Condo 309

We enjoyed the location and staff always answered my calls or emails promptly. Condo had a great view!! I think the condo needs major updates. The beds and couchs were uncomfortable from age. The sofas were heavily stained. Some of the cookware still had food on them from previous renters.

Beautiful location

The condo was lovely. Beautiful location. Easy check in. Chairs and umbrella on the beach was nice. Wonderful for little ones!

Lovely Getaway!

Our family had a relaxing and refreshing stay in this beautiful and clean condo situated on a lovely expanse of beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the accomodations and the simplicity of the process for arranging our stay.

Family trip

The condo was what we expected it to be. It was clean and had all the necessary items you could need. The love seats had some stains, but it did not deter us from sitting and enjoying the view of the beach and water. It had a huge balcony with lots of seating, which we enjoyed. It could have used a small dining table and chairs to eat outside, instead of so many extra chairs. The view was perfect from the balcony. There was a problem with a few ants on the inside dining table, which I cleaned, but somehow they kept coming back. Never could figure out where they were coming from. We loved being able to spread out in the 3 bedrooms and all had bath’s attached. I would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay, condo was great. The oven did take a long time to pre heat and things had to be cooked a bit longer but nothing horrible. Only thing I would suggest is maybe keeping an extra blanket in all the rooms

Wonderful

The 3rd floor was so nice with small children, no waits for the elevator! The property was even nicer than pictured! We had the best stay! Management company was quick to respond!

Fantastic!!

We had the best time! Being on the 3rd floor made it very easy for access. Had little no no wait for the elevators, but still had a fantastic view from the balcony & even sitting in the living room. Conveniently close to may restaurants & Pier Park. The condo was very clean & the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again

Great vacation!

Just as described! Everything was so nice. The view was awesome from the third floor, unit was clean, staff was friendly, check in and out was easy. The only complaint I would have is the unit had some previous ceiling damage that wasn't completely repaired, but it hindered nothing and was hardly noticeable. Unit is a little dated, but for us it was perfect! We would definitely do it again! Love love love the balcony views.

Great views, quiet end of beach

Great views from the balcony on the quiet end of PCB. Only real drawbacks (which wouldn’t be enough to stop us from staying again) is that the pool in the listing pics is street side not gulf front and the room needed a better cleaning (crumbs under bed, in kitchen floor, some counters still needed wiped down). We had a great time! No excessive waiting on elevators and the condo had everything we needed!

Amazing views with plenty of space and ammenities

Highly recommend the Celadon along with this unit as you just can't beat a corner view. Very spacious, clean and well equipped.

Excellent Stay

This was such a great rental! The location on the beachh and the location within the building were both perfect. The elevators were very busy, so we often opted for the stairs, especially since it was only a few stories up. We will definitely be back!

Stunning view

There were 3 of us staying for our annual girl's retreat and it was perfect. More than enough room for just the three of us. The view was absolutely stunning and the beach is right outside the door. Owner was extremely responsive and professional. We have decided to make this our annual trip location.

We had a good time. The condo needs several updates and It was not as clean as it should have been. There was mold inside the shower around the doors and the ceiling fans were dirty. The views were amazing! Great location!

It was nice but strict check in time was not easy with an infant and really shortened the day. Had two nights but really only one day because of check-in and check -out times. But a lovely facility.

Check in terrible, elevator down and waited over 1 hr. Resort grounds dirty. Condo not cleaned well.

We overall enjoyed our stay. The condo was not cleaned well. Needs to be deep cleaned between rentals. Elevators down multiple times during stay. Resort seemed to need more help. The pool and resort grounds were dirty. We did enjoy being on the west end of PCB. Very quiet & less traffic.

AMAZING STAY!!!!

We loved this rental! Everything about it was great. I loved the corner unit and having so many windows! The houses to the right of us were also beneficial. Everything seemed a little less crowded due to this.

Nice place, nice vacation

Overall the condo was very nice. The online code check in process was easy. A reminder for email for parking pass instructions and payment would've been helpful. We found the condo over all clean however the ceiling fans and light fixtures had layer of dust. Condo had a funky smell when we arrived...cleaning supplies? We got some air fresheners and it helped. Rooms were big and accommodating for our teens. View was terrific. Being on 3rd floor was major plus. Lines for elevators were long so we used stairs which worked well. Literally 2- 3 minute walk from condo to beach chairs. Being 1st high rise on PCB gave everyone plenty of beach. Balcony had plenty of great seating, although we could smell smoking coming from other balconies. Sheets on beds didn't seem to fit but there were plenty of linens and towels. Thomas donut shop is 1/2 mile walk from condo. It was a great time and we enjoyed our stay.

Good but not great

We were disappointed with the maintenance and upkeep of the facility. The elevators worked inconsistently and from taking to others who have stayed in the past, this is a common problem. I even contacted the property management about it because it was such an issue upon checking in. There was also work being done around one of the pools and orange fencing had been put up to replace the regular fence that had fallen. There were other places in need of some work, yet no one was working while we were there. I had questions about parking and regular grounds questions but no one was in the lobby to help at any time. The unit itself was nice and spacious. Thank goodness it was the 3rd floor as we did a lot of walking up and down the stairs!
