Toller Ort für Wanderungen in den Bergen. Viele Möglichkeiten in nächster Nähe. Bormio ist eine hübsche kleine Stadt. Die Betreuung durch Nadia war super. Viele. Dank.

Excellent séjour

Logement très agréable,confortable et idéalement placé ( un peu à l'écart du village ) au calme avec vue sur le massif et la vallée. De plus la région est superbe. A recommander.

Ottima esperienza.

Una casa molto carina, arredata con gusto, pulitissima e funzionale; la posizione è fantastica con un bel prato sul davanti ed una magnifica vista. Situata poco sopra Bormio in modo da evitarne il caos ma sufficientemente vicina in modo da poter fare comodamente la spesa ( 5 minuti in macchina). Paolo, il proprietario, è stato molto disponibile e Nadia, che si occupa delle chiavi e dell'accoglienza, è stata davvero gentilissima. Secondo me la casa è perfetta per 2 adulti con 2/3 bambini o per 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi (i nostri 2 hanno 16 anni). Un'ottima esperienza! Da consigliare

Abbiamo trascorso un breve ma piacevole soggiorno in questo appartamento tipicamente montano….Il fuoco del caminetto ha accompagnato il relax dopo aver sciato nelle vicine piste di Bormio 2000. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile...Grazieee

Really nice place, taking care of details would make it exceptional!

This apartment is a real gem. It's location is in a beautiful high point of Bormio with exceptional views. This would be one of my favorite locations if some details were taken care of. The things that need to be fixed to take this place from 4 to 5 stars.... The post advertised internet, there was none available. This is not usually a problem but this was a working vacation and one of the main reasons we chose this place was it was advertised as having net access. As someone in an earlier review pointed out there is no shower curtain in this apartment. This makes for a wet affair if you have children. There was also only one quarter of a roll of toilet paper available, and stores were closed before we noticed. The bed in the main bedroom is two single beds join together with a middle joining piece and was not comfortable. It felt like you were going to roll off the bed. No coffee maker. The apartment was clean and the host that met us for check-in were super nice, taking the time to point out grocery stores and great places to eat. The large fire place was a focal point in the evening with the entire family gathered around. We hope the owner addresses the issues pointed out and takes his place to the next level.

Perfect Base for Cycling Holiday

The house is perfectly situated 200 meters from the junction of the Stelvio Pass and the Foscagno Pass, just ideal when you want to make some trips on your racing bikes. Paolo was very active in communications. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Nadia, who was very kind, but barely spoke English. Plusses: The house was clean, the bed linnen were clean, the kitchen was well-equiped, a shed to store your bikes (including portable locks!), a laundry machine, a big table, and the view is magnificent. Improvements: Inside, the house was a bit dark, not a lot of daylight coming in. Internet was not working most of the times. And a shower curtain was missing.

Vacanza relax

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento nella seconda metà di luglio ed è stata una piacevole vacanza: abbiamo camminato su e giù per monti e valli (i sentieri del parco sono tanti e ben segnalati), abbiamo pranzato nei rifugi della zona e ci siamo rilassati alle teme. La descrizione rispecchia l’appartamento che è adatto a 4/5 persone (oltre alle due camere da letto lo spazio comune è ampio). La posizione defilata e al tempo stesso a cinque minuti in auto dal centro di Bormio sono valori aggiunti per chi ama la tranquillità e non vuole rinunciare alle comodità. L’appartamento è pulito e accogliente, la cucina ben attrezzata e il giardino è curato e fruibile. La possibilità di accendere il riscaldamento e il camino anche in estate quando il fresco si fa sentire ci ha fatto molto piacere. Il proprietario non era in loco, ma è stato gentile e disponibile fin dai primi contatti; pronto nelle risposte ci ha fornito anche utili suggerimenti per la vacanza.

Very nice house

I booked this house with 4 friends to ride our racing bikes in the area of Bormio. Beforehand, Paolo was very active in his communication and gave us several tips to ride our bikes and where we could go for a nice meal. This was very pleasant. The house is exactly how it shows on the pictures and was really celan. You can stay with 5 persons, the kitchen is very usefull, the bathroom is fine too and a nice extra was the fireplace. If you like an active vacation (cycling, walking, hiking), I would stronly recommend this house. A big supermarket is nearby and the house also has a shed where you can lock your bikes (etc).

Gezellig appartement

Ons gezin ( 2 VW en 3 tienerkinderen) heeft deze zomer een week samen met vrienden - die het andere appartement in het huis ( vergelijkbaar ) hebben gehuurd -een week in Bormio verbracht. Het appartement is ruim genoeg voor 5 personen, is gezellig ingericht met een grote gezellige open hard. De beschrijving van de woning is correct en de eigenaar is zeer attent en wij ontvingen informative over alle mogelijke activiteiten in de beurt. Ons appartement heeft een grote tuin waar de kinderen heerlijk konden spelen. Het appartement van onze vrienden was nieuw met vaatwasser , grotere woonkamer en ook feel lichter plus prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon, maar ONS appartement was met kinderen iets relaxter -iets ouder - robuster met de voor mij belangrijke plus punt - de tuin. Wij hebben een super week gehad met mountenbiken ( racefietsen net zo goed mogelijk) en wandelen. Alle passen in de beurt zoals v. stelvio ,gavia ....werden gefietst. Er is een extra ruimte voor fietsen/ skies. Een week was veel te kort. Ik kom hier heel graag nog een keer terug en zou deze vakantie woning zeker kunnen aanbevelen!

Tranquilla e spaziosa casa/chalet, pulita, calda e accogliente. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Perfetta anche per famiglia con bambini. Livigno è facilmente raggiungibile, così come le piscine termali in Bormio. Paesaggi suggestivi.

"Het betreft een prachtig vrij gelegen chalet met 3 appartementen en een grote tuin.Wij zijn de enige bewoners en krijgen de beneden verdieping.Geweldig huis in een prachtige omgeving met uitzicht op een prachtige bergwereld en op Bormio.De eigenaar Paolo A. en de gastvrouw Laura A. zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.Een minpuntje betreft het geluid van motoren in het weekend, die de Stelviopas of het Valdidentro bestormen. Conclusie: prima verblijf. "

Vicina ai punti di interesse e contestualmente immersa in una gradevole e silenziosa vista panoramica. Il tutto si è rivelato pienamente conforme all''annuncio. Da aggiungere la cordialità del Sig. P. che ha dimostrato una genuina ospitalità. La terremo sicuramente presente anche per periodi estivi. P.S. La votazione 4 su 5 è riferita all''unica mancanza, alla quale siamo riusciti a sopravvivere, la lavastoviglie(!?)"
