The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, two double and a twin with a family bathroom. On the same level is a neat kitchen with induction cooker, a dining room, a sitting room with open fire and a hall. Outside is an enclosed garden with terrace and lawn, beyond which is a wild meadow with paths to wander, leading to walks in the surrounding countryside. Hedgelea is a charming base for a peaceful break in Devon. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (not permitted in the bedrooms) - a supplement is payable for the second dog.

Note: Access to the property is via public highway (single lane) There are some potholes and ruts in places.
