Thank you very much for your kind review, Kaner. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed both the property and the service provided by our team. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we truly appreciate your positive feedback. We would be delighted to welcome you back again in the future. Best wishes, Greice Homes

Hi Robert! Thank you very much for your detailed review. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the villa, particularly the outdoor area and location. We really appreciate your feedback and will look into the air conditioning and the missing TV cable to help ensure a better experience for future guests. Regarding the departure time, we would just like to clarify that the standard check-out time is 10:00 am, as stated in the listing and in the information provided before arrival. Our cleaning team arrived at 10:00 am as scheduled and waited outside the property to allow you time to leave. As the property had not yet been vacated, shortly before 10:30 am they asked whether they could start cleaning any areas that were no longer being used, in order to make a start on the cleaning. We had other guests arriving that same day, and as the villa is a large property, we need sufficient time to prepare it properly for the next guests. This is why the 10:00 am check-out time is in place and is not arbitrary. We’re sorry if this made you feel uncomfortable, as that was certainly not our intention. We’re glad, however, that we were able to retrieve and return the items you accidentally left behind. Thank you again for your feedback and for recommending the villa. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future. Best wishes, The Greice Homes Team

Hi, Thank you for sharing your experience. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the house, its location, and the well-equipped kitchen — those are definitely key elements we strive to offer. We’re sorry to hear about the hot water and drainage issues. Your feedback is very helpful, and we’re already reviewing these point with our team to ensure improvements are made. Regarding the hairdryers and outlets, we’ll check the setup to make sure it's functional and convenient. We’re sorry to hear that you gave us a low rating, please note that we do not provide cleaning products, toiletries, or extra garbage bags, as this is a private holiday rental and not a hotel or tourist resort. We also regret that you didn’t receive a response to your single question regarding waste disposal, which was sent on a Sunday — the only day our office is closed. We trust you were able to locate the recycling point, as it is situated directly across from the villa. Thank you again for your honest review. We’re committed to improving and hope to welcome you back with an even better experience. Kind Regards, Greice Homes Team.
