home was absolutely gorgeous, and perfect next to Fall River. We had an Elk resting by the back door which we enjoyed watching. We were lucky enough to see a Moose in the park. While driving downtown we went past the cinnamon roll place and they received a delivery but a black bear had visited before they got it put away. The trees were absolutely stunning this time of year.

Wonderful trip! The location was perfect. The kids could play by the creek, and it offered quick, easy access to the park. It was well stocked and the perfect layout. We also got to see lots of animals from the front and backyard- elk, turkey, hummingbirds, and deer. Would absolutely recommend!

We loved our stay here! The furnishings were beautiful, the views of the forest were stunning! We had wildlife every day! Elk, deer, turkeys, Stellar Jays, Magpies, and hummingbirds. And a paved walkway right across the road!

Great trip to the rockies

The house is so much more than what the pictures show. It was very beautiful, we had everything we needed and more. It was so relaxing sitting in the chairs by the creek, we saw some otters and ducks. A bear walked by and some elk decided to take a nap in the front yard!

Great Mountain Home

Just completed a one week stay in late June. Had such a wonderful time with my three kids. A beautiful location, and incredibly comfortable place to stay. Would highly recommend.

We have vacationed in Estes Park almost annually for nearly 30 years. We have stayed in a lot of nice houses, condo's, and town homes. This property was one of the nicest yet. Great location, excellent views, quiet, and relaxing. We will be back!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay in this beautiful home. It’s convenient to shops and restaurants in Estes and hiking in RMNP. Beautiful views from windows, quiet, cozy fireplace and restful sound of the river. Everything was clean and comfortable. Communication easy. We would love to stay here again!

Wedding stay

We traveled to Estes park from ocean view Delaware for our wedding in RMNP and the property couldn’t have been more beautiful! After traveling for 3 days it was refreshing to get to such a nice place to stay. We look forward to booking another trip in the future to this property!

Family vacation

The property was very clean and comfortable. We were able to head into RMNP, just down the road. The creek in the back of the home was very relaxing too. We were close to downtown Estes Park which was very convenient. I would recommend staying here for a family get away

Very good place to stay for RMNP Trip

Very nice property with plenty of space for our family ( 3 adults and 1 teen). Excellent location near RMNP. Nice back patio with a shade awning, overlooking the creek and all the wildlife that visited us daily during our stay. Commication with host was very good, answering all our questions and requests quickly. Our only complaint was the height of the beds, they are quite high off the floor. As 70 persons it was difficult and challenging to climb into the bed each evening. Access to all other parts of the property were mature personfriendly.Thank you for a lovely place to stay during our visit to RMNP.

Perfect location with a beautiful view

A beautiful townhome only a mile from the Park entrance and an easy drive to Estes Park. It is in a group of homes so not secluded. The back deck overlooks water and mountains. We had multiple elk and a moose ran by! We enjoyed it tremendously!

Family Wedding RMNP

This home is AMAZING! The creek behind is a great place to hang out! The scenery was beautiful and the property is amazing. We would come back here again - close to town but even closer to RMNP. Perfect experience for our family at our son's wedding!

Unbelievable

This little piece of heaven was amazing. The checkin was so easy. We arrived and everything was so clean and neat. The beds were super comfy, the living room was so cozy. We had wildlife everyday in the back yard. This place was truly amazing.

After living several years in Colorado, we now live in the Blue Ridge Mountains of West Virginia. We love to explore our surroundings and travel overseas to do missions work. Though now miles from Colorado, we love to return for our own personal vacations and look forward to making Colorado our home once again upon retirement.

Estes Park has always been the perfect get-away from the busyness of life – whether for a dinner out or an extended stay. We absolutely love Rocky Mountain National Park, the incredible mountain views, and the serenity of mountaintop clouds and birds. The townspeople are so friendly even the elk want to come into town and spend time with them! With nature at your back door and Denver only 90 minutes away, it is the perfect location to enjoy the quiet yet close enough to go into the city for the day.

The first (and repeated) response we had to seeing this condo was, “Wow!” The vaulted ceilings and huge windows make it feel like nature and the condo are one. Because the condo development only consists of 6 duplexes, the area is quiet and allows wildlife the confidence to stroll right up onto the property. You can fall asleep to the relaxing sounds of the Fall River and wake up to the sun rising over Deer Mountain. This condo is the perfect combination of modern amenities and mountain lodge. It is minutes away from downtown Estes Park and less than 1 mile from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. You will see why we refer to it as our haven.
