Absolutely wonderful...

This property is so unique and beautiful and so well-supplied and managed. We LOVED it. It is also very conveniently located. I hope to stay here again and visit more of the coastal area of Greece.

Great stay, great location

Very nice property, well located near the marina. Easily walk to the marina, bus, train, hop on and off, grocery store, restaurants and more. Dimitris greeted us as we arrived and explained everything. Everything was as described. We would definitely return.

Retro vibe meets relaxation

This was my second stay and was just as awesome as the first! The location is super (immediate access to public transportation and across the street from the beach). On one side you have the hustle of a major city and the other the chill of the beach scene! And the hosts are incredible! Even though our arrival was delayed until midnight, they met us in person & gave us the full tour.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4, with plenty of space to spread out. It's conveniently located, with multiple public transport options nearby. It's only 10 mins walk to the public beach and 5 mins to Flisvos Marina with multiple food options. The host Dimitrius took special care of us, making our stay especially pleasant. Highly recommend!

Very good Appartment and nice hosts

Nicoletta and her friends/family were very good and pleasant hosts. We could check-in late at 10 p.m. The Apartment had more than we aspected (For example kitchenproducts). The view from the balcony is Open-spaced and nice. Nearby there are many supermarkets, Restaurants, Public Transport and the great harbour-area of course.

Great place

Perfect location. The bus stop and a taxi stand are right across the street. Great and fast communication with the owner and her assistant. I recommend this property to anyone traveling to Athens. Thank you.

My wife and I stayed at the residence recently for 11 days . The home was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated . The tram and bus stops were directly across the street. The marina is also very close and featured a few dining options. The WI-FI was strong and the smart TV with Netflix capabilities was a nice surprise. The main issue we had was that one of the two toilets, was basically unusable. When we arrived we were met by Nikki (the greeter), who showed us around and gave us an extremely basic introduction of the home (she seemed annoyed that she had to be there). I pointed out to Nikki that the toilet seat in the master bathroom upstairs was completely detached and broken off. She told me to use the bathroom 2 flights downstairs, off from the kitchen.. !! Wait....What??? A properly functioning toilet is a basic requirement. Instead of telling us to use the bathroom downstairs, Nikki should have initiated the process of having it repaired. We stayed the entire 11 days without the issue being corrected.

Great apartment, Great location, Great host

We had a great stay in this apartment. it is in a great location with the tram right across the street, close to the beaches, and plenty of restaurants close by and only minutes to downtown of the ferries. The apartment was very clean and spacious, had all the essentials in the kitchen, and the Wifi is fast. Not only is it a great apartment but Nicoletta was a dream to deal with with quick responses and very helpful, she made sure our stay was perfect. Wold recommend this apartment and hope to be back soon.

Amazing !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Tout est parfaitement conforme aux photos, et les services proposés sont irréprochables (réservation de taxi pour les transferts, ménage). De plus, l'appartement est à proximité de tout (restaurants, commerce, transports en commun), ce qui n'était pas négligeable. Les propriétaires du lieu sont très réactifs et très sympathiques. Nous recommandons cet appartement à 100% !

I am from Athens, however I have very close ties with two beautiful Greek islands Santorini and Patmos.

As my father’s family is from Santorini I spent all my summers there. Since I am a licensed tour guide, in 2004 I decided to move to Santorini in order to work there. This was a great chance to start renovating my family’s properties in order to be able to share them with people from all over the world.

In addition, many years ago, my mother visited the island of Patmos, fell in love with it and decided to buy two beautiful pieces of land, including very old farmhouses in ruinous condition, that she slowly renovated. In this way, our family and numerous friends enjoyed many unforgettable Patmos Easters and summers. Nowadays, I am responsible for the good condition of the houses that I rent out and share the beauty and special ambiance of this island with our guests.

I am very lucky since my twin daughters, Alexandra and Christina, having completed their studies abroad in hospitality management and tourism, returned to their roots in order to continue and develop what I started. Genuine hospitality, love and respect for the island, as well as the embracement of the local culture define our core values. Nowadays we all share our time between Santorini, Patmos and Athens, and have the honor and pleasure to share our family’s story and properties, with visitors from all over the world.
