Located in a quiet area of Pietra Ligure exactly in front of the park "G. Negro "with wonderful sea view you can reach in 10/15 minutes on foot. Private parking in the area, Via Don Venturini.

Guests have access to enter the condominium both from the main road and from a private access where parking is located.
On Viale della Repubblica less than 10/15 minutes walk from the house there are numerous shops, supermarkets, the weekly market on Saturdays extended for about a kilometer and farmers' markets in front of the post office. The Relief Pharmacy is also in the area.
The house is located in a quiet residential area. Excellent area for walks and relaxation.
The beaches of Pietra Ligure which for years have been awarded the "blue flag" for the purity of the water and the various services, the mountains that surround it with the various trails for tracking and MTB lovers, the proximity of Finale Ligure, the caves of Borgio Verezzi and Toirano make Pietra Ligure unique. The public transport stops are on the Via Aurelia road that runs along the sea.
