My family of 7 came to Florida from NC in April 2019. We rented this located during Spring Break. I wanted something close to Universal and not too far from Busch Gardens Tampa. We were about 10-15 minutes from Disney, Universal and Sea World. It took us about an hour to get to Busch Gardens. We had a week of parks planned. Shopping is close as well. All restaurants and grocery stores are within minutes. Check in to the home was very easy. There is a coded lock box at the front door that has the key inside. The house electricity is controlled by placing the key in a slot once you get inside. The house was warm when we entered but quickly cooled. The home was very clean. It had beautiful decor, plenty of dishes, lots of towels and extra linen. The garage has books, a pool table and foosball. My kids enjoyed playing the games provided. The bunkbed room had a pullout bed under the bottom bunk that my kids discovered. Each room has a tv which helped diffuse alot of possible arguments. The yard has a pool with a hot tub or "cold tub" which my kids called it. The water was super cold. I was unaware of the extra charge to heat the pool because it was not included in the price or available as an option when I booked. When I called the fee was ridiculous so we decided not to. I booked this place because of the hot tub so I was very disappointed that I was able to get in. My kids were fine with the cold water. On our rest day, the pool guy came to clean to pool, which I thought was kind of inconvenient, especially since my kids were in the pool at the time. Then the mowers came and had grass everywhere to include the pool and deck area. They were wearing mask to protect from debris but had no problem throwing it around at us. I was a bit annoyed by that. There was a small grill so we utilized it a couple of times for some quick meals. You can see the fireworks at Disney from the backyard so that was a nice nightly treat. Overall we enjoyed the home.
