Wonderful place to stay

We stayed here for a getaway through Thanksgiving week 2024. The place was great, many things to go do and have fun. The deck outside entertainment areas was way bigger than we thought. Very clean and comfy. We recommend this place, Robert and Lynn are very nice!

Enjoyed the strip

The location of this property was primo. Nothing like waking up & going to bed to the sound of waves hitting the beautiful covered deck. The property itself was comfortable, very clean, and well stocked with anything you could need. The hosts, Robert and Lynn , were very accommodating. I would stay at this property again.

A perfect river front guest house!

We loved our stay. The owners were so helpful and accommodating. The cute little guest house had everything we needed for a nice holiday weekend getaway. We were able to dock our boat overnight right out front and everything was perfect! So convenient. The owners live right above but were never intrusive. Only helpful and extremely hospitable. We will be back!

Hidden gem on the river

We enjoyed our time in Parker so much, the rental and hosts were awesome! This place is right on the river, there is a great patio and dock to enjoy it all from. The rental has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and feel like you’re at home. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Great spot right on the river

The cottage was perfect. We loved being on the water. Very clean and well stocked. It felt like home. Their dog Rita is a sweetheart and she helped us not miss our 3 dogs back home as much. Thank you, Robert and Lynn for being such nice people and great hosts. We can't wait to return.

Great river property

My wife and I stayed for our anniversary. Location was fantastic. Comfortable patio with great views of the river. Cozy floor plan. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Good communication with the host.

A first time for us for a VRBO. Lynn and Robert were great and so very helpful! Highly recommend this little slice of heaven right on the shore of the Colorado River!

Great Location

Very impressed with the place. Enjoyed the large covered patio with plenty of good views. Good part of the river to watch the action. The place has all the amenities you would need and its all good quality stuff. The owners are great people, friendly and accomidating. Would go again.

Beautiful place with magnificent view of the river!

The guest house was terrific and the views of the Colorado River (and the mountains) were exceptional. Hosts were wonderful. A little slice of heaven. We will be back and we do recommend it for others!

Great location and great owners

My wife and I stayed 6 nights, the location was awesome the guest house was perfect for just my wife and I! The place had everything we needed plus having the private dock for our boat was amazing. Robert and Lynn the owners live upstairs and were so accommodating and just wonderful folks! We will definitely be back!

Such a perfect location! The space was cozy and literally had every single amenity you could ever want. The hosts were awesome! Even so kind enough to bring down an artificial turf for our pup to use! Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

Great river spot

Rented this with a buddy to do some river fishing and it was great. Smaller than I expected and the couch is the second bed but it was well stocked and clean. I felt comfortable leaving all my fishing tackle in the boat at night and being able to plug in and recharge my batteries each night was clutch. Our little daily visitor Rita their dog was a nice bonus!

Wow. A slice of perfect on the water

Our stay couldn’t have been better. Lynn, the owner, met us when we arrived to show us in. We then spent the next three days waking up to the most beautiful view. The home had every single thing you could imagine or need. We were literally amazed. We sat on the patio morning, noon and night. The home had a lot lovely set of patio furniture with a fire feature and automatic shades that blocked the sun from our eyes and provided privacy. There is a canoe and paddle boards that you are welcome to use. The home also had internet, a smart tv, desk and computer with printer if you need to conduct business. We watched several movies on Netflix as a family, which was a great memory maker. Our entire stay was a series of memories that will be forever etched in our minds. We 100% recommend The Mos home on the water. We are already planning our next visit! We miss Rita our favorite little house pup!

A little piece of paradise in Parker

My wife and I found a great little place to relax and recharge. We loved the overall experience and would recommend this house without hesitation. The cleanliness, hospitality and location will keep us going back. Lynn and Robert made us feel welcome, and were courteous, friendly and professional from the moment we arrived. The house sits right on the river so we enjoyed going in the water as well as boats going by while we drank our coffee in the morning. The kitchen is well stocked and clean. The bed is very comfortable. We truly enjoyed a very relaxing getaway.

Best Place on the River

Beautiful view of the river from inside the studio. There's a private dock where we kept our pontoon. We took early morning rides and evening rides. The patio is beautiful with automatic shades, BBQ and plenty of seating. The hosts live upstairs, but you wouldn't know it. They respect privacy and encourage fun. This is really the best rental on Parker Strip. Oh and they LOVE dogs 💕
