家は3階建てで、メインフロアは19世紀の装飾が施されたバスルーム付きの2つのスイートルームで構成されていますが、すべての快適さと最近改装され、このフロアには2つのベッドがあり、 2人の子供、ベビーベッドも利用できます（旅行用ではありません）。 上階には3つの寝室があり、そのうち2つはダブル、もう1つは非常に大きなシングルベッドがあり、その床にはフルバスルームがあります。

Really unique property.

We stayed here February 2018 and only complaint is that the main atrium is quite chilly, understandable because of the layout of the property but we weren't expecting this. The bedrooms and the lovely upstairs living room were nice and warm though so it wasn't a big deal. Guadix is an interesting town and we were right in the heart of it in this villa. I doubt we will go back to Guadix again but if we did we would stay here, especially in the summer.

Palacete maravilloso

Hemos estado muy a gusto, todo estaba limpisimo. Ubicación perfecta cerca de la catedral y de bares de tapas. Desde allí se coge un tren turístico para ver las típicas cuevas. Volveremos sin duda.

Amazing

We had the pleasure of staying in this spectacular home for 1 week early October. This is the 4th vacation rental I have had in Europe and is by far my favorite. This historic home had all the charm yet all the modern conveniences and has everything you can possibly need. We were a family of 7, ages 27 to 83, and loved our stay. The beds are all very comfortable, the home very clean, kitchen well stocked, and a delightful outside patio which was a nice surprise. The home is very close to the cathedral, coffee shops, restaurants, and stores, all within walking distance. The caretakers, Carmen and Antonio greeted us with a tour of the magnificent home, and even had the refrigerator stocked with cold water, beer, seltzer, milk and coffee, and even fresh slippers in the bathrooms to use. They were even nice enough to drive our elderly mom to dinner and back, and also picked up items at the supermarket for us when they went. The town is full of things to do, excellent food, friendly people, and my favorite, free tapas with every drink! Granada is approximately 45 minutes away and we spent 2 days there visiting the Alhambra and other sites. We can not wait to return to Gaudix and hope to stay at this home again.

La casa es fantástica. Muy bonita y cómoda.

Pasamos un puente muy agradable en la casa de Guadix. Antonio nos atendió perfectamente y nos orientó sobre todo aquello que necesitábamos. Lugar muy céntrico y tranquilo. Muchas gracias por todo.

Muy buena opción de Alojamiento si vas con amigos

Fuimos a pasar el fin de semana para conocer Guadix 3 parejas con 2 niños cada una y estuvimos en la casa muy a bien, bonita casa reformada con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia. Se agradece que la casa la hubieran calentado antes de llegar nosotros, todas la habitaciones bien climatizadas, buena ubicación, cerca de la catedral y de la plaza del ayuntamiento. Alojamiento muy recomendable.

Preciso palacete en fantástica ciudad de Guadix

Tuve el placer de disfrutar de unos días de vacaciones en Semana Santa, en este encantador palacete. Está muy céntrico y tiene unas fantásticas vistas desde varias de sus estancias a la catedral de estilo gótico y neoclásico. Las vistas parecen sacadas de una postal. Es un lugar tranquilo y espacioso, dónde reina el silencio. La temperatura es ideal en todas las estancias del palacete. Tengo que destacar el precioso patio interior de estilo árabe, que se puede contemplar desde todas las plantas. La decoración es ideal, muy acorde con el palacete. Tiene unos preciosos tapices en algunas de sus salas. Está muy limpio y es ideal para toda la familia. Sin duda, un lugar para disfrutar. Los dueños son encantadores y ofrecen toda la comodidad que puedas desear. Muy cerca de la Alhambra de Granada y a poco más de una hora de las playas de Almería y del Parque Natural de Cabo de Gata-Níjar, ofrece múltiples y diferentes opciones como alojarte en una cueva, conocer un patrimonio milenario, disfrutar de sus paisajes desérticos o practicar todo tipo de actividades en el Parque Natural y Nacional de Sierra Nevada.

Una casa con todas las comodidades

La casa cuanta con todas las comodidades y se preocupan para que todo este listo para la estancia (todo limpio y cuidado) y tiene un encanto muy especial. Está situada en el centro de Guadix con unas vistas privilegiadas a la misma Catedral. Se puede ir tanto de turismo de esquí como para visitar la provincia de Granada y Almería, esta todo muy bien comunicado. Muy recomendable.
