On ne se lasse pas de la vue sublime sur Capri et des couchers de soleil. Les terrasses sont toutes magnifiques et l’intérieur de la villa n’est pas en reste, le mobilier et la deco sont tout à fait fidèles aux photos. Il y a eu quelques soucis techniques dans la maison pendant notre séjour (avec le jacuzzi notamment) mais tout a été pris en charge et réglé très rapidement. Petits bémols: avis à ceux qui aiment cuisiner, la cuisine est assez petite et il n’y a pas de lave-vaisselle. Il y a une petite route assez passante sous la villa mais cette route s’est avérée finalement peu bruyante, donc la villa est au calme Source: Airbnb

Der Aufenthalt in der Casa Mariavittoria war wunderbar und Alessia stets erreichbar. Der Ausblick von der Unterkunft auf Capri und Ischia ist atemberaubend, das Interieur ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerochtet und die Unterkunft war von A bis Z makellos. Ebenso waren die Tipps von Alessia sehr hilfreich. Sie hat uns gute Tipps für Restaurants gegeben, für die es teilweise sogar einen Shuttle von der Unterkunft zum Restaurant und zurück gab. Auch die Reinigung zur Mitte des Aufenthalts war willkommen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, denn so wunderbare Unterkünfte sind selten zu finden. Source: Airbnb

We had great time.

The communication and care Alessia took to make sure we had a great stay was exceptional. The location was just what we wanted and we had a great time exploring the Amalfi coast from this location. Only negative was that the hot tub was not working when we arrived and took almost three days of our five day stay to get hot enough to get in. Otherwise it was great.

We enjoyed every minute of this holiday. Heavenly villa outside Sorrento We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa for one week in September. The villa was so nice and the view so incredible that we ate dinner outside every single night. The villa is modern and clean and far enough away from town so that it is very peaceful and quiet. The only negatives, which were small,l was the parking is very tight on the narrow road outside of the house and the wifi in the house was not very strong. Would definitely recommend renting this lovely villa.Source:

We couldn't have been happier with the beautiful view of Capri and the Amalfi coast. The rooms were big and modern, the bathrooms clean and roomy, the kitchen well appointed and the lounge dining blessed with great windows and views. The deck provided a wonderful spot to enjoy our 'sundowners' even though it was winter, and the weather was sunny and just marginally chilly. Un angolo di Paradiso Abbiamo soggiornato in questa meravigliosa villa per soli 3 notti e devo dire che il tempo è volato in questo angolo di paradiso. La struttura è bellissima, sicuramente sopra la media delle case vacanza dove mi è capitato soggiornare...è arredata con gusto e attenzione, ma la cosa più spettacolare è sicuramente la vista. Nelle giornate migliori si vede praticamente tutto il golfo di Napoli partendo dal Vesuvio fino a Capri che è cosi vicina quasi da poterla toccare con mano...un sogno!! Sento di dovermi complimentare anche con il personale dell'agenzia: Veronica (se non erro) che si è occupata della nostra accoglienza e Nunzio, il quale si è occupato di prenotare per noi taxi ed escursioni in barca. Entrambi davvero molto efficienti. Tutto questo ha reso la nostra mini vacanza ancora più speciale e sicuramente la consiglieremo ad amici e parenti! Grazie a tutti!

Beautiful villa, well kept up with amazing views over the sea. There is a huge deck where we relaxed on the comfortable cushion beds and ate all our meals on the table provided. There is also an outdoor shower where we could get wet to cool off. There is a small washing machine that takes a long time to run but does the job. The kitchen is small and stocked only with the bare necessities but was fine for us. The amazing views and the gorgeous deck were the main selling point for us. It is a little far to walk into Sorrento but just a short drive since we had a car. There is a bus but we didn't try to use it. Parking is free on the narrow road outside the villa. We would stay there again should we be on the Amalfi Coast again.Source:

Outstanding views The views from the large terrace of this apartment include Capri and the entire coastline up to Napoli Bay. The interior and patios of this apartment are very private. Decor is beautiful.On a steep road so a car might be nice, although very difficult to park on narrow steep road. But, it's got to be up high to have these views. The hills surrounding the villa area are gorgeous, full of olive trees on terraces and large old homes. Fun to just sit on the terrace and watch the ferries to Capri and the fishing boats.Source:

A Sunset Lover's Dream Spectacular views of Capri and Mt. Vesuvius greet you every morning from the surround-around terraces. The sunsets take your breath away. Grab some Limoncello and relax in paradise. There were 4 of us staying here for a week and it was perfect. We didn't rent a car but managed to take a bus to town and back whenever we wanted. Taxis, buses, boats and trains can take you just about anywhere you want to go. Guido arranged a driver for us for a day to tour Positano, Ravello, and Amalfi. Spectacular vistas. Guido also arranged for us to have a phenomenal meal at his hotel tailored to our specific tastes. He is a remarkable host and will do anything to make your stay at his villa a vacation to remember. His wife Ornella also was a fount of information on What to see and tips on things to avoid. The kitchen is small but complete with all amenities.....no dishwasher, but who's cooking with all those wonderful restaurants around!. There is a washing machine, but it is very small and does only a small amount of clothes at a time. Everyone dries their laundry on large racks in the sun. It's the Italian way. We have wonderful memories and spectacular pictures of our stay there and would recommend it to anyone. Don't miss it.Source:

Excellent Villa!!! What a great villa. Breathtaking view of the island of Capri. My kids enjoyed the small tub on the terrace. Carmine arranged fun personalized tours for us (a private boat to Capri, a private car to the Amalfi coast and tours to a mozzarella and limoncello factory). Highly recommend this property. Casa Mariavittoria Casa Mariavittoria is a beautiful villa - spacious and well appointed, fabulous terraces with jaw dropping views across the Bay of Naples to Capri. The villa is located in Massa Lubrense a 10 minute drive or a 15 minute bus ride to Sorrento. The bus stop is at the end of the street and transport runs about every 20 minutes into Sorrento - very convenient. Booking process and check in/check out process was great, and the property management of this villa is exceptional. We had to contact them a couple of times and they responded immediately to our queries. Property management also booked airport transfers and organised groceries to be delivered for our arrival - great service! Highly recommend this villa - truly fantastic. Source: UpFrontReviews

wonderful ! This is in a wonderfully scenic spot overlooking Capri and the bay of Naples. The house is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It is also larger than the photos shown! The veranda is so beautiful we didn't want to leave and spent many nights drinking wine and watching the sunset. Guido is fantastic, he helped us arrange a taxi with a friend of his who took us to the stores for food and wine and helped us carry the grocery! We also enjoyed a day at the beach conveniently across from the house. Thank you Guido! We will be back to see you again soon!Source:

Massa Lubrensse getaway We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful getaway. We had more than enough room since it was just my wife and I. The cold jacuzzi and deck were probably our favorite part; we spent several nights watching the sunset over Ischia with Capri nearby. We would definitely come back. We had a car which provided access to Sorrento fairly easily but I could see this place being a bit difficult for those who are not adventurous to explore on their own or take the bus. A modern comfortable spacious house with a great view we have been to the area several times and wanted to stay in a larger accommodation out of town but with a great view. this place was perfect in almost every way, the house is large, modern and comfortable, i travel all over and this is an ideal vacation rental for a week. it could use an umbrella on the sunny deck and a little better parking stall but those are minor issues compared to the many virtues. overall excellent and one of the best weeks possible, helped by great accommodation .
