On ne se lasse pas de la vue sublime sur Capri et des couchers de soleil. Les terrasses sont toutes magnifiques et l’intérieur de la villa n’est pas en reste, le mobilier et la deco sont tout à fait fidèles aux photos. Il y a eu quelques soucis techniques dans la maison pendant notre séjour (avec le jacuzzi notamment) mais tout a été pris en charge et réglé très rapidement. Petits bémols: avis à ceux qui aiment cuisiner, la cuisine est assez petite et il n’y a pas de lave-vaisselle. Il y a une petite route assez passante sous la villa mais cette route s’est avérée finalement peu bruyante, donc la villa est au calme Source: Airbnb

Der Aufenthalt in der Casa Mariavittoria war wunderbar und Alessia stets erreichbar. Der Ausblick von der Unterkunft auf Capri und Ischia ist atemberaubend, das Interieur ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerochtet und die Unterkunft war von A bis Z makellos. Ebenso waren die Tipps von Alessia sehr hilfreich. Sie hat uns gute Tipps für Restaurants gegeben, für die es teilweise sogar einen Shuttle von der Unterkunft zum Restaurant und zurück gab. Auch die Reinigung zur Mitte des Aufenthalts war willkommen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, denn so wunderbare Unterkünfte sind selten zu finden. Source: Airbnb

We had great time.

The communication and care Alessia took to make sure we had a great stay was exceptional. The location was just what we wanted and we had a great time exploring the Amalfi coast from this location. Only negative was that the hot tub was not working when we arrived and took almost three days of our five day stay to get hot enough to get in. Otherwise it was great.

Beautiful ocean view villa We spent four nights at Guido's lovely villa with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and Capri. Excellent Villa!!! What a great villa. Breathtaking view of the island of Capri. My kids enjoyed the small tub on the terrace. Carmine arranged fun personalized tours for us (a private boat to Capri, a private car to the Amalfi coast and tours to a mozzarella and limoncello factory). Highly recommend this property. Casa Mariavittoria Casa Mariavittoria is a beautiful villa - spacious and well appointed, fabulous terraces with jaw dropping views across the Bay of Naples to Capri. The villa is located in Massa Lubrense a 10 minute drive or a 15 minute bus ride to Sorrento. The bus stop is at the end of the street and transport runs about every 20 minutes into Sorrento - very convenient. Booking process and check in/check out process was great, and the property management of this villa is exceptional. We had to contact them a couple of times and they responded immediately to our queries. Property management also booked airport transfers and organised groceries to be delivered for our arrival - great service! Highly recommend this villa - truly fantastic. Source: UpFrontReviews

wonderful ! This is in a wonderfully scenic spot overlooking Capri and the bay of Naples. The house is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It is also larger than the photos shown! The veranda is so beautiful we didn't want to leave and spent many nights drinking wine and watching the sunset. Guido is fantastic, he helped us arrange a taxi with a friend of his who took us to the stores for food and wine and helped us carry the grocery! We also enjoyed a day at the beach conveniently across from the house. Thank you Guido! We will be back to see you again soon!Source:

Massa Lubrensse getaway We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful getaway. We had more than enough room since it was just my wife and I. The cold jacuzzi and deck were probably our favorite part; we spent several nights watching the sunset over Ischia with Capri nearby. We would definitely come back. We had a car which provided access to Sorrento fairly easily but I could see this place being a bit difficult for those who are not adventurous to explore on their own or take the bus. A modern comfortable spacious house with a great view we have been to the area several times and wanted to stay in a larger accommodation out of town but with a great view. this place was perfect in almost every way, the house is large, modern and comfortable, i travel all over and this is an ideal vacation rental for a week. it could use an umbrella on the sunny deck and a little better parking stall but those are minor issues compared to the many virtues. overall excellent and one of the best weeks possible, helped by great accommodation . Amazing! Hi fellow travellers..I am an italian lady who has been in London for several years! Last summer I've decided to show my country to my boyfrined and a couple of friends (i am from Sorrento by the way) so I've started to look on various web site and suddendly I've found this amazing villa to rent..as you can see form the pictures uploaded it is really really stylish and has got wonderful sea view! A part of that Guido and Ornella (the owner) are more than friendly and they help you to solve all the problems you might have. The villa is very close to all the amenities and just a few stone's throw away the center of Sorrento.! I definetely reccomend this house like a place to spend your holidays..!Source:

Amazing views, stylish yet comfortable. Thank you guido for your marvellous home. Some practical advice on getting around. Regular bus service to and from sorrento and appartment. (c20mins) 2 bus company services available one from sorrento rail station and the other near station or stops on the main drag in sorrento. The bus from station you must buy tickets in advance from ticket office (so worth buying a few for return journey from appartment). No ticket, no boarding (or you are chucked off en route unceremoniously!). The other service does accept cash. Possible to do carless which we did but I would recommend a car rental at least for a couple of days as buses to positino were so busy we didn't go. And don't think about walking along the roads unless you are brave enough! Stupid Londoners that we are expected pavements!Source:

Stunning Home with Breathtaking Views Such a beautiful place! We looked all over the coast at homes to rent & could not be happier with our choice. We debated over Positano, Amalfi & Sorrento, but are so glad we chose Sorrento! While the photos are beautiful, they don't even begin to do this place justice. Our host simply could not have been sweeter, or more attentive. She gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants & activities (we highly recommend the private boat tour out to Capri! A definite highlight of our trip) & even brought us some fresh basil one day. So kind. The owner is also delightful and very attentive. He takes wonderful care of his property. The home is about a 5-10 minute drive outside of town & is in the perfect spot for peace & stunning views. Everything is very comfortable & beautiful. Cannot recommend this home more. This Villa is truly a gem - the photos really don't do justice to the gorgeous view and the airiness of this lovely contemporary space. Guido, the proprietor, was a most gracious and welcoming host who was available if needed but discreetly left us to enjoy the place. (He even hosted us as his guests at the elegant restaurant he manages in Sorrento - a magical treat for the palate!) At Guido's suggestion, we ate several times at the little restaurant 2 doors down and were treated like old friends. Buses were easily accessible but i would suggest renting a car to really enjoy the magic of this coast ( driving wasn't as scary as expected - except the drive to Positano - very narrow roads! - but well worth the effort!) A day in Capri is a must, as is a trip to Pompei. Massa is a lovely little town with a great bakery and shops for necessities but Sorrento is the nearest larger center. And of course for a Rodeo Drive-like shopping experience you should make the trek to the top of Capri. Though there is a beach club directly below the villa ( a really pretty walk) there are lots of lovely little beaches close by ( we just used phone apps/ maps to find them ). And RUNNERS will enjoy a fantastic trail through the hills immediately behind the villa. Can't say enough great things about this spectacular place !Source:

Perfect place to stay while in Sorrento We stayed in this beautiful house for one week during the winter holidays. The house looked exactly as it did in the pictures as did the amazing views of the ocean and Capri. Guido is a warm and friendly host who could not have made our stay more comfortable. No rental car, no problem-there is a bus stop just feet away from the house that with a little planning can get you to the center of Sorrento just a few miles away. I cannot recommend the house enough, it has all the comforts of an American home, central A/C and heating, comfy couch, flat screen tv with cable, modern kitchen and a tub. Did I mention the views? I saw the most amazing sunsets and this was during winter, I can't even imagine what they look like in the summer. Thank you Guido for such a lovely home. Ci vediamo!Source:

Stayed in this property Oct 12-17, 2013. Nicest vacation rental I have ever stayed in. The view is hyponotic,,spectacular!! The house is perfect. Perfect for 2 couples...one bedroom/bathroom upstairs..one bedroom/bathroom downstairs. Beds were comfortable, bedding was lovely. Really lovely property. One thing to bring..a one cup Mellitta coffee drip and filters. The kitchen has everything but no coffee maker. Guido was a perfect host..one or two internet glitches..he was there within an hour.Definitely rent this property!!Source:

Luxury apartment and loads to do! We stayed here at the end of October 2015 and found the apartment to be beautiful inside and out! The black and white theme is really stylish, the beds were really comfortable, and the hot tub was the highlight of our week - despite the chilly evenings we were in it every night! The TV and hifi system was great, too.It was an ideal place for visiting Capri, Pompeii and Vesuvius - the bus to Sorrento is just at the bottom of the road, and the train goes to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvuis from Sorrento.A word of warning - if you hire a car DO NOT park it below the property round the corner by the wall.. Our car was damaged (by someone coming up the hill) quite badly. Further up the hill around 2 more bends is a wider turning space where you can park more safely.A few minor points:The bathrooms are lovely, but th method of obtaining hot water for the showers is a bit hit and miss, there are so many knobs and taps! Some simple instructions would be great.There is no oven in the kitchen -(other than a microwave) and no grill, I was a bit lost without these, although we managed OK. The gas hob was a bit erratic - sometimes it refused to stay lit despite holding down the knob for up to a minute.When cooking with non stick pans (of which there is a great selection, non metal utensils would be better, as metal ones can damage the surface.) If you're not intending to cook much then this won't be an issue)Source:

Magnifique Une magnifique maison avec très belle vue. Le jacuzzi était top. Nous avons juste eu un petit problème technique qui ne nous a pas permis de nous baigner autant que nous aurions voulu mais l'endroit est idyllique. Great modern townhouse with a wonderful decks and ocean view This large home is perfect for two couples. everything was modern convenient and well done. we had a week of a lifetime and i have traveled everywhere including here many times. this is why you no longer want to stay at hotels. the parking was not idel but that is a small matter compared to the size and quality of this ideal accommodation.Source: Holiday Lettings
