Would stay again

Small apartment with private access, nice layout with unusual footprint (not a standard 'box'). Air-conditioning in bedroom and living/kitchen. We were near family so didn't use kitchen but appeared well equipped. Comfy sofa. Private outdoor space which was walled, but gave an area for warmer weather. The new path down to Burriana from the end of the cul-de-sac makes the slope up less intense than Calle Lucena, can easily walk up into central Nerja. Didn't use pool but looked nice and well kept. Nice quiet location, walkable to nice areas. Agent provided WhatsApp so easily contactable. Would stay again, had good facilities and privacy

Muy buena experiencia repetiría

La atención que nos prestaron ,nada más reservar ya me escribieron para decirme la hora del cheking y todo lo que tenía que saber ,pendientes todo el rato de nuestra estancia ,la casa amplia para 4 personas ,con todos lo utensilios necesarios para la estancia .el día del chek out ,nos dejaron salir mucho más tarde de la hora ,y dejar las maletas .recomendabe y volvería a repetir gracias

Otras estupendas vacaciones en este apartamento

After last year's success, this June we came back to Nerja and this wonderfull apartment with our 4 years old daughter. The owner is extremelly helpfull and we were received with a warm welcome. The apartment is very confortable to travel with 1 or 2 children and has all the facilities you need including dishwasher and washing machine. The flat is placed in one of the many hills that caracterise this area of the andalucia coast and makes it so beautiful and attractive. There is a 10 minutes walk to the beach and about 20 to the centre of Nerja with the possibility to catch a bus if you don't fancy walking. It is also just a 10 min drive. We had the luxury to enjoy the swimingpool for nearly our own for about 10 days and we enjoyed the many restaurants in Burriana beach with the amazing fresh fish.

très agréable appartement

Nous sommes venus en famille du 8 au 22/08 cette année. L'appartement est vraiment comme sur les photos: très agréable, très confortable. Rien ne manque. La terrasse est elle aussi agréable. Elle n'est pas très grande, mais c'est suffisant pour y manger et se reposer. Il est aussi bien situé (10 min de la plage principale et 15 min du centre de Nerja). La propriétaire est sympathique et accueillante. Je recommande sans hésiter cette location. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en Andalousie. Par contre, on est un peu loin des sites incontournables d'Andalousie pour les visites, mais nous venions essentiellement pour nous reposer et profiter de la plage et de l'ambiance espagnole. Nerja est une station ideale pour les familles.

Decepcionante

Aunque el recibimiento de la propietaria fue cordial el apartamento resultó decepcionante: se encuentra alejado tanto de la playa como del centro del pueblo por lo que se ha imprescindible el coche y acceder a la piscina no es tarea facil ya que no esta cerca de la casa, tienes que salir de la urbanización para volver a entrar, en total tienes que abrir tres puertas. La entrada al apartamento con unas elevadas escaleras no es recomendable para familias con niños ni para personas con escasa movilidad. En comparación con otras propiedades ofertadas en la zona, el precio del alquiler es elevado, sobre todos por su reducido tamaño y el hecho de que es interior a un pequeño patio y el salón no tiene ventanas

The appartment was lovely. The service was fantastic. . The beaches are only just over 10 minutes walk away and well worth it when you get there. We had a great holiday and would definitely stay in this apartment again. PS The owner is lovely too

“Lovely clean apartment and well equipped"

We arrived to a very friendly welcome from Maribel. We were given lots of tips on where to eat and places to go and see. The pool area was great, on a couple of occasions we had the pool to ourselves, it was heaven. The surrounding area is quiet with two supermarkets within easy walking distance. Maribel is a great host and we would definitely return

Lovely apartment

We were delighted with this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The best thing was the outdoor terrace: it was very private with lots of space. The terrace got sunshine through most of the day but always had a bit of shade for when it got really hot. The beach was in walking distance but the walk back was up a pretty steep hill. This didn't really bother us and we went to the nearby pool when we were feeling lazy! Maribel was a very welcoming host. She gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and local events. Maribel got in touch during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We would happily stay here again.

"Perfectly located, Spacious and comfortable apt."

Had a great stay. The location of the apartment couldn't be better for me. It is only a fifteen minute walk to Nerja. On the other side, it is nice and quiet in and around the apartment itself. We had a very good time using the pool of the complex, often combined with a visit to the beach only 10 minutes walk. The terrace is fantastic, not too big but enough for enjoy BBQ and breakfast.There was more than enough space for the four of us, and the apartment was very clean, well-organized, and equipped with a remarkably complete kitchen. Also really appreciated the many 'insider' Nerja tips from Maribel , we got there, that kept us going whole week. Thanks again!

Una estancia inmejorable.

Mi novio y yo estuvimos 1 semana en Nerja y no pudimos escoger mejor apartamento que este. La localización es perfecta, ni en pleno centro de nerja, ni en las afueras, ubicación más que perfecta, además cuenta con una piscina que da gusto bañarte cuando subes de la playa. En cuanto al apartamento nada malo que decir, aire acondicionado, wifi, pequeño pero a la vez acogedor, perfecto. Dar las gracias a Maribel por su gran atención, esperamos repetir otro año.

Apartamento recomendable y cómodo

Estuve de vacaciones con mi familia en este apartamento en Nerja. Mis hijos disfrutaron mucho en la piscina y en la estupenda playa de Burriana que está a unos minutos. Todo estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado. Los dueños muy agradables y muy atentos. Os lo recomiendo..

Estupendas vacaciones

Hemos pasado unos dias muy agradables,el apartamento esta muy bien,totalmente equipado. Eramos tres personas,el sofa cama comodisimo y la piscina fantastica con el agua salada ,da gusto nadar,porque se flota mas que con agua dulce. Lo hemos pasado muy bien ,con ganas de repetir.

Lovely Apartment

Thank you, Maribel, for the opportunity to stay in your lovely apartment. You were a tremendous asset in getting me acquainted with my neighborhood, where to eat/shop/catch the bus/ getting my bearings & other things a renter would need to know. The apt. was fully stocked with all I could need. Everything was nice & in good condition.The pool with salt water was wonderful. If/when I come to Nerja again, I would definitely stay here, and have already recommended the apt. to others considering a trip to the Costa del Sol. Thank you!

Excelente apartamento

Hemos pasado unas Navidades estupendas en este apartamento. Esta muy bien equipado y aunque tiene solo un dormitorio es bastante amplio. Los dueños, muy amables ,nos pusieron una cama adicional en el salón para nuestro hijo y con la calefacción se estaba muy calentito. A pesar de ser Diciembre hemos disfrutado de unos días muy buenos en Nerja. Nos gustaría repetir en verano y así disfrutar de la piscina y de las playas. Volveremos sin duda...
