Had a great stay here. would recommend.
Location is superb, not just for the beach (which is fantastic) but also for restaurants and town.
Very comfortable residence for a family, one main bedroom, one room with bunk beds and a mezzanine with sofa bed (we had a travel cot for our 18month old here). Nice courtyard garden - safe for kids and the pool is excellent too. Only minor issue was the lack of wifi - very hit and miss (villa is obviously at the extremity of the service), don't rely on having wifi!
We hired bikes from Holland bikes (1 x biporteur and 1 x adult) not the cheapest but as next door to villa easy to pick up /drop off., getting around on bikes is great fun, and nice way to see more.
The restaurants we used were good, although late September they were closed on Monday and Wednesdays, the 'Cabin de Bain' is always busy so get there early or book! we failed to get in to eat.
The whole of the Island is very picturesque and it is easy to sit and soak up the town centres, Loix was good for there was a square with a childrens play area next to the restuarant (which made for an easy lunch).
St Martin is just an amazing town to wander round, very beautiful, excellent cafe/restaurant tucked in the corner of Place de Republic (Un Air de Famille). A top day out and if you cycle you'll go past oyster shacks that look like they are straight from the Carribean!
2 adults, 1 x 3yr old, 1 x 18month toddler - all loved it!!
