My friend and I stayed here for 8 nights. The house is clean, and the patio gorgeous. The rooftop has a couple of chairs, and the view is amazing. The house faces southeast, so I was able to watch the sun rise over the sea each morning while the fishing boats came out for the day. The house itself is behind a gate, which made us feel very secure, and the owner's family also live behind the same gate, so there was always someone nearby. The beach is down a set of stairs, and is volcanic rock and a bit of concrete to sit your towel or chair on. The water is crystal clear.
Giuseppe, the owner was always very quick to respond to questions, and give suggestions.
The driveway is very narrow, and very steep, the garage is tiny. A larger vehicle would never fit, and getting in and out was a challenge. The property is not in a walkable location, as it is not in the city center, and is on a busy road without a shoulder. There is a great grocery in The Baugh Shopping Center, not far at all by car. We cooked in several times. The kitchen is pretty bare, so this was a bit of a problem, but it worked out. Sitting out on that amazing patio, watching the ocean, eating pasta with a nice bottle of Italian wine... it doesn't get much better than that.
