The holiday home is very quiet in a beautiful wooded area.
You have no nuisance from neighbors and there are hardly any cars, so you can fully enjoy the beneficial rest.

Layout of the house:

On the ground floor:

- rear entrance hall with underfloor heating, separate toilet
- fully equipped kitchen: with dishwasher, electric hob with oven, hood, coffee maker, kettle.
- dining place
- living room: smart tv/ satellite tv
- cozy sun-oriented veranda with sliding windows
- bathroom with underfloor heating, sink and walk-in shower
- bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200

Floor:

- 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds of 80 to 200, these bedrooms are accessible via separate stairs.

Front:
- spacious and south facing wooden terrace with garden furniture.

The garden has a sauna and hottub. Hot Tub not available because of freezing temperatures 1/12-1/03
A changing room with toilet is also available here.
If you wish to make use of this than you have to pay 40€ per person per stay by arrival.
December to February you can make free use of the sauna (excl. wood) for stays of one week or more.

It is possible to rent bed linen for 18€ per person.
Or you can also opt for a linen package (bed linen per person, 1 small and 1 large towel per person, 2 kitchen towels and 1 dishcloth per stay) : 25€ pp

You can choose to clean yourself or by us (110€), if you check out before 9 am, cleaning is mandatory to book by us.
Options must be paid on site upon arrival.

There is the possibility to rent bicycles on site.
We have 1 ladies bike, 1 men's bike, 2 mountain bikes (26 inch, 28 inch), 1 tandem, 2 mountain bikes for 8-12 years (24 inch), 1 children's bike for 7-9 years (20 inch),
The necessary children's helmets are also provided (under 15 years old it is mandatory to wear a helmet in Sweden).
Price: 35€ per bicycle / stay.

Electricity and wood has to be payed on departure.(SEK or EURO)
The house and the grounds are non-smoking.
No shoes in the house(Swedish habit)
