perfect place to relax

Villa Casa blu is perfect for a relaxing vacation with the whole family. The very large pool and the outdoor kitchen deserve special mention. The equipment is very extensive, leaving nothing to be desired.

Beautiful house and surroundings

One of the best houses we have ever rented. The pool and outdoor space was fabulous!!! Erica was responsive with some great recommendations. The house has everything you need. As a group of 6 people we had a lovely week traveling around the area. Took the train from San Nicola to Palermo, a great way to go.

The most amazing villa

We have never stayed in a nicer, more perfect villa than this. We spent every single day of our week only in the villa as it had absolutely everything we needed and more! Our arrival and check-in was very smooth, even though we arrived late, thanks to the lovely property manager. The entire villa was spotless inside and out. The property is very spacious, beautifully constructed and designed to the highest standards. It is fully equipped with everything you could ever need. The outside space is absolutely amazing with the best private pool I've ever been in, along with an amazing outdoor kitchen, pizza oven, barbecue and separate bar and seating areas. I cannot praise this villa enough, thank you so much!

Everything you could ever want from a Villa

Really amazing Villa with everything you could ever want for a stay. Amazing pool, bedrooms, places to relax and everything you could ever require to make food in the kitchen. Location is a bit out of the way so a car is probably nessicary but you barely want to leave when the villa is so nice. 100% the nicest place I have ever stayed. Host was super helpful with all questions and queries. Could not be happier with choosing this property!

Wonderful place

The villa is charming, located in the quiet area. We spent 6 wonderful days in the villa and our group of friends highlighted the convenience and the beauty of the house. There is a special attention to details, you’ll find beautiful places for morning breakfast, evening barbeque or afternoon chill. The pool and the view is excellent. The villa is also equipped very well, from baby toys to grappa glasses :-) We really loved our stay and the organized dinner in the villa.

Une très belle villa bien aménagée et bien située, espace extérieurs magnifiques

La villa est facile d'accès, très bien exposée et très confortable. Les 4 chambres sont de dimensions égales et il y a beaucoup de sanitaires. La cuisine peut se faire en haut ou en bas selon le moment de la journée. La piscine ainsi que tous les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables et le tout est bien entretenus. On recommande très chaleureusement !

Wonderful Casa Blu

What can I say, everything about our experience on our vacation at Casa Blu was exceptional. Xavier was very accommodating and helpful during the booking. Erica met us on our arrival and escorted us around the property and what a property. Set in mature gardens. The house is beautiful, bedrooms very comfortable large bathrooms well stocked kitchen and a large lounge and terrace if you want to get out of the sun. The pool is amazing almost like a hotel pool and the outdoor kitchen was great for breakfast and barbecues The house is in the hills so views are spectacular it is surrounded by greenery ( bug repellant required) but what's a few bug when Casa Blu is So relaxing. All six of us had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend Xaviers wonderful house

Perfect house 30 min from Palermo!

Thanks for staying in Villa Blu!! The house is perfect, clean and very well equipped, which is not always the case in Italy. The pool is huge and has a great sea view. Very nice kitchens, bbq, pizza oven, bar at the pool. Some nice beaches closeby (30 min), Palermo (30 min) and a small Village for shopping and some restaurants (10 min) . Would recommend it!!!

Wir waren in der Pfingstwoche 5.6.2017 bis 12.6.2017 (2 Familien - 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) dort. Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage ist einfach genial. Die Ausstattung ist einwandfrei. Vom Pizzaofen und Grill sowie Innen- und Außenküche, Spielsachen, Boccia-Bahn, 4 Kühlschränke, Basketballkorb, schnelles WLAN, 2 überdachte PKW-Stellplätze, super Wohnzimmer, 4 Badezimmer und 5 Duschen (größer als das Badezimmer mancher Häuser) große Terrassen und vor allem dem genial großen Pool (ca 15m x 8m ist alles da was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Nespresso-Maschine, ital. Espressomaschine, Küchenutensilien, 2 Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Trockner, usw. ist natürlich in dieser Kategorie Pflichtausstattung. Alles einwandfrei und sauber. Für Kinder ist der Pool mit Sprungbrett ein riesen Spaß. Wir haben jede Sekunde in dem Haus genossen. Der Blick ist herrlich. Der Garten bietet frische Zitronen, Pflaumen, Mandarinen, Tomaten, Minze, usw. Danke an Viviana und Marina für die einwandfreie Organisation. Auch zu empfehlen: Marina und Viviana haben uns für einen Tag ein Segelboot (Oceanis 361 Clipper mit Bad, Küche, 3 Schlafkojen, usw.) mit Skipper (Roland) organisiert. Das war einen Tag lang herrlichstes Segeln zum fairen Preis, ankern an den schönen Hausstränden Palermos, nur zum genießen. Roland spricht Italienisch, Englisch und Deutsch (Südtiroler). Top organisiert inkl. Getränke (Wasser, Bier, Wein) und Essen während der ganzen Zeit inklusive. Der Trip war auch für die Kinder toll (sie durften das Steuer übernehmen und in den Buchten schwimmen, schnorcheln und vom Boot ins Wasser springen. Das Haus liegt ruhig, zum Zentrum von Palermo braucht man 40 Minuten. Ein Tagestrip zum Etna oder nach Taormina ist mit einem Mietwagen kein Problem. Noch eins: Die Bilder von der Anlage in diesem Profil sehen aus wie professionell fotografiert aber wenn man dort ist, ist der Eindruck der Anlage wirklich so genial. Wenn wir wieder nach Sizilien fahren werden wir bestimmt wieder dort Urlaub machen. 100% empfehlenswert und dank Marina und Viviana TOP organisiert. Es ist sogar möglich einen Sternekoch zu buchen der einem ein Mehrgängemenu im Haus zaubert.

beautiful, peaceful spot

We spent eight days at the villa, and just loved it. The house is well equipped and well located to explore northern Sicily. The outdoor space and pool are just delightful and the views are marvelous. Marina and Viviana were extremely helpful. They promptly answered every question that came up before and during our stay and made great suggestions for what to do and where to go. They arranged a marvelous full day boating excursion, and introduced us to Chef Gabriella who prepared a truly memorable meal for our group, using locally sourced ingredients. The villa makes a great base for exploring northern Sicily --or for just relaxing and taking in the wonderful gardens and marvelous views. We highly recommend it.

Fantastic week in the sun

Thank you Viviana and Marina for making our stay so relaxing. The villa is amazing! With a sea view from the villa/pool in one direction and rolling peaks in the other its got amazing views 360! The villa was immaculate. Cleaned to the highest standards and decked out with more facilities then you could ever use. Any small issues we did have were immediately rectified by Viviana and Marina and their team of workmen. The greeting was warm and welcoming, and comprehensive in going through the workings of the villa. The welcome basket was a special touch and its contents soon got used up! Viviana and Marina are both lovely people and obviously passionate about Sicily with plenty of destination and restaurant recommendations and great communication over whatsapp throughout our stay with any questions we had. We're already planning our return trip! Thank you and all the best. We miss the sun already!!!

Un endroit magnifique

Cette semaine passée en famille (5 adultes et 2 enfants) fin octobre dans la villa casa blue fût parfaite en tous points : le soleil était au rendez-vous, la piscine encore agréable (20° environ), et la villa splendide. Nous avons été très gentiment accueillis par Viviana et Marina, avec un panier d'accueil très bien garni et pleins de bons conseils pour notre séjour. Vous pouvez vous fier aux photos, la villa est magnifique, très propre et extrêmement bien équipée. Avec autant de luxe, il nous était presque difficile de sortir pour visiter les sites ! Un comble. Amazing tranquility!

We can't rate Casa Blu highly enough! The villa itself is amazing but the outdoor pool, kitchen, bar and seating just make the place exceptional. As other reviewers have said, it really is as stunning as the pictures on the website if not more so in reality. We are a family of 4 with 2 boys who just loved the pool. The scenery is stunning and the villa is of a really high spec. Viviana and Marina are fabulous and on hand if you need them with advice on trips, restaurants etc. We would definitely recommend and have no doubt that we will return!

Casablu exceeded our expectations in every way

I was very fortunate to celebrate a big birthday at Casablu with my adult children and their families. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. It's even more beautiful than its pictures, which is hard to imagine. It's very comfortable and we enjoyed our time relaxing there together. It's also well-situated for exploring the NW part of Sicily. Thank you Viviana and Marina for taking such good care of us and for the thoughtful welcome basket full of Sicilian essentials, which was a lifesaver after our long journey from Canada. If you are lucky enough to have a chance to stay at Casablu, I recommend that you take it without hesitation and hope that you leave with as many beautiful memories as we have.

An unpredictable stay

When i first booked Villa Casa Blu, my conscience was telling me that the online pictures of the villa may not be accurate; surprisingly, the outcome of my holiday was more than expected. The views out of the balcony were incredible, the sea and the mountains. Additionally, the property was clean and tidy; it was quiet and peaceful. The best part of the trip were the owner/manager: Viviana and Marina. They helped us from the start organising transport and boat trips. The only negative part of the trip was that, whether it was either shops or anything else, you would have to drive a long way to get somewhere. So the only advice I would give to you is to hire a car, but overall, we enjoyed our stay and our 7 nights at this villa were brilliant! Highly recommend this property to a group of friends and family looking for a peaceful holiday.

Perfect for Group Vacation

We had the best time in Villa Casa Blu. We were 8 people and the house was big enough. It's clean and quiet. The best part was the pool and the outdoor kitchen. Its nice to sit there in the evening and enjoy a good BBQ and a glas of wine.

Traumhafter Urlaub in Sizilien!

WIr kommen gerade von unserem Traumurlaub zurück und sind absolut begeistert. Wir waren 8 Personen und hatten ausreichend Platz in der Villa. Alles ist sauber und einladend. Tatsächlich entspricht alles den Bildern, wir konnten es kaum glauben. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein aber absolut ausreichend, den Balkon mit Meerblick vermisse ich schon jetzt. DIe Betten sind für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hart gewesen, aber das sieht ja jeder anders. Wir können die Villa absolut weiterempfehlen und wir werden bestimmt auch nochmal dort Urlaub machen.
