Overall condo was as advertised. View from 5th fl was beautiful. We were able to meet our host Jason. He was very nice and helpful with local info. Will definitely be looking to book here on a return trip.

Excellent Stay!

We loved our condo! It was just the right size, clean, easy beach access, and loved it! Everyone was nice and the owners were great! They sent us great places to go and eat and do things at. My family and I will definitely be coming back and staying here again!

Bright, clean & gorgeous views

I booked this condo for my daughter and I while we were in town for her volleyball tournament, and we were both beyond happy with my choice.The pictures are exact, you will not walk into any surprises. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed, tv, ensuite, spacious closet, and lots of drawer space. Best feature was having a sliding door out to the huge balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, tv, closet, lots of drawer space and ensuite privileges. There is plenty of seating between the dinning room table and breakfast bar chairs. The living room also has plenty of seating, and a large tv. The kitchen was very well equipped, and everything worked perfectly. Did I mention the balcony is huge? There is a table with 4 chairs, and 2 lounge chairs. The view of the ocean is perfect and unobstructed. Truly an oasis. Check-in was easy with keyless entry, and appreciated, no lineups or security offices to deal with. The condo has plenty of parking and very friendly security guards on duty. The condo is also very centrally located to restaurants and shops.The owner was friendly, great at communicating, and very informative. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back.

Local owner

The local owner provided his phone number for any issues we may have. Best check in and stay we have had. The coffee maker stopped working, he brought us a new one. I have been going to the gulf for years, best condo I have stayed in. One suggestion, If you grill over fill with charcoal, the all aluminum out door grills do not heat up as good as steel.

Family Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. I had to communicate with the Host a few times over a small plumbing issue in the guest bathtub. It was resolved before I could even say not to worry. Extremely quiet for a condo, which was nice with a 3 month old. Check in was easy, good balcony view, excellent beach, entire condo was comfortable. We would stay again, given the opportunity.

Great Condo, Great View!

Condo was wonderful in all aspects. Gulf front, very welcoming, with a great view of the gulf. Very short walk to the beach & water. In the heart of all the fun, shops & restaurant/bars. Would definitely stay there again!

Great condo and stay

2nd year at this condo! Again, super clean, comfortable and fantastic view. Jason always makes the checkin process super easy and can be reached any time needed. First year at Shrimp Festival. Super busy and luckily condo far enough away from the festival that it was easy to get back to condo. Super clean beach and great indoor/outdoor pool/hot tubs! Note during Shrimp festival long waits at restaurants and lots of detours. Go early. Enjoyed our stay so much and will always book with Jason & Sonya for future stays!

Wonderful Family Vacay

We had 6 of us in the Condo comfortably. Felt plenty spacious and we loved the size of condo facility itself and the easy access to the beach! The balcony was perfect for breakfast and mimosas watching the sun come up. In addition to all of this the Host was incredibly personable and even called to check on us and make sure that we had everything we needed and that our trip would be the best! They really went above and beyond! Will be booking with them again.

Great place to stay!

This is the third time we have booked one of Jason’s condos. All three were in a different unit and all have been excellent. Jason goes above and beyond to make sure you have a clean and comfortable stay. The beds we’re comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Jason will be my first choice for future vacations.

There are a lot of things to do from Waterville, The Track, Deep Sea Fishing, Pairasailing, Dolphin Cruises and Horseback riding. So many wonderful places to eat also. We would love to share our new condo with you and also help you with any questions you have about the area or main attractions. We hope you enjoy your stay!!!

Island Royale is one of our favorite places to stay. We enjoy the features the building has from its outdoor/indoor pool, sauna, steamroom and workout area. The condo is also located directly across from a convenience store which is great if you need snacks or for those early morning krispy kreme doughnuts.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The unit is beautifully decorated with a soothing beach theme. It really has a calm and relaxing feel inside. The unit is very clean and well maintained. The 5th floor balcony is high enough to have a really good view, but low enough that you have a good beach view. This unit is also located next door to one of our other condos which is great with large groups or multiple family gatherings.
