アパート（76平方メートル）は日中いつでも日陰を提供する屋根付きの大きなテラスに囲まれて互いによく分離された2つのアパート（アギアトリアダ1＆2）がある二重の家の一部です。
機能的で明るくフレンドリーな家具付き別荘、2ベッドルーム。ダブルベッド1台付きの1ベッドルーム。フロントテラスへの直接出口。独立した屋外入り口としても機能します。シングルベッド2台付きの1ベッドルーム（アクセスルーム）および衛星放送テレビ。

4つの電気ホットプレート、オーブン、ヒュームフード、冷凍庫付き冷蔵庫、コーヒーメーカー、やかん、すべての調理器具などの設備の整ったキッチン。

Simple, clean, beautiful setting - truly relaxing

We love this area and these apartments are terrific. Tucked away in a lovely setting among the olive trees and only 2 minutes from a wonderful, quite, sandy beach and secluded swimming. The apartments are very clean, simply furnished and everything works. Plenty of sunny and shady seating options outside. We had a fabulously relaxed stay and look forward to returning

Ein Träumchen

Eine wunderschöne Oase zum Wohlfühlen und Erholen. Viele süße Katzenstreuner, die meine Kinder mit großer Freude gefüttert haben. Fussläufig zu einer schönen Badebucht u nahe mit dem Auto zu Koroni, einem sehr malerischen Fischerdörfchen mit alter Schlossruine. Zwei schöne Terrassen, so dass immer die Möglichkeit besteht, in der Sonne oder im Schatten zu sitzen. Gemütliche Hängematten u ein hübsch angelegter Garten runden den Wohlfühlfaktor ab !

Erholung pur im Olivenhain

Wir kommen seit 18 Jahren in diese Gegend und haben schon sehr viele Ferienhäuser ausprobiert. Dies war bei weitem das Schönste mit einer wundervollen Lage 200 m vom idyllischen Strsnd entfernt.

Peaceful, comfortable and friendly.

Lemonia is situated in a wonderfully peaceful location. We loved the apartment, it was spacious, cool, well equipped and tastefully presented. Plenty of areas to find shade and sit, snooze, read and generally enjoy the solitude. Garden is lovely, enjoyed the lemons and especially the apricots (the best I have ever tasted). The lovely beach is only a short walk away and was also quiet. Rosie was an exceptional host, so friendly, easy to contact and responsive to messages. She gave us advice on places to go, things to do, she was a star!

Best of Peloponnese

I am so happy with our choice to stay here! My mother and I had such a relaxing time enjoying all of the beaches and solitude this area had to offer. The house was lovely and quiet. Rosie was an exceptional host, and if we ever return, we will be sure to book another stay!

Perfect family holidays

We loved Rosie´s house and garden a lot. The beach is perfect to be there with small children and very clean. We have been there in may, so there were only few people at the beach. Rosie was very welcoming and the house is very well equipped. Rosie decorated the house with love. It has a lot of space and is cozy at the same time. We stayed longer than planned because we liked it so much. Thank you Rosie and your family!

Paradise and lemons!!!

We absolutely LOVED Rosies house and garden. We stayed in both parts of the house which is surrounded by a lovely olive grove and fig and lemon trees entangled by Bougainvillas, Oleander and other blooming beauties. The house has a wonderful romantic (original) architecture with all modern comforts, high ceilings (important during hot nights), a well equiped kitchen where we cooked every evening. The rooms are spacious and light-flooded. And of course there is a powerful air conditionner. I loved the spacious shower with powerful water pressure and most of all the view up the window into the tall Oleander bushes! And I haven't even mentioned the views on terrasses and porch towards the sea and the Mani Mountains. Breakfast, Tea and Dinner with that view was sooo relaxing! Not to forget that one of the most wonderful beaches of the area is just some 100 metres below the house! Incredible! Rosie and her father and Fotis her friend made us feel at home and we had inspiring conversations! They helped us with every little problem so we felt very save. They gave us great recommendations for discoveries and restaurants and were yet very discreet. We still have some lemons here but we have to come back to get some more! Rundum zufrieden

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft, wer in Ruhe entspannen will, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Der Sandstrand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 200m). Das mit Olivenbäumen bewachsene Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Mit Rosie haben wir eine liebenswerte und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin kennengelernt.

Das Haus hat gehalten was die Bilder versprochen haben. Die Kombination aus Wohnung, Lage am Meer und der herrlichen Umgebung war für uns perfekt. Der Kontakt zu Rosie war äußerst herzlich und persönlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gorgeously peaceful hideaway

Beautiful house surrounded by olive groves - and orange, lemon, pomegranate and fig trees too. Lovely sense of peace and stillness, but only 10 mins away from bustling Koroni (or a 30min walk with some very steep hills!) We had a lovely week here with our 10 month old. Rosie the host was so very helpful and accommodating: She provided both highchair and cot, spoke with a doctor on our behalf when the baby was unwell, and even sent a friend to go to the chemist for us. The house itself is comfortable with a number of outdoor spaces and lots of thoughtful touches - mosquito nets, beach umbrellas, a well stocked kitchen, a hammock in amongst the olive trees. Agia Triada beach - a 2 minute walk through the olive grove - is breathtaking, and in October was completely empty even on warm sunny days. I think it would be impossible not to emerge from a week here feeling at peace with the world....

Accommodation FAB with lots of character and area very unspoilt.

We had very comfortable weeks stay in this lovely corner of Greece. Accomodation authentic with lots of nice touches - we loved the wrap around verandah particularly as we did have some rain and were able to still sit outside. Only a short walk to the beach and a 30 minute walk to Koroni along a well maintained path. For water sport lovers Zaga beach in Koroni was fantastic and when we were there, empty. The house provided everything we wanted and Rosie was very quick to respond to any queries we had. Easy access to explore the Peloponnese. We loved it, would highy recommend both the accomodation and place and hope to return.
