The Master Bathroom is hidden within the Master Bedroom. Guest Bedroom can be used as a Remote Work station with high speed WIFI included.
857 sq ft. – Fully Furnished - New Paint throughout - new water heater and new AC unit - Water and Basic Cable included. Kitchen fully remodeled and new washer/dryer combo unit located inside of this unit. - Microwave - Stove – Refrigerator - Ceiling Fans with lights - Master Bathroom with tub - Dining Room - kitchen steps from front door - master bedroom - concrete walls with terrazzo floors throughout. Hurricane rated impact windows, very quiet inside of unit! Tinted windows and when you walk in you will be like saying hmmmm very nice.
During off season, really quiet neighborhood. This is a retirement community and the HOA self-imposes an age restriction that at least one person in the unit or on the rental agreement is age 55 or older.
