VILLA FILIP is a beautiful property, part of the semi-detached house ( Villa Petra) and still offering privacy situated only 50m from the sea, offering exclusively for you, a heated 26sqm private pool with massage, 5 en-suite bedrooms (4 with terrace and sea views), sauna with gym, living and dining area with exit to pool area, all furnished to a high standard throughout.
Located in Kaštel Štafilić, an attractive small place nestled between two Unesco heritage cities Trogir and Split, with tennis courts, beach, restaurants, and mini-market in walking distance, and still offering a very quiet environment with a beautiful and unspoiled seaside area with promenade. Located in the heart of the middle Dalmatia with great road connection to easily visit Trogir (5 min driving, 6km), Split (15 min driving, 20km), Salona ruins and Klis fortress (15 min driving), Krka waterfalls (1h driving)… also opportunities to try amazing quad biking experience, rafting, horse riding...and many more.
The Interior is very practical and modernly furnished with all you might need for a very comfortable stay.
Villa offers all exclusively for you:
OUTDOOR AREA: Private, heated pool with massage (7,5mx3,5m), sun deck area with 6 deck chairs surrounded by Mediterranean plants from one side, covered lounge corner in front of the living room and covered outdoor dining area with barbecue.
GROUND FLOOR: Opened-plan living and dining area with TV and fully equipped kitchen - exit to the pool area and outdoor dining area; gym and sauna place with TV; bathroom with toilet and shower; washing machine. All air-conditioned, and fully covered with free WiFi.
FIRST FLOOR: Bedroom No1, Bedroom No2 each with double bed 160cm x 200cm and exit to the spacious terrace with sea and pool views, Bedroom No3 with two single beds 90cm x 200cm. Each bedroom is fully air-conditioned, with a TV and each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom No4 and Bedroom No5, each with king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with shower, TV, and exit to the covered terrace with sea and pool views.
A private parking place is secured on the fenced plot of the property.

Perfection!

We LOVED our stay at Villa Fillip. The home was beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. The location was perfect, near Trogir, Split, the beach. We didnt want to leave and hope to return. Our hostess was gracious and responsive. We wanted for nothing.

Villa Filip

The quality of the facilities at Villa Filip can only be described as top class. It’s everything you see on the listing and then some… bedrooms are lovely with balcony views of the sea and superb bathrooms with every one, can’t fault it. Lovely living room leading out to a good sized patio area around the pool, we had family members ranging from 5 to 70 and everyone loved it. Location is handy for Trogir and Split using Ubers, ten minute walk to the supermarket and around 25 mins walk along the beachside to nearest bars and restaurants all of which were good value. The owners were fantastic and very welcoming, would definitely recommend going.

Luxury Villa

We had a fantastic stay in Villa Philip! Petra, the owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From purchasing groceries to arranging for a home cooked meal and ensuring that the pool heater was turned on - we were well taken care of the entire time. We enjoyed walking along the beach and exploring the local Kastelas. Trips into Trogir and Split were convenient via Uber so we didn't need to rent a vehicle. Views of the sea from the bedroom terraces are spectacular! A lovely place to sit and enjoy your surroundings. Proximity to the airport is fantastic. So nice not to have a big drive to start or end your vacation. Airplane noise was not an issue for us. We highly recommend this luxurious, well located property for families or groups of friends. Thank you Petra!

A Dream come true..

Everything exactly as shown in the pictures. Plentiful and, above all, excellent restaurants on the beach promenade, about 20 minutes away on foot. The villa is on the seafront which is walkable for almost 150 meters before sloping down. Perfect for snorkeling, the nearby rocks are also very interesting. A bit cold without Neo in mid-October for longer sessions. Otherwise, the interior is very tastefully furnished, as can be seen, and 6 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms offer plenty of privacy, even in a larger group. The pool is actually cleaned and covered every day and with problems of any kind Petra is always and constantly on hand with help and advice. As a bonus, there were several times their own wine and liqueur and on the last evening even traditionally prepared fish from the region. So virtually nothing was left to be desired, we were very satisfied and are always happy to say welcome back..

Villa Filip

Wir haben in der Villa eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, der Pool war angenehm beheizt und das Meer praktisch direkt vor der Tür. Es ist bis auf die für unser Empfinden wenige Starts der Flugzeuge ruhig in der Umgebung, hängt aber vielleicht auch von der Reisezeit und natürlich der direkten Nachbarn ab. Die Wegezeit nach Split in die Altstadt könnte etwas kürzer sein; dafür ist man aber sehr schnell in Trogir wo man ebenfalls eine sehr schöne Altstadt vorfindet. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett, zuverlässig und unkompliziert, allerdings nur in Englischer oder Landessprache Sprache, was im heiligen Zeitalter kein Problem darstellt.

Traumhaus

Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage, die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes sauberes Bad/WC, Klimaanlage und Meerblick. In der Küche und Wohnzimmer haben wir alles vorgefunden um unseren Aufenthalt zu verschönern. Täglich wurde das Pool gereinigt und die Wasserqualität überprüft. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Jätte fint hus med underbara värdar, stortrivdes. Rent och snyggt, och precis lika fint som annonsen visade. Värdarna är de bästa jag någonsin haft. En riktig liten pärla. Kan bara rekommendera varmt. Vi kommer garanterat åka dit igen.

Family vacation

We had a fantastic week in Croatia. The house fulfilled or exceeded all of our expectations. The warm welcoming and first class service from the owner family was a great contribution to make our family vacation perfect. We managed the week without rental car, taxi is not super cheap but easy, available, and over all we saved. Beautiful 20-30 minutes walk along the beach to Kastela ”center”. You will not find many restaurants closer than this, but hey - you have rented a house with fully equiped kitchen! Enjoy 😊

Lovely house near Trogir and Split AirPort

We can highly recommend this clean and greatly maintained house. The pictures and description are 100% accurate and the house is located near the ocean. The house is near the AirPort, Trogir and Split. Very helpful and nice host who treated us to a fantastic Croatian dinner ! There’s nothing to complain about. Hopefully we will return.

Schöne moderne Villa mit sehr netten Besitzern

Wir waren für 10 Tage mit 3 Familien in dieser schönen und modernen Villa. Sie war wirklich sehr stylisch und toll gestaltet. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und freundlich. Sie haben immer gefragt ob wir zufrieden sind oder etwas brauchen. Auch haben Sie uns frische Eier, Trauben und Blumen gebracht. Das war sehr nett. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht und sie haben für uns sogar extra noch ein Hochstuhl und Babybett für unseren Sohn gekauft. Das war sehr nett. Ja es stimmt die Flugzeuge dort sind schon ziemlich laut aber und hat es jetzt gar nicht gestört. Man muss sich aber halt bewusst sein dass es dort vor dem Haus nur Kiesstrand gibt mit großen Steinen auf denen man natürlich nicht gut liegen kann.

Paradise found

We were looking for a long time for a house in Croatia on the beach, where we can enjoy our holiday. We found it with villa Fillip. The second paradise – villa Petra - is just the other half of the building, with it’s own pool, but can be joined by the opening the door in the patio, by the pool. First of all – we (group of 6 persons) were the very first guests of this brand new villa and nevertheless everything was finished, prepared for our stay – every little detail. So the pictures are really true ☺ and we enjoyed the lovely house, the privacy, given through additional terraces with stunning views and rooms with en suite bathrooms and the pool… Morning swim in the sea – just few steps away – afterwards leisure time by the pool. If you prefer to stay on the beach – no problem – there were several possibilities also with good access for children and older people. We had the pleasure to meet also the owners – one of our most remembered evenings of our stay. They take care of their houses with a lot of love and pride. So of course, there is one negative point – Split airport is very close, so you see and hear the planes. So if you hate planes – do not rent this villas. If it is ok for you to see and hear like 20-30 planes in 24 hours, do not hesitate. If you prefer not to travel by car – you can fly in and be picked up from the airport. You do not need a car staying in Villa Filip or Petra. Some organisational issues: there is small supermarket Ribola just 500m from the house, closing a 19:30 and bigger supermarket Lidl and the biggest Kaufland open 7:00-24:00, just a short drive of approximately 10 minutes. In walking distance are some easy bars and restaurants, the “bigger” one are walking on the see shore for approx. 2,5-3 km – so nice walk for adequately fit people. And sorry for the long review - but as we were the first guests I think it is very well welcomed to get some impression how it was. We are definitely coming next year! Once you find a paradise, you are not leaving it! ☺

There is an opportunity to order a grocery supply, we have a colleague from Poljane Prom company that does a complete supply for yachts, villas, sailboats... and you can order all offered in big supermarkets, they would deliver it to villa at the agreed time, payable with a credit card or cash once it is delivered and checked by you. All you need to do is to send us an email with a grocery list with all small details such as quantity, weight, type of other essential details to get it all as accurate as it is possible. Our experience with guests who used this service is more than positive, very good and it saves your holiday time in unknown shops!
