ニューオーリンズの "散弾銃"スタイルの家には、美しく装飾された広いリビングエリアがあり、クイーンサイズのソファー、薄型テレビ、Dinetteテーブル/椅子があります。 リビングルームには、便利なクイーンサイズのソファーベッドがあります。

This was a very nice place to stay! Everything was clean, the neighborhood was very peaceful and lovely, a convenience store was just down on the corner, and it’s within walking distance of the French Quarter. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to New Orleans.

This is a quintessential New Orleans property. The shotgun floor plan in a historical district was cute as can be. We walked to the French Quarter and to the SuperDome. NOLA rocks and this property was perfect. Please note there are 2 bathrooms both with toilets, sinks and shower or tub/shower combo. The property description was not clear on this topic, to me.

We were surprised to find the front door didn’t seal and you could see out around the closed door. Also, it would be helpful if there were spoons for cereal, yogurt etc…Just a suggestion but we would remove the large stand in the hallway to make more room to get thru. We did feel safe walking everyday to Bourbon Street and back after dark. Thank you!

I am confused about what you’re talking about the front door the front door locks there is no problem and there’s nothing you can see beyond the door so I don’t know what you mean. Perhaps you might want to clarify that there’s lots of spoons in the house, maybe we didn’t have the size spoon you liked, but I apologize for that. Perhaps what you can do when you’re traveling bring those things that you know you must have such a certain kind of spoons.

This property was perfect for the three of us. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors very friendly. The AC was much appreciated after sweating through the streets of the French Quarter!

The house is in a really great location, easy to walk to Bourbon/French Quarter and bus/trolley. The 3 bedrooms and pull out sofa were perfect for our group of friends. Each room had a tv & fan. 2 full bathrooms were also great for our group. There were some hiccups with check in and one room was a bit dirty due to Miss Penelope helping out a guest from another unit when that unit lost its AC, so the turnaround was a bit rushed. Penelope was lovely and apologetic. The place was as described, had plenty of towels and washcloths & extra linens for the sofa bed.

Great location. Walkable to the French Quarter and free on street parking. The property was well appointed and very clean. AC worked great. Loved hanging on the front porch. Paula responded to our questions quickly. Would stay there again.

Wonderful location!!Close enough to walk to all the sites or take the street car, yet just far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. I did not realize it was a duplex when booking, but it wasn’t an issue at all.

What a great place to stay , we walked into the French Quarter every day , local coffee shops were a 5 minute walk , we took a swamp tour and the bus route pick-up was just two blocks away.House and neighborhood has a lot of old world charm , the chairs on the front porch got a lot of use during our stay, would definitely stay here again!

Great location very clean. There was a festival in Treme the weekend we were there so even though it rained, we did not have to travel far for great food and music!

This fun place is on a one-way street. Parking was easy and always available in front. There was plenty of room in all 3 bedrooms (beds are comfortable), 2 full bathrooms with enough towels for everyone plus extra. All rooms were clean and owner is very accessible.Easy to get anywhere from here. We enjoyed sitting on front porch, very friendly neighborhood, lots of locals will stop to talk. Some of the walking tours come right in front of the house, very cool to experience. Felt safe walking to convenient store/gas station easy few blocks away. Key's Fuel Mart has some good fried chicken and po boys.

Angelica’s Creole Cottage was perfect for my family’s trip. The authentic, shotgun style home is nestled into the heart of the historic Treme neighborhood right across from the historic St. Augustine Church and the Tomb of the Unknown Slave.We were walking distance from so much of what NOLA has to offer; Frenchman St, Bourbon St., Louis Armstrong Park, the African American Museum, and so much more. Less than 2 blocks from a stop on the Rampart St. streetcar and steps away from a lovely local coffee shop and convenience store. The home had all the amenities we needed and Penelope (Penny) was a friendly and gracious host. Five stars, we would definitely stay there again.

When vacationing in New Orleans there is no better location .my home is in the heart of historic Treme,where second lines and jazz funerals are a weekly occurrence ,this home is in the midst of everything new Orleans,you are 2 blocks from the French quarter and a street ride to everything else.

Exterior cameras have be installed for your safety and convenience during your stay. All guest outdoor space such as the front porch, balcony and backyard areas open between hours 5am-Midnight. However, you may use these areas as a designated smoking areas individually not as a group during restricted times. There are no Interior camera's located inside the property.
