The cottage is well located and great for a short stay. Check in was easy and the site was quiet. For us, the bed was very uncomfortable, but that could be personal choice. The kitchen is very well provisioned but could use more cutlery! Generally, we enjoyed our stay. We feel the recommended takeaways need updating - Bacton Chippy was awful/inedible, and online reviews have been bad for a year. We would recommend Kingfisher Chippy instead.

We had everything we needed..Welcome pack was much appreciated Thank-you. Very close to a fabulous dog friendly beach..Very clean and sweet smelling chalet and a very clean and tidy park..Highly recommended.

Beautiful beach break

Fantastic little chalet - well appointed. So good to be close to the beach for morning sunrise walks …..and evening sunsets. The weather was really kind too!

Purrfect

Honestly? This was the calmest, homelyist ( no such word but !!) Best located "home from home" i have ever stayed in. Honestly didnt want to leave. We've had nice properties before but this is the most special, purrfect, accomodation and tbe location was just magical. Really peacful . We are definitly going back the icing on the cake? My dog Cooper was made as welcome as i was which is very important to me. I cannot thank the owner enough. But thank you so much.

Lovely chalet

Had a lovely few days. Unfortunately weather wasn’t on our side but still made the most of walks along the beautiful beaches. Chalet really nice and clean. Only downside is the road approaching site is full of potholes. Bit of a bone shaker!

Lovely chalet on peaceful clean park

This is a beautiful chalet on a lovely clean chalet park. I was surprised how many dogs were off lead on the park though so this spoilt it a bit as I have a nervous dog. Only marked down 1 mark in cleaning because I dropped something down the side of the bed and it was really dirty underneath the bed and on the skirtings. Being picky though really because everything else was beautiful and we had a nice stay.

Relaxing short stay

Had a great stay, very relaxing. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. Whilst we were there the water pressure in the shower was low, could have been a one off. Was the perfect place for relaxing and walking on the beach!

Bacton weekend

The chalet was beautifully decorated, clean with a modern feel, and very homely. Everything was provided and all very well equipped. Lovely area and view. I'd definitely stay again. The personal touches for my pooch were great.

Lovely chalet, right on the beach.

The purpose of my stay in November was to avoid the fireworks where I live for my dog. The chalet was peaceful, clean and has everything you need. Being right on the sandy beach was perfect for multiple walks during the day. Its close to other areas to visit in Norfolk and supermarkets a short drive away. I would definitely return and I imagine it is a great place to stay in the summer. Lots of outside green space that is well maintained. There were a few fireworks in the distance that luckily only lasted a few minutes.

A week away

The chalet was clean, warm and cosy for an October half term break. With the beach a stones throw away it made for a perfect start and end to each day walking the dog. Bacton Woods are glorious, Cromer was fabulous and pubs Recruiting Seargent and Gunton Arms and must visit for amazing food. North Norfolk is well worth a visit and Beachside is the best chalet in the area to book in our humble opinion.

30th birthday fun!

To celebrate my daughter’s 30th birthday we stayed at Elizabeth’s accommodation for the weekend. We had a fabulous time, accommodation was perfect, location perfect and the attention to detail from Elizabeth was also perfect, such a kind lady. I would highly recommend this venue.

Lovely Beachside at Bacton!

Liz was a wonderful host, very quick to answer any queries and very helpful. Really enjoyed the welcome gifts on arrival, yummy! The property was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. My nervous dog enjoyed her many walks on the open green in front of Beachside and had her first few trips to the beach! Thank you for our lovely stay.

Perfect seaside escape

We had a lovely stay in this little seaside bungalow. The holiday home was well equipped with everything you'd need for a self catering stay. It was clean, beautifully furnished and even had a lovely touch of wine and snacks on arrival. I could've fault the location either - just a few metres and you're on a beautiful beach. Fantastic from start to finish.

Best getaway ever

Bacton is a hidden gem ! We never really heard of bacton before, is now our favourite beach and holiday destination! Stunning chalet so modern and cosy with everything you could need. With perfect location seconds away from the sea and our dog Alice loved it, the locals are so friendly, we can’t wait to come back already!

Property was charming. So much thought put into it. Next to beach. Walk to paper shop, Poachers pocket pub and Chinese takeaway. Everywhere very dog friendly.
