Sunny & Happy Apartment Historic Center

Our apartment is located in a very quite neighborhood right in the center of Thessaloniki, on the 7th floor of a building with elevator, recently fully renovated and with lots of windows that let the sun come in throughout the day!.
It consists of 2 bedrooms each with a king size bed (orthopedic mattresses).

Travel cot 110x58cm and baby linens is provided.
Two A/C units, one in bedroom A and one in the living room.
Clean linens and towels are also provided.
The kitchen is new and very functional equipped with everything you will need to prepare a snack or even a dinner.
Refrigerator, electric stove with oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, hot water
In the bathroom / WC, there is a wash bin, a shower cabin, and a washing machine. You will also find some personal care products and a first aid kit.
In the living room there are two sofas and a dining table - working desk. A small desk is also located in Bedroom A in case you need more privacy or you are sharing the apartment with a friend that also has to work.
Very centrally located, the neighbourhood is one of the city's most vibrant and busy areas, (the street is quiet though) very popular to all age groups, with lots of cafes, tavernas - restaurants,where you can taste real greek cuisine, one of the many things that Thessaloniki is famous for. You will be amazed of how many people are sitting outside enjoying their coffee or meal.
In a close distance 5-10 min you can also find many shops, just in case you want to 'shop till you drop!'.
Super market and 24hrs convenient store are close by, 2-5 minutes.
Very easy to reach from airport, railway station or port.
The AUTh (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) and UOM (University of Macedonia), International Trade Fair (HELEXPO) are a minute's walk from the apartment!
Thessaloniki is very easy to explore on foot, and you will find everything you might need in a walking distance!!Famous historical monuments that are within 2-10 minutes distance on foot, are: the Palace of Galerius (Navarinou Square), the Arch of Galerius (Kamara), Rotunda, The Roman Market in Aristotelous, the Archeological & the Byzantine Museum, the White Tower, The Ataturk Museum, The MOMUS - Macedonian Museum of Modern Art (in the International Trade Fair premises), Aristoteles Square, City Center of Architecture. Many of the most beautiful Byzantine churches, are also close by.
Other places of interest are: The beautiful 'Ano Poli' the Upper Town part of the Old City of Thessaloniki still kept intact, 'Thousand Trees' (Seih Sou Forest), and of course don't miss the chance to take a walk along the commonly known 'Paralia' of Thessaloniki seaside promenade...
A bike Rental office is situated right in front of Macedonia Palace hotel, where you can rent a single, double, triple or quadruple! bike and explore the seaside promenade (as locals call it 'Paralia') from one end to the other!!
There is connection to all main bus lines through 'Egnatia str' and 'Tsimiski str'. Metro line is also available from Egnatias Av.

METRO LINE STOP: 'SINTRIVANI' - 2min
Don't miss the Thessaloniki sightseeing buses (hop on hop off) or the Cultural Line of the local public transport.
