Bright and newly refurnished throughout, this is a perfect family condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located on the 3rd floor in Tower 2, just steps from one of 2 pools. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, TV, access to the units private balcony and a master bathroom that has a full stand-up shower. The middle bedroom has a two double size beds, TV, and a it's own private balcony. In the third bedroom there is a king size bed and a TV. With a fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to fix homecooked meals for your family/friends. There is ample seating in the updated, newly furnished, dining room with additional at the breakfast bar. While relaxing in the beautiful, spacious, living room, also with completely NEW furnishings, you can enjoy the view of the Gulf and our private beach, or step directly out to your private balcony and perhaps see a dolphin or two. Take a stroll along the beach to the National Seashore or take advantage of our beach service where you can rent your own beach chairs and umbrella. You will have plenty to experience on your wonderful family beach vacation, including private beach, 2 pools (one that is heated year round), tennis/pickleball court, hot tub, and fitness center. All units include cable, WIFI, and full size washer and dryer. Book now before someone else grabs your perfect family vacation spot! No smoking or pets allowed on property please.

Sandy Key Vacation

The view was amazing. In person, the condo looked just like the pictures on line. But, I think the dishwasher and clothes dryer need to be replaced. The dishwasher didn’t clean everything and we needed to wash everything by hand. The clothes dryer….even with just whites, had to run for at least 1 hour or more.
