The apartment is located on Lido of Venice near the Church of San Nicoletto in the northern part of the Lido, very close to the city's port.

The Lido of Venice is famous in the world for being the headquarters of the prestigious International Film Festival.

The apartment has a spacious living area with kitchen and a stunning view on the city of Venice. It has two bedrooms, one double room and one with twin beds and a functional bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The apartment is located on the Lido of Venice near the Church of San Nicoletto Abazia in the northern part of the Lido, very close to the city's port.

The proximity to the beach, makes it possible for our guests a cultural holiday but also one of total relaxation where you can explore the various opportunities offered by this strip of land from the free sandy beaches of San Nicolò and Alberoni, to the natural fauna of the sandy and golden dunes until the rocks of Murazzi, after crossing the equipped beaches characterized by typical huts.

Guests have access to the whole apartment.

Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht

Von außen sieht das Haus nicht so einladend aus, aber die Wohnung war frisch renoviert, sauber und mit zwei Schlafzimmern groß genug für uns als Familie, mit tollem Ausblick. Das Auto kann kostenlos vor dem Haus geparkt werden. Bad und Küche sind funktional, Vorsicht bei dem Toaster, der hakt, somit aufpassen.

Worth booking for the view alone

Great apartment in a quiet location with amazing views - easy bus ride / walk to Lido SME. Keys difficult to use - took 4/5 attempts to unlock. Air con only in living room but we knew this - fans to move air between bedrooms and living room would really help. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the view of the lagoon, and the layout of the apartment. The hosts were also very helpful and communicative.

Zona tranquilla e ben servita dai mezzi (fermata del bus A sotto casa). L'appartamento è comodo e fornito del necessario per un soggiorno gradevole. A chi visita la Mostra del Cinema consiglio fortemente di prendere bici a noleggio. Alcuni aspetti da migliorare: - Assenza di zanzariere - Comunicazione (è stata un po' lenta poiché il recapito fornito non era quello della gestione ma quello della proprietaria dell'agenzia) - Sarebbe stato gradito trovare almeno una bottiglia di acqua in frigo Buona la pulizia e l'ampiezza degli spazi (possono alloggiare tranquillamente 4 persone)

EIne Mischung aus gut und nicht so gut

Gut: Lage der Wohnung recht schön, Klimaanlage war gut, Ausstattung teilweise geschmackvoll, Wäsche reichlich und frisch vorhanden. Reaktion auf ein Problem im Badezimmer sehr prompt. Busverbindung direkt vor der Tür. Ein- und Auschecken recht effizient wenn auch etwas unpersönlich Nicht so gut: nur ein Satz Schlüssel für 4 Personen, Austattung teilweise sehr billig (wirkend) und nicht ausreichend für 4 Personen (Spülmaschine vorhanden, aber nicht genug Besteck/Geschirr wenn man die Maschine nicht jeden Tag laufen lassen will), Kommunikation vor der Anreise etwas mangelhaft. Vom Gastgeber gab es auch keine Informationen zu Supermärkte, Strände, öffentlicher Verkehr, Restaurants usw. in der Nähe. !!Ein Freibad ist nirgends in der Nähe zu finden, deswegen verstehen wir nicht warum das in der Überschrift steht!!
