Large, Quiet Apartment

Our stay was great. It’s was perfect for what we needed. My wife was working at the University for the month. The large space and extra rooms was lovely for a long stay. The only things I would like to note is there was quite a few light bulbs burn out, some of the cooking pots are not compatible with your induction burner and some more cleaning supplies and washing towels would of been useful for longer stays.

Perfect stay

A perfect base for a sightseeing vacation, near both bus and metro, as well as several grocery stores and numerous cafes. Safe and quiet neighborhood. The apartment itself is roomy and airy, in a quiet building and with all necessary conveniences. The AC is a huge plus. One of us had a severe allergic reaction to the couchwe suspect a cat had spent serious time on it.

Very good communication with the accomondation manager Monica. Huge accomondation, with lots of space, all was fine. Minor problems with the toilet in one of the bathrooms - but the apartment had two and we were only 3 persons. I would go there again the next time. B.v.K.

Great and spacious apartment

We lived in the apartment for 2 months and had a wonderful time there. The apartment includes everything you need. Only side note is about the doorbell which didn't work and also didn't get fixed in the months we have been there (because of external company), which brought us in some issues with our packages. The internet was slow in the beginning but when we discussed this with the house manager they upgraded it! The internet now is very fast and great if multiple people have to work remote - thank you for the wonderful service be@home :-) Overall, I can highly recommend for short and long stays

‘Classy Marques Apartment in Lisbon

The apartment is clean well appointed (sharp knives, English language tv channels) and is located just far enough from the tourist areas to be authentic. We would recommend this apartment for any short stay but it is not suitable for a long stay (more than a few days).There is only one special key to the apartment which is okay if you are sticking together as a group but over the three weeks we stayed there we, on occasion wanted to go our separate ways, very difficult with one key.We paid 65 euro for cleaning but that only covered the cleaning after we left, we were expected to wash our own towels and bed linen.We have stayed in many apartments around the world for weeks at a time and always the people ahead of you leave somethings behind. If you run out you buy some more and leave any leftovers for the next people. This apartment did not work that way. There was no salt and pepper, no oil, no spare toilet rolls or cleaning fluids, nothing. Could not be coincidence that every thing ran out at the same time and the previous people did not replace anything. More likely the owner or the cleaner cleaned everything out after the last tenant. Not a good look. We left heaps behind for the next people. It would be interesting to know if they got it.

Lots of space, but…….would not recommend.

This is a lovely 3 bedroom, two bathroom place with lots of space. One bedroom is a king bed, the other has two twin and the last is a single. The ensuite has a shower and the other bathroom has an enormous tub with a sit down shower. The location is good, about a 10 min very hilly walk to the metro, but not to hard to get anywhere. This place is NOT accessible in any way. Cobblestones and hills everywhere outside, and two big flights of stairs inside. This is a self catering flat with a fully stocked kitchen dish wise. It will be easier to tell you what is in the flat than what isn’t. Some coffee, dishsoap and a couple of pods for the dishwasher. One garbage bag and the bathrooms each had 1.5 rolls of toilet paper. That is all. When contacted management informed me it was self catering and that was all to be expected. No salt and pepper, no olive oil, nothing else. I am not complaining, some vrbo’s leave more than others. But it didn’t feel very welcoming. That all aside, I would not recommend this place, unless you can stand the smell of sewage. It was constant, coming from the bathrooms. Much worse if it rained or was humid, better if we left the window open all night. Management really needs to do something about it. I didn’t believe the other reviews, big mistake on my part. Especially since we were there for 10 days.

Schönes großes Apartment in guter, ruhiger Lage mitten in Lissabon

Die Lage der Wohnung, Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Die Wohnung sollte einige Teller, Gläser, Tassen mehr haben. Auch eine Grundausstattung von Pfeffer, Salz, Zucker, Essig und Öl wäre wünschenswert.

Bel appartement mais assez éloigné du centre historique.

Bon accueil malgré une arrivée tardive à 1h du matin dû à un retard d'avion. Appartement correspondant à notre attente. Par rapport au centre historique il est un peu éloigné mais pour de bons marcheurs, ça va. Merci à la personne qui a géré notre séjour (Monica)

Appartement agréable

Un appartement agréable et spacieux au 2eme étage d'un immeuble proche des bus et des métros. La literie est de bonne qualité et les doubles vitrages bien appréciables. Des supermarchés et des restaurants sont accessibles à pieds. Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour à Lisbonne.

Problème avec une salle de bain

Nous avons été contraints d utiliser seulement une salle de bain pendant deux jours à 4 personnes. Un lavabo est tombé du mur et il y avait une personne près du lavabo ayant failli se faire blesser. Il a fallu 2 jours pour remédier à ça. Belle appartement en général mais manque un peu d entretien.

Roomy apartment in good location

We enjoyed a week in this roomy, airy apartment, which has an awesome shower. Ideally located for walking, metro and bus. The service and attention we received from Lucia at Be@Home was friendly and prompt.

Todo. La ubicación, la distribución, limpieza, menaje,.... Parking cerca municipal a 300 metros "Parking Gomes Feire" muy económico. En la esquina restaurante "Açoreana" comida casera y buen atendimiento. Acceso rápido desde la autopista. Apartamento con aire acondicionado y wifi. Genial.
