アナスタシア308は、セントオーガスティンのビーチへの簡単なアクセス、旧市街でのワールドクラスのショッピング、歴史ツアー、高級レストラン、博物館、ボート、小旅行、コンサート、週末のファーマーズマーケット、そして素晴らしい釣りを提供します。 また、セントオーガスティンでは、ツアーするワイナリーと蒸留所、観察するための歴史的な再現などがあります！

この3ベッドルームユニットは快適に6つ寝ることができ、マスターベッドルームにキングベッド、セカンドベッドルームにクイーン、隣接するサードベッドルームに子供用の二段ベッドがあります。 貸し手のリクエストに応じて、ゲスト用ベッドルームとマスターベッドルームのマットレスは8/4/18に交換されました。

Had a relaxing weekend. Great view of the ocean. Pool was clean and relaxing. Only complaints would be silverfish bugs in kitchen and bathroom . Although it’s nice to see the sunrise, the master bedroom was very bright so hard to sleep in. Thank you for allowing us to stay!!

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is about a 15 min drive from historical St. Augustine, but the beach side location and view was really beautiful and quiet. The condo is very clean, comfortable and spacious. Some days we hung out by the beach or pool and other days, used it as a launch for visiting downtown St. Augustine, mini golf, the Alligator Zoo and many restaurants. A wonderful place to stay!

Fabulous!

We had a fabulous week! The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. The view from the condo was spectacular and the beach access was so convenient. We also loved the pool! We would definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again.

Beautiful views!!

We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront condo in St Augustine! The views are AMAZING and the condo had everything we needed. Loved the security of the gated complex with secure parking and private entrance to the beach. The complex itself was kept up nicely. Even the dumpster are was the nicest I’ve seen ever. Would definitely vacation here again!

Best week ever

We had a great week. Condo was nice and spacious and very accommodating for our 4 adults and 2 yr old. The unit is beautifully decorated and supplied extremely well with anything you need. The only thing we didn’t find was an iron (yes, we are those people who still iron lol) but we survived. We would definitely book this unit again.

Beautiful condo with spectacular views

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here. The booking was easy and the property manager was efficient. Check-in was no problem. The condo complex was beautiful! The condo was as pictured. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, had a well equipped kitchen and the beds slept great (which was a big plus) The only negative is although there were plenty of towels there were only 2 regular washcloths. The others were small and fine weave and looked more like polishing cloths. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Spring Break 2024

The only issue we had the entire week was at check-in. Derrick, the property manager, was great about responding and got us fixed up. We had not received an email with instructioms for key pick-up and then our keys were not in the box when we got that worked out. Other than that, it was smooth sailing. Beach views were awesome, accommodations were good (bunk beds a little wobbly, but they worked), and surrounding attractions were fun. Will definitely be back to St. Augustine!

This is an excellent location for touring down the coast or heading into St. Augustine which is a great visit. The beautiful beach is a one minute walk right out the front door. We had a couple of minor issues that were standard maintenance stuff which our manager Derrick handled immediately. Their offie is right down the street. We've booked for next year.

Great Beach Property

Walking into the condo you feel you are on vacation. The pictures online do not do any justice for the beautiful view this property has of the ocean. The condo was spotless. Beds were very comfortable (soft mattresses). Layout for kitchen was very accommodating and the place came with more than enough items for cooking your own meals. Condo did have lots of towels and other beach items left from past guests, but this was not required of the host. Pool area was very nice for after spending time at the beach. Condo association has grocery carts and luggage carts which was SO helpful with all of our items as well as when you went grocery shopping. We are so pleased with this stay and plan to return in the future. Check in and check out was a breeze. Thanks again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great spot, convenient access to the beach, exceptional view. The condo is updated nicely with granite, etc. However needs a little more, the master bed mattress left us needing a chiropractor every AM. It’s bad. The linens, towels are awful. I had to go to the store and replace bed linens for our stay. The dryer needs to be replaced - took 3 hours to dry towels.

MIndy, I appreciate your review and your comments...I wish you would have brought these issues to our attention during your stay. I would have been more than happy to replace any towels and linens you would have liked me to! Both the mattress in the master and the guest rooms have been replaced,and I appreciate you bringing this to our owners attention. The dryer vents have been professionally cleaned so long drying times will now now be a factor as well. We hope you stay with s again soon!

Nice Place- Rental Agency Non-Responsive to Issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space is beautiful. We like to travel to the beach off-season, so seeing some renovations around a community is not uncommon this time of year (there was a lot of work being done). The beach access and location were great, the condo itself was quite lovely and perfect for our needs. Only one issue, we booked the property, in large part, for the heated pool. Because of some work done to the surface of the pool, we were told it wasn't going to be turned on for a few more weeks. This was inconvenient as we may have booked the place we stayed last year had we known. We regrouped, played cards, went to an escape room (we have kids who were looking forward to swimming... yes, even in December.) I tried to connect with our representative at St. Augustine Vacation Rentals- he was out of the office until after the holiday. I reached out again after that date... nothing. Not a peep. We DID have an enjoyable stay and visit with family, however, I am not too keen on being outright ignored when I had a valid issue regarding what was an expected amenity (heated pool.) Review would have been higher if I had received any kind of response. Recommend the property should be a "maybe" but I put Yes. It had far more positives than negatives.

Amanda, I am sorry your your perceived lack of response. I sent you multiple emails regarding the pool and your other concerns. As I explained, the pool was unheated due to a mechanical issue just before you arrived and completely our of our control. I am also sorry for being on vacation while you were visiting...but even rental managers need a break with their families once in a while.
