Great location

We had an awesome time at this condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Location can’t be beat as it’s walking distance from the outfitter. We’ll be back next year!

Wonderful Place

Great place to stay! The river was right in the backyard and the property had everything we needed. Tube rentals are walking distance from the condo. Will definitely be keeping this place in mind for our future trips.

Great place!

Bring your own tubes and float right in your stunning backyard. The master bed was AMAZING. Everything was great!

Perfect Weekend

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and so close to the water. We loved having the balcony to sit on as well. We can’t wait to visit again!

Great location with an amazing view

Our family (my husband, our two adult children and myself) enjoyed the beautiful view off the patio for a weekend. The property is located near tubing places and a grocery store. The home is updated and immaculate. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon.

Great spot on the river!

The hostess is very responsive and helpful with things in the area. The condo was very clean and beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook. The easy access to river was great. We even brought a little pop up 10x10 tent for extra shade in the water and it was wonderful. Tube rental next door or you can bring your own tube and pay for shuttle service.

Birthday with Family

The property was better than advertised. It's new and so close to the water. Everything was super clean and quiet. It's great that it is a 3 bedroom which is hard to find right on the water. Communication with the owner was super easy via text. It was also very handy we could walk to tubing location and enjoy the Guadalupe which was not overly crowded this weekend.

Perfect Weekend

This was a mother daughter weekend. 6 of our family came to the river for a quick but relaxing weekend. This condo is beyond perfect for all of our needs. Comfortable bedding, lots of room for everyone to spread out, fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal! The owner was attentive and kept in communication with us to ensure our every need was met. This is our 2nd visit to this complex and will definitely stay again. Already referred our friends.

Perfect Spot for luxury river life

Loved this fantastic spot on the river. Place was spotless & luxurious compared to all the other places I researched on the river. Little unassuming from the outside but then walk in to a massive, perfectly clean, 3 bedroom condo. The deck over the river is ideal for watching the rafters go down, mornings and evenings are perfect and quiet, and the easy access to all things around couldn't be more perfect. Loved it! Trish was so quick to respond to anything we needed and was on top of it all. Thank you and we'll be back!

Awesome Lodging - Incredible Location - Perfect Weekend

We have tent camped, RV camped and hotel stayed along the river and in New Braunfels for years and staying in a condo unit like this is by far the best experience. Impeccable and like-new lodging with everything you will need - just bring your food and sunscreen and you're right on the river and ready to play. Private, fenced-in parking with reserved covered parking spot and plenty of space for additional vehicles. One of our favorite times was having breakfast as a family on the private patio that faces back towards the river. Very quiet and cool while watching the sun come up. We highly recommend this unit and location to anyone that is looking for the best of everything - we can't say enough good things about it.

Quiet Getaway

The condo is very beautiful, clean and inviting. Kitchen is situated well for cooking, prepping and cleaning. We were able to use the balcony table for family meals, games and relaxation. Direct view from balcony and a short, easy walk to river with our tubes. Trish is an excellent host and quick to reply to any questions we had. It was difficult to leave so we asked to stay another night. Thanks Trish! My family is looking forward to coming back and taking a long float next time.

Peaceful Riverfront Property

This property was super clean, well stocked, and had a great balcony view of the river. The host was quick to respond and super helpful. The only frustration we had was with the parking situation. Only 2 cars are allowed to park on site. We had 6 people and 3 vehicles and the property security guard required us to park one vehicle about 1/2 mile down the road. Important to know if you’ll have more than 2 cars!

Beautiful location

This place has it all. Beautiful location 100' from the Guadalupe River. You can sit in the river, float down it in tubes, or go to the pool and hang out. Our family had a blast. The wildlife is amazing, families of dear, ducks, we saw an owl. Plenty of good places to eat also. Definitely would recommend!!

Well kept and beautiful property

Just stayed here this last week during spring break and it was wonderful! Wish we could have been there when it was a bit warmer to swim in the river but everything else was perfect. Condo is clean and well kept. Beds are super comfy and plenty of space for 6. Communication was exceptional and quick! Would deff recommend staying here!

Quiet and remote. Perfect getaway.

Awesome Location/View and Beautiful Condo

The location and view from this unit is perfect and it's one of the few with a large private balcony. It had everything we needed for our stay and the owner was SUPER responsive to questions etc Couldn't have asked for more!

Being by the river has a calming effect that is addictive.
The wildlife is unending.

We love sitting on the balcony with good friends and a good drink.
We kick back and relax and watch the show on the river.
When we have had rain, you can hear the water falling from the rock cliffs making a natural, peaceful water feature. Nature really does do something to bring an inner peace.
In the evening the night sounds come to life! IT'S AMAZING!!!!!
