We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful vintage apartment! The place is full of charm and character, and the location couldn't be better just a short walk to the beach and close to great shops and restaurants. The host was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Appartement pas loin de la plage et des commerces bon séjour globalement. Seul point négatif pas de climatisation ou rafraichisseur d'air car l'appartement retiens la chaleur.

Perfect place to stay with a family or a group of friends to visit the Côte d’Azur

We stayed there as a group of friends (4 people) and found this to be the perfect place for your visit to the Côte d’Azur! + it has lots of space for 4 people and also to put your stuff (clothes rack, drawers) + the beds are very comfortable + the location was perfect for sightseeing: 5 minute walk to the train station where a train leaves twice per hour to go to Cannes, Nice and other beautiful places + 20 minute walk to the oldtown of Antibes with lots of restaurants but Juan-les-Pins also has some nice places + 5 minutes to the beach (public and private) + the apartment is in a beautiful French building with a small courtyard + it has two fans - perfect for hot weather + the kitchen as well as the bathroom are not too small - the beaches can get super crowded so be sure to arrive early or rather look for more beautiful beaches like at the Cap Antibes or Cap D'ail - the kitchen was poorly equipped, two mugs for 4 people are not enough! Also the cutlery should be stocked up! - it can get quite loud at night because of the main road - the shower was broken but the owner told us she would fix it

nice accommodation in great location of Juan les Pins

Pour la deuxième fois, nous avons choisi ce logement pour notre séjour à Juan les pins et nous avons été à nouveau très satisfaits. La propriétaire est très aimable et toujours disponible. Depuis l'hébergement, les plages et la belle vieille ville d'Antibes sont faciles d'accès. Cette fois, nous avons exploré la péninsule à vélo. Tout ce qui est nécessaire est accessible à pied et donc facile à gérer, surtout avec des enfants. Seule la rue principale devant le bâtiment est utilisée le soir par les touristes ennuyeux avec des voitures et des motos bruyantes et bien réglées pour se rendre à la promenade. Un Appartement idéal sur la Côte d'Azur!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement. L'emplacement, les meubles, les lits, tout était super! C'était bien aménagé, comfortable, spacieux et proche des belles plages. La ville de Juan les Pins est très jolie, et on est à une demie heure de marche du vieil Antibes, qui est magnifique! Merci à Mme Civier qui est vraiment accueillante et aimable, et qui nous a beaucoup aidés, quelles que soient nos questions. Notre séjour a été très agréable. Un appartement idéal pour les vacances! We loved this apartment. The location, furniture, beds, everything was great! It was well equipped, comfortable, spacious and close to the beautiful beaches. The city of Juan les Pins is very beautiful, and it is half an hour walk to the old part of Antibes, which is wonderful! Thank you to Mrs. Civier who is really welcoming and friendly, and who helped us a lot with any questions we had. Our stay was extremely pleasant. An ideal apartment for a vacation!

Very beautiful place to spend your vacation in Juan-les-Pins

Very nice and stylish old style apartment with parquet, comfortable furnishings and comfortable beds. Beach promenade just 10 minutes walk, shopping around the corner. We think only the kitchen needs a little bit more equipment especially if you love to cook ;) But overall great price for such a beautifull place!!!
