House 14427 in the town of Rab, Rab - Kvarner has accommodation units of type Apartment (1) and is 450 m away from the sea. The nearest beach to this accommodation is a sand beach. There are no other apartments in the house, so you will be the only guests present during your holiday. The hosts also reside in the house. The house owner is under no obligation to accept additional persons and pets that were not stated in the reservation request and it is necessary to report them in advance.

Apartment can accommodate 4 guests. Beds are situated in 2 sleeping rooms, within 42m2. Guests can use a private terrace to enjoy the warm summer evenings. The apartment offers the sea view. Food can be prepared using barbecue which is shared with other guests too. This accommodation unit welcomes pets at an additional charge.

The road noise (cars, trucks, mopeds) is hearing at evening, but we can live with that. Everything was fine, the owner of this apartman is very helpful (if possible give 10 points to her)

Simple but very clean apartment with necessary equipment to stay. The guest lady is extremely kind and accommodating. The place is a bit difficult to find without the GPS coordinates (address elsewhere via Google). The only downside is the agency (adriatic.hr) who are charging a 50eur surplus, are extremely annoying with their messages and impossible to get hold of via phone - any time of the day. Hence, a good place to stay, but book it directly, without the Adriatic agency in between. Hopefully they will stop sending me messages and most likely blackmail me after this review 🤷🏼‍♀️

Sehr nette Vermieter. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt und Handtücher kostenlos gewechselt. Obwohl die Wohnung an der Hauptstraße liegt, haben uns die Autos nur wenig gestört. Um uns ans Wasser zu legen sind wir meist mit dem Auto nach Suha Punta gefahren ( ca 5km). Dort glas klares Wasser und wenig betrieb. :)
