Wir haben den Urlaub in Nisportino sehr genossen. Das Haus, die Lage und die Ausstattung sind hervorragend. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr zu emphfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, dafür vergeben wir noch einen Stern extra. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne Lage in einer schönen Bucht

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche an einem sehr schönen Platz. Einzig, dass das Strandrestaurant in der ersten Oktoberwoche bereits geschlossen war, war etwas schade.

Aufenthalt im Grossen und Ganzen gut - der Strand hätte gepflegter sein können und die Küchenausstattung etwas vollständiger. Sonnenschirme waren keine vorhanden, aber war im September kein Problem für uns.

Simona and Luigi are really wonderful hosts. Friendly, accommodating and responsive to everything with lightning fast replies. We had a really wonderful week with our children. My wife and I spent most of our time on the fantastic terrace and having dinner there at sunset is a highlight! The house is a bit off the beaten path (many switchbacks to drive), but you have peace and quiet and no crowded beach. The house is simple, clean and you really have everything you need. The air conditioning works perfectly. The barbecue in the garden gave us a few great dinners with fresh fish. The way to the beach is short and reserved deckchairs are waiting there (to set up yourself). The only restaurant on the beach is very good and has high prices, especially for dinner, but those who have a terrace like that prefer to eat at home. We just got pizza once and ate it on the terrace. The nearest supermarket is about 20 minutes away in Rio Marina (Coop). There is also the fish shop "Pescheria Onda Marina". There we bought very good fish at good prices. We had a wonderful week and would love to come back! Thank you Simona and Luigi!!

Summer in Nisportino

We spend one week at Luigi’s place, it was fantastic. The location of the house is great, with different terraces owerviewing the sea. A little path to go down directly to the beach, the kindness of Luigi and his wife. The beach by itself, and the restaurant at the beach. We highly recommend this place.

A hidden treasure

This is a hidden treasure – a bit of paradise! We had the most delightful holiday retreat at this cottage on the hillside overlooking our own small beach. The hosts, Luigi & Simone made us feel very welcome. They provided helpful suggestions about making reservations for the ferry to the island months ahead of time. Check in was easy. They were waiting for us on the beach with the keys and a cold drink! The apartment was spotlessly clean. The house handled our group of 4 adults and 2 boys very well. The weather was wonderful so we had all the meals that we prepared ourselves out on the porch. The private overlook deck that was just steps away for the house had amazing views! We enjoyed many morning coffees and lovely sunsets there. From the house there was a private path down to the beach just for our use. At the bottom of the path there were beach umbrellas and beach chairs for us to use all week! Plus, the wonderful bonus of a very good restaurant right there on the beach. We had dinner there 3 evenings as well as a few lunches and snack stops. The island has charming towns with heart stopping vistas as one traverses up & down the mountain sides but we were delighted to spend most of our time enjoying this private treasure.

Magnificient stay

The property is really magnificient, very private, with breathtaking and stunning views over the Nisportino bay and Mediterranean Sea. The house is literally few steps up over the nice clean beach with the excellent Ristorante & Bar "La Battigia". The restaurant offers excellent meals all day, the reservation for the dinner is needed. The house is equipped very simple, but functionally, cleanless perfect, kitchen is suitable for basic cooking (you must buy all ingrediences, no storages of any on place). The nearest shop (supermarket Incoop, very good equipped) is 15 minutes by car, there is not a small grocery in Nisportino, so you need to manage it in advance. Most of the time we spent at the nice terrace just in the front of the kitchen and at the terrace with sunbeds and sunchairs few steps from the house with amazing views over the sea. Luigi is a very kind person, speaking only Italian, very very small English, but it was really not a problem! He is a very caretaking host able to explain all what is needed, always keeping smile :) Thank you Luigi for the unforgettable holiday at your property! P.S. We left in the house 2 wine glasses for the next guests brought by us from home, because some of the previous guests claimed in the review no presence of the wine glasses in the cupboard...Enjoy your glas of wine! :)

Bettzeug und Handtücher

Aus der Beschreibung geht nicht hervor, daß man Bettzeug und Handtücher selbst mitbringen muß. Der Preis dafür( ohne Austausch nach einer Woche) war nicht gerade wenig. Die Ausstattung im Küchenschrank ist auch eher mäßig. Wir haben uns Weingläser, Kaffeekanne und Teekanne selber kaufen müssen.

Tolles Urlaubsfeeling

Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und hat alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Aber die Außenanlage ist wirklich der Wahnsinn mit der eigenen Terrasse direkt am Meer und dem Privatweg zum Strand und dem Restaurant, wo man übrigens wirklich sehr schön und sehr gut essen gehen kann am Abend. Sehr gastfreundlich und aufmerksam wird man dort begrüßt und bedient. Das Essen dort ist ein Traum und mehr als empfehlenswert. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Emplacement exceptionnel et excellent accueil de Luigi

L’emplacement est top et la maison très bien orientée la vue est magnifique. Nous avons profité du coucher de soleil tous les soirs. Les terrasses sont très agréables et il y a de nombreux transats très confortables à disposition. Luigi est un hôte très agréable et disponible et la communication avec Luigi a été facile. Le restaurant la Battigia est très très bon. Un peu plus d’équipement dans la cuisine et des coussins extérieurs plus confortables et on atteint la perfection. Super séjour et super vacances loin de l’agitation de certains endroits de l’île.

End of Season in Nisportino

Das Haus liegt wunderschön über der schönen Bucht. Die kleine Terasse mit den Liegestühlen ist einmalig!! Das Haus ist tiptop für 4Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Dass es keine Gewürze und so in der Küche hat, finden wir schade.Leider war dort Ende Sept tote Hose, alles geschlossen, kein Restaurant, kein Laden mehr, kein Mensch am Strand. Der nächste Ort nur mit Auto erreichbar über Passstrassen.

Una bellissima esperienza

La casa merita veramente. Spaziosa, pulita e soprattutto uno spazio esterno da rimanere senza fiato. La spiaggia, che si raggiunge in pochi attimi, è un angolo di paradiso. Il sig. Luigi è sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità. Per chi ama la tranquillità è il posto ideale. Noi ci ritorneremo. Spero presto.

Vacances de rêve

Nous avons loué cette maison en aout 2019. La maison est encore mieux que sa description sur le site : 3 grandes chambres climatisées, 2 grandes salles de bain, et surtout plusieurs terrasses. La maison dispose d'un grand parking privé, et surtout d'un accès privé à la plage. Le top : en bas de ce chemin privé, 4 transats, 2 parasols et une douche sont à notre disposition. Nous avons pu profiter de la plage dans un grand confort. La plage de Nisportino est belle et propre, dans une ambiance familiale détendue. Luigi, le propriétaire de la maison, est aussi le gardien de la plage et il le fait avec beaucoup de sérieux. Il surveille les enfants, et propose un pédalo a la location. Nous sommes allé diner 2 fois au restaurant qui est sur la plage, super diner face au coucher de soleil, avec des pizzas au prix très raisonnable et des plats plus élaborés. Nisportino est à 15 min des principaux ports et plages de cette partie de l'Ile : Cavo, Port Azzuro, Portoferraio; et à 10 min de Bagnia où nous avons pu louer un bateau. Les routes sont étonnement dans un excellent état, et ne posent donc aucun problème pour circuler. Pour finir, la maison dispose de cette extraordinaire terrasse plein ouest, offrant un coucher de soleil magique tout les soirs, seul au monde. Magnifique. Merci à Luigi et à son épouse pour leur accueil sympathique, pour leur gentillesse et pour la bonne tenue de leur maison. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

waouh, toll,heerlijk geweldig, ausgezeichnet

villa calme avec une plage juste à côté, vue impressionnante, coucher de soleil avec des couleurs impressionnantes, toller blick, sonnenuntergang am abend von der privaten terasse, je geniet van het geweldige uitzicht. Het huis is afgelegen en je moet boodschappen doen bij aankomst in de haven maar er is een restaurant net aan het strand waar je koffie drinken kunt en s'avonds eten als je niet wilt koken maar de keuken is ok en de tafel buiten is gezellig. Het strand is kalm en word goed onderhouden en opgeruimd, het water is schoon en turkaas blau. Das Wasser is so blau und schoen und alles ist gut versorgt. Einkaufen muss man auf dem weg vom hafen und im nachbarsdorf denn die Villa liegt ruhig. Luigi und Simona waren immer hilfsbereit und sofort zu stelle wenn irgend etwas fehlte und sogar als unser mietauto eine panne hatte. Sehr angenehme Vermieter. Un séjour de rêve sur une île superbe, côté ouest tranquille, il faut une voiture car les magasins sont à 15 min, mais accès direct sur la plage, chaises, kayak, restaurant sur place. Tranquillité, , propriétaires disponibles et aidants, Agréable séjour avec de la place pour 6 personnes. Vraiment à conseiller!

Ferien in Nisportino

Das Haus ist sehr schoen am Meer gelegen mit eigenem zugang zum strand und Terasse mit fabelhaftem ausblick. IM Herbst ein wenig abgelegen (naechster Laden / Restaurant >15min entfernt mit dem Auto). Die Vermieter sind ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder.

Magnifique gîte surplombant une mer translucide, au pied d'une belle colline.

Nous avons pleinement profité de cet endroit magnifique de l'ile d'Elbe. Une très belle mer accessible depuis une plage composée de graviers et de galets. Grâce à la surveillance accrue du propriétaire Luigi, la baignade y est très agréable, aucun risque qu'un bâteau ne s'approche. La propreté des lieux est également appréciable. Le gîte est magnifiquement situé, il surplomble la mer et offre différentes terrasses pour profiter du paysage. Il est doté de tout l'équipement nécessaire, il est climatisé et très bien entretenu. Der perfekte Ort für ruhige und erholsame Tage

Die Lage und die Aussicht sind einmalig. Ausstattung und Platz in der Villa sind super. Man wohnt exclusiv und privat über dem Strand in Nisportino. Dieser ist in 3 Minuten auf einem schattigen Weg komfortabel zu Fuss erreichbar.
