Come and enjoy a nature getaway in our two cosy little chalets, set in a green oasis of peace with stunning views of the mountains.
An ideal place to relax, recharge your batteries and discover everything the region has to offer: its heritage, gastronomy and numerous activities.

Ideal location

15 km from Lake Annecy
12 km from the Aravis ski resorts (La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand)
10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Thônes and its shops
Setting and outdoor areas
Each chalet has a lovely terrace and garden facing the landscape, offering uninterrupted views of the mountains.
Perfect for al fresco meals or a relaxing moment.

The garden is partly bordered by hedges but remains open.

Parking
Each chalet has 2 private parking spaces, practical and easy to access.

Pets
One well-behaved pet is allowed per stay, with extra charge.

Activities and discoveries
Between the lake, mountains, traditional Savoyard villages and gourmet restaurants, our chalets are an ideal base to enjoy it all: hiking, skiing, water activities, local markets, cheese dairies, heritage sites, family outings, and more.

Small open-plan kitchen opening onto the living area, fully equipped.
Living/dining area with table, coffee table, sofa and TV.
Free Wi-Fi.

Bathroom: shower and toilet, hairdryer.

Two bedrooms:
No. 1: two beds (90 × 190)
No. 2: one bed (160 × 200)

Bed linen is not provided. Bed linen and towels can be rented at extra charge.

Highchair and travel cot available on request, subject to availability.

Barbecue: a charcoal barbecue is available on request.
For safety reasons, it may be removed from the rental during periods of extreme heat or drought to prevent any risk of fire.

Heated laundry room (washing machine, ironing board and iron) and ski room.
Utilities included (water, electricity).
End-of-stay cleaning is the guest’s responsibility; optional cleaning service available.

A Wonderful Week in Thones

Everything was very clean and comfortable. The chalet was really cozy with everything we needed for our holiday. Walking distance to Thones and in a good central position to explore the Alps. A friendly welcome by the hosts. Highly recommended!

Comfortable, compact chalet in the Thônes area

We stayed for two weeks in September in Le Lachet. It’s a compact, well equipped two bed chalet, located about 1km out of the small town of Thônes between Annecy and La Clusaz. The chalet had everything we needed and was very clean. There’s a dishwasher in the kitchen area and a small washing machine in a separate utility room (accessed from the outside). There is parking just at the rear of the chalet, and plenty of seating and a table on a decking area for outdoor living if the weather permits. There’s plenty of places to see in the area such as the Lake and the old town in Annecy. There’s another lake slightly further away at Aix-le-bains with a tree lined lakeside promenade and free parking. If you are prepared to travel a bit further, you can take a cable car up the mountain from Chamonix to view the high peaks of the Mont Blanc massive .. tickets are expensive but we figured it was a once in a lifetime thing (pick a clear day or you might be disappointed). Locally there are nice mountain drives and lakeside or river walks. Two great coffee shops we can recommend.. Mountain in Thônes and Lo Garâjo near Manigod. A couple of tips for British visitors.. Take your own towels, they’re not automatically included. I took a Google chrome cast and bought a double plug socket so I could watch English streaming channels, otherwise it’s just French channels on the tv which isn’t much fun. The host was very pleasant, we managed the handover fine despite the language barrier.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.Le chalet est cosy, très propre, au calme avec vue sur les montagnes, conforme à la description. Bien situé, à proximité de la Clusaz oú nous avons skié. Nous avons adoré admirer les magnifiques paysages de la Haute-Savoie.Merci à Véronique pour sa gentillesse et son accueil.

Châlet comme à la maison!!!!

La propriétaire est très accueillante. Châlet décoré avec goût, bien équipé et propre. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette belle région. De très bons conseils pour nos activités, la propriétaire a prévu des documents avec les bonnes adresses pour restaurants , commerces etc…. Merci beaucoup et nous reviendrons volontiers.

Très beau chalet

Séjour d’une semaine qui nous a permis de visiter la région grâce à des randonnées pédestres et la visite du vieux Annecy ainsi qu’une balade autour du lac. 2 repas au Petit chalet avec dégustation de spécialités régionales . Du très bon pain artisanal chez le petit. Sans oublier les fromages et salaisons de la coopérative du village. Nous recommandons vivement cette location
