We had a wonderful stay at Trevor’s villa. The villa itself is spacious and bright with understated décor. The spacious grounds and pool are delightful; very private but walking distance to the buzzy and untouristy bars and restaurants of Flayosc. Missing it already and intend to go back.

Just a perfect stay…

We had a truly wonderful stay at this lovely holiday home. My family and I felt incredibly well looked after throughout our visit. The communication with the host was excellent – always kind, helpful, and prompt. The location is superb, the house was spotless, and everything was exactly as described. We couldn’t have asked for more – highly recommended!

A Beautiful Villa in Provence

Everything was easy, comfortable and functional on the premises and the garden, the pool and the views were really quite stunning! A short walk into town and all the normal resources and charm you could hope for. A wonderful break - thank you!

Great holiday

Charming House in excellent location. Great pool where we spent a lot of time cooling off. Spent majority of time in the outside space which was secluded and peaceful. House had everything we required for a comfortable stay and we would hope to return one day.

Beautiful property surrounded by plenty of nature

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Trevor's beautiful house and even managed a dip into the pool which is big enough for a proper swim and offers a great view over the countryside. The kitchen is very well stocked and great for cooking if one does not want to eat out.

Tasteful and complete

The house is big enough for 4 adults and 2 children; each bed room with cooling equipment. The house is nicely decorated and completely equiped and has a very nice garden surrounding the house and the swimming pool, (the latter only heated by the sun). An electric vance protects against the wild pigs visiting sometimes the area at night. Kind assistance is available. The village is nearby, very nice and has good quality shops.

Summer vacation 2024 in Flayosc

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks summer holiday in Trevor's beautiful and quiet house. The house is aptly described with the pictures and description in the advert. The house is fully furnished and we wanted for nothing. The pool is large and spacious and was great fun. Only the mosaic tiles in the pool are often coming loose, which doesn't interfere with use but should be done in the future. Flayosc is within 15 minutes walking distance and there are two small supermarkets, cafes and bakeries for daily needs. Otherwise, the many beautiful old villages in the area are highly recommended for excursions. Aix en Provence, Cannes and Nice are also within easy reach by car or train. For questions about the property, Trevor was always promptly available via e-mail as well as the neighbour on site. Thank you very much, we would love to come back!

Beautiful property. Set on the outskirts of a lovely small town, so walkable to all amenities, while simultaneously being secluded, quiet and completely enclosed, Large garden with lots of shade and a superb 12m pool. The villa is very well equipped and spacious. Perfect for our family group of 6 including 4 young adults. Probably the best place we have ever stayed in for a similar holiday. Very helpful owner.

Trevor's villa was truly amazing! We really enjoyed the beautiful garden with its stunning views and large pool, which we used a lot. And we had a wonderful time sitting under the covered patio by the house. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. In The owner, Trevor, was easy to reach, and the neighbor, Francoise, was also friendly and helpful! Another great thing was that it’s within walking distance of the village of Flayosc, where there’s a bakery, a small supermarket, and a few nice restaurants. All the bedrooms had ceiling fans, and the master bedroom and living room had air conditioning, which was wonderful.

Mooi gelegen (gedateerde) villa

I would like to wish you all a very pleasant stay in my home. I ask you to kindly to take care of it and treat it gently. I’m offering it to you at a time when I cannot be here myself and my wish is that it will bring pleasure to everyone, as much as it brings to me. After a few days I’m sure you will agree it is a little piece of paradise. Every year we try to improve things a little and as finances allow (2 years ago new drains and a new septic tank were installed, last year two new flower beds were established. Next, were taking tentative steps towards replacing the windows with double glazing and modernising the kitchen. The distant plan is to build a granny annex connecting the pool house with the house, but essentially the house has not changed much since it was built fifty years ago so there are few idiosyncrasies you should be aware of, and few things I would welcome your help with which I’ve detailed in the house notes.
