This house has a lot to offer for a bigger group of people, it is spacious enough so everyone isn’t on top of each other. It offers a lot of great amenities and is fully stocked with linens, toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and kitchen utensils (pots pans, plates, bowls, cups). The host is super responsive and accommodating. Plus the views are beautiful. The neighbors houses are a bit close which puts a little damper on the 10pm noise ordinance but overall a 10/10 experience.

Lovely, spacious home. This is perfect for family or large friend event. Great location and great view. The host was very responsive. House was well stocked. It is a little older and is in need of some TLC but overall we had a great stay.

Wonderful sister trip

The home was well stocked. The furniture was clean. It was almost as if it was someone's home. The power was out when we arrived, but it turned on in about an hour. A suggestion may be a whole house generator. The master bedroom which is on the top floor gets very hot.

Nice house

Check in and out was easy. House was beautiful. We weren't that interested in the beach, but it is a walk to get to and we couldn't figure out how to get there. Only other critic is none of the couches or chairs in all the living areas were comfortable.

Great place

Our family stayed here for the Mussleman 70.3. We fit 8 people very easily. My adult children loved the game room. We cooked a big meal and sat everyone around their awesome table. Loved the little porches. It gets toasty on the top floor, but we had unseasonably HOT weather. The rest of the house was very comfortable.

Family day vacation

Great house, just 15 minutes from ski resort. Lower level was a little cooler and barbecue needs upgrading, the rest is excellent. Communication with host was great.

Great family gathering by the lake.

The house provided an excellent gathering space for our extended family. The game room was a fun, cozy spot to play darts while the infants watched tv and played with toys. They also have an arcade in their with classic sega genesis and Nintendo games. The proximity to the private beach was great for most of us. It’s a little bit of a walk for older guests. Probably 5-10 min walk that has hills. However, from the third floor balcony, the view of the lake is so great that you don’t even have to leave the house to feel like your sitting lakeside. The house is also close to Heron Winery which was a fun activity. Great fire pit are too. Excellent wildlife observation.

Beautiful house with a great view

The house is great with different levels for alone time but large enough space for everyone to gather. The view from every window was amazing. You will feel as though you are the only one around because you are surrounded by trees everywhere you look. Lindsey was a great host and quickly responded to any concerns we had. Can't wait to go again next year.

Lake Side Heaven!!

This Lake House had it ALL!!! The 5 kids (age 3-12) absolutely loved the playroom and having all their own beds and bedrooms. The huge dining room tablet was perfect for a true family dinner (4 adults and 5 kids). The house had all the amenities and appliances that you could think of (an not think off) - there was even baby gates built in and beach towels waiting for us!! The short walk to the beach was great and made for great afternoons in the sun! Truly a family house to make memories in. Lindsey was quick to respond with any questions and suggestions and her welcome book with all the tips and instructions was a HUGE help to get us started. Definitely plan on staying here again in the future!!!

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone. Very clean. Rain shower and jet tub felt luxurious. Kitchen was big with lots of dishes, pots, pans and an assortment of spices. Dinning room table was large enough for the whole family to sit around and enjoy meals. The game room was a HUGE hit with the kids and adults! So much fun was had!! Thank you!!

Great house for multi-generational family gatherings

We had a wonderful time at Lindsey's house. The bedrooms provided options for families to have separate quarters. The kitchen is great with a central island that made making meals easy. The large dining table was a great asset for meals for 8 plus visiting family members. You need to be able to deal with lots of steps as this house is on a number of levels. The gameroom was a big hit with the kids! Thanks Lindsey.

Because we are located in the Finger Lakes Region you will be close to 160 wineries, world class restaurants, shopping, and excellent lake scenery.

Because you are located in Bristol Harbor Resort you will have access to beachfront, a workout center, the recreation hall, basket ball, pickel ball and tennis courts and an 18 hole Robert Trent Jones Jr golf course that will challenge both pro's and hackers alike, The record for the lowest score on the course is 67 by none other than Jack Nicklaus. Don't miss the chance to sit on the patio at Bristol Harbor and take in the view. You will understand why so many couples choose to get married there.
