Welcome to your holiday home in Areeiro. A modern 3‑bedroom villa just 5–10 minutes from both Loulé and Almancil, with your own private pool and garden for relaxed days in the Algarve.



This comfortable family home is ideal for those seeking peace and privacy, while still being a short drive from the beaches, restaurants and local amenities.



Step inside to three welcoming bedrooms and four bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of space and comfort. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom, plus a separate guest WC. Upstairs, you will find two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom one with a shower, the other with a bathtub. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning for cool, restful nights.



The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with a table and chairs for smaller meals, plus a handy laundry room. A sliding door fills the room with natural light and leads directly to the outside dining area by the pool, making mealtimes easy and sociable. The spacious living room has air conditioning, a flat‑screen TV with UK channels (BBC1–4, ITV, etc.), a DVD player with several films, a Wii console with games and Wi‑Fi, creating a cosy spot to relax after a day out.



Outside, the plot is fully private and securely enclosed, making it suitable and safe for children. There are lawned areas where children can play, plus a ceramic terrace around the pool with plenty of sun loungers and outdoor seating, so you can enjoy the sun and fresh air. The pool is about 8 4 metres, with a depth of roughly 1 metre at the steps and 2 metres at the deep end. It can be heated between March and October at an extra cost, if requested at least 48 hours in advance.



The outdoor dining area has a good‑sized table and comfortable chairs, served by a charcoal BBQ, creating a very private, well‑presented space for long al fresco lunches and relaxed evenings. There is also private parking available in the basement garage, adding extra convenience during your stay.

House Rules

Groups aged 25 or under may be subject to a refundable security deposit.

Quiet hours are mandatory from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Events, pets, and unauthorised additional guests are not permitted.

Moving furniture or equipment is not allowed.

Excessive rubbish must not be left.

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.

Prior identification of all guests is mandatory to comply with legal requirements.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, payable on-site.
