Perfect Home in Córdoba

The location is perfect. Easy walk to all the sights. Located on a very beautiful and quiet square. No street or late night noise. Javier was extremely friendly and helpful. When we return to Córdoba we will again stay here.

Pour deux jours à Cordoue, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement de Javier, il est 6-7 min de la Mosquée/ Cathédrale, l'environnement est très agréable, il donne sur une jolie place et une belle église. Appartement très agréable dans quartier calme

Nous avons apprécié cet appartement, très bien situé, et dont la disposition permet d'accueillir deux couples d'amis ainsi que 2 enfants. Le quartier est particulièrement calme et nous avions sous les yeux un square planté d'orangers et côté salon et chambre "parentale" la vue conforme aux photos du site. A recommander sans hésitation.

Nos ha gustado muchísimo este apartamento, la distribución perfecta, muy limpio y con toda clase de artículos necesarios, el aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones se agradece en estas fechas de tanto calor, la ubicación inmejorable, muy cerca de todo lo que hay que ver en Córdoba, por lo que las distancias son muy cortas y rodeado de restaurantes donde disfrutar de la gastronomía de la zona. El propietario Javier, fantástico nos recibió por la noche ya que llegábamos tarde sin ningún problema y nos facilito toda la información, acompañándonos incluso hasta el parking que tiene cercano, estando pendiente en todo momento y con la ventaja de que vive enfrente, sin duda cuando volvamos a Córdoba intentaremos volver a reservar este apartamento, muchas gracias por todo Javier.

Appartement génial et très bien équipé. Très bien placé, en plein centre touristique de Cordoba (à deux pas de tout) et au calme. Un parking possible (un must !!). Javier est très sympathique et de bon conseil. Nous nous sommes régalé lors de notre séjour. Je le conseille vivement.

Gepflegte zentral gelegene Wohnung in angenehmer Umgebung

Die Wohnung hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Sie ist nett eingerichtet und der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er wohnt auf der gleichen Etage. Die Lage ist optimal, alles ist in der Nähe, und trotzdem ist es ruhig. Der Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage ist nur 150m entfernt und lohnt sich allemal. (10€/Nacht) Javier hat viele gute Tipps. Wir waren zu zweit, mit mehr Personen könnte es ein wenig eng werden. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer, ein großes und zwei sehr kleine.

Propriétaires très sympathiques, très discrets. Ils sont soucieux du bien-être de leurs locataires. Ils aident pour l'orientation des lieux touristiques.Le logement est parfait et très propre ,on manque de rien. Endroit très bien situé et très calme avec vue sur des orangers. Il se trouve à 5 min à pied du centre de Cordoba et de la mosquée. Tout se fait à pied. Il y a un centre commercial à 10 min à pied. Ville à visiter et à revoir pour le plaisir, je le recommande à tous.

Well-located, spacious and cosy apartment.

The owner Javier is very prompt in all our communications with tranlations in English. He lives just across the apartment and checking in was very easy. We didn't have any problems communicating in English as Javier has a translater app on his phone. He's very warm and hospitable and has a map that will show you all the places of interest and where to eat. The apartment is in the quaint historical centre. It's just a 5 minutes walk to the Mezquita and within walking distance to all the places of interest. Cordoba is a walkable and pretty town and we enjoyed walking around as everywhere was so near the apartment. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, a cozy living room and a well-equipped kitchen. The heaters were adequate and kept us warm. The shower pressure and hot water is good but there is a strange odour in the bathroom. Overall we had a fantastic stay and will not hesitate to strongly recommend Javier's apartment. We have stayed in numerous apartments during our travels throughout Europe and Javier's apartment is definitely among the top ones! In fact, we haven't come across an apartment provided with freshly laundered towels packed in plastic. The beddings and towels are very clean, toiletries and washing detergent/fabric conditioner are provided. The washer/dryer is one of the cleanest, efficient and user friendly machine I have used! Thank you Javier for such a pleasant stay!

Very comfortable!

We stayed for a week in this apartment. It is clean, very comfortable, quiet and has absolutly everything one might need. Very close to the Judería, but also to the rest of the center of Córdoba, with grocery stores, cafés and restaurants around, so very convenient. The owner Javier is very friendly.

Appartement très bien entretenu et extrèmement bien situé pour visiter la ville à pied en toute tranquillité. Le garage est un vrai "plus" surtout en ville. La vue de l'appartement est très sympa. Le lave-linge/sèche linge est très appréciable (sutout en période d'hiver). La literie des chambres sont très confortables avec 6 vrais lits. Petit bémol : pas de balcon pour pourvoir mettre une chaise et salle à manger un peu juste à mon avis pour 7 personnes. Le propritaire parle français ce qui facilite les choses lorsque l'on ne parle pas bien espagnol, comme nous. Adresse à recommander.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôte qui habite dans le même immeuble. Il parlait même très bien français et a eu la gentillesse de nous fournir touts les infos souhaitées. Idéalement situé, 10mn du vieux Cordoue, très bien équipé avec linge fourni, nous n'avons pas regretté notre choix. Possibilité aussi de louer un parking à prix raisonnable ce qui est appréciable car dur dur de trouver une place. A recommander pour tout!!!

Très bon séjour

Très bon accueil. Appartement très bien situé. Le seul défaut sont les plaques de cuisson qui ne chauffaient pas donc impossible de cuisiner. Pour les automobilistes, pas simple d'accès car très petites rues à traverser. Possibilité d'avoir un parking sous terrain proche de l'appartement (payant à voir avec le propriétaire) car difficile de se garer. Très satisfait de notre séjour :o)
