Lovely Getaway!

Our family had a relaxing and refreshing stay in this beautiful and clean condo situated on a lovely expanse of beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the accomodations and the simplicity of the process for arranging our stay.

Great condo & location

Celadon 309 is a great condo. Clean, spacious and the third floor is nice to avoid elevator. Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. We will book here again.

Great place to stay. Clean & comfy. Plenty of room for family of 6 adults & 2 children. Has a fantastic view of the beach from the living area & 1 of the bedrooms.

Great views

The room was as great as pictured. There were some dirty walls and the water heater leaked a little but it was in the laundry room and didn’t really impact our trip. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the room was spectacular.

Excellent Stay

This was such a great rental! The location on the beachh and the location within the building were both perfect. The elevators were very busy, so we often opted for the stairs, especially since it was only a few stories up. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay, condo was great. The oven did take a long time to pre heat and things had to be cooked a bit longer but nothing horrible. Only thing I would suggest is maybe keeping an extra blanket in all the rooms

One of the best vacations we've had! Almost everything was perfect and we hated to leave and go home

As stated we thought everything was just as advertised. Nice, close, clean, easy! Please leave more trash bags and t.p.

Very nice! Very clean!

I would like to say, from the entering of the room to the last closing of the door, our stay was the best experience. The rooms were clean. The view was excellent! I would definitely recommend this to anyone out there.

Nice condo...great view!!!

Clean condo in a great location! The corner unit is awesome for views of the sunset. The condo itself had plenty of room for our party of seven. Three bathrooms makes all the difference in the world!

Condo 309

We enjoyed the location and staff always answered my calls or emails promptly. Condo had a great view!! I think the condo needs major updates. The beds and couchs were uncomfortable from age. The sofas were heavily stained. Some of the cookware still had food on them from previous renters.

Great location & easy access to beach

The view is phenomenal, and super clean. Easy check in process. Underground parking is not ideal. Very tight spaces and hard maneuver SUVs, but there is parking across the street in the parking garage. Easy access to the beach and friendly staff.

Great views, quiet end of beach

Great views from the balcony on the quiet end of PCB. Only real drawbacks (which wouldn’t be enough to stop us from staying again) is that the pool in the listing pics is street side not gulf front and the room needed a better cleaning (crumbs under bed, in kitchen floor, some counters still needed wiped down). We had a great time! No excessive waiting on elevators and the condo had everything we needed!

We had a good time. The condo needs several updates and It was not as clean as it should have been. There was mold inside the shower around the doors and the ceiling fans were dirty. The views were amazing! Great location!

Family trip

The condo was what we expected it to be. It was clean and had all the necessary items you could need. The love seats had some stains, but it did not deter us from sitting and enjoying the view of the beach and water. It had a huge balcony with lots of seating, which we enjoyed. It could have used a small dining table and chairs to eat outside, instead of so many extra chairs. The view was perfect from the balcony. There was a problem with a few ants on the inside dining table, which I cleaned, but somehow they kept coming back. Never could figure out where they were coming from. We loved being able to spread out in the 3 bedrooms and all had bath’s attached. I would certainly stay here again.

Not so good...

My family of 7 stayed in this condo for a week. Let's start off on a positive note. The condo has a private parking space. I cannot stress enough how amazingly convenient this was! We could quickly and easily come and go unlike many others who had long walks to and from their cars. The parking space is conveniently near the entrance to the beach which is very close to the elevator. This was great as we were able to place beach toys and chairs in the car when we left the beach and get them out when we returned. The beach was beautiful and not at all busy. The condo. The condo has a wrap around balcony which is nice but it is narrow so don't expect to have meals or anything out there unless there are just two of you. The condo claims to come with reserved chairs and umbrellas on the beach but keep in mind that you only get your chair if you are one of the first down there to claim. We showed up at 10am and there were not any left. The condo has a lot of dishes and pans which is great but no can opener or spices so plan accordingly. The floor plan is fine and worked well for us. My main issue was the lack of cleaning that took place prior to our arrival. I am by no means a clean freak! I have 5 kids. I am relaxed. However, this place was disgusting!!! 2 bathrooms literally had urine on the floor and pooled at the bottom of the toilets. There were opened soaps in a soap dish and another used one in the shower so I know those didn't get cleaned. The carpet was so dirty that we wore shoes the whole time so as not to have junk all over out feet. All of thr applicances need replaced but work...sometimes. One side of the toaster works after you mess with it, the other side is broken. The microwave is literally falling apart. The dryer works if your husband is willing to fix it, like mine was. I would highly recommend bringing your own bedding. Thr majority of the bedding in the unit smelled or had stains. I could not tell whether it had been washed or not. I do want to say that I almost never leave negative reviews. However, I know that others found this unit to be filthy in the past and I do want everyone to know the truth before spending over $1,000 renting it. We had a great week overall but I won't ever come back to this unit again. We travel to PCB every year and will be looking elsewhere for next year.

Fantastic!!

We had the best time! Being on the 3rd floor made it very easy for access. Had little no no wait for the elevators, but still had a fantastic view from the balcony & even sitting in the living room. Conveniently close to may restaurants & Pier Park. The condo was very clean & the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again

Great vacation!

Just as described! Everything was so nice. The view was awesome from the third floor, unit was clean, staff was friendly, check in and out was easy. The only complaint I would have is the unit had some previous ceiling damage that wasn't completely repaired, but it hindered nothing and was hardly noticeable. Unit is a little dated, but for us it was perfect! We would definitely do it again! Love love love the balcony views.
