Loved the location - it was near beach access #11 (which has permanent restrooms showers) & not far from the entertainment district. The pool outdoor showers was an amazing feature of this property. Very quiet in the evenings. Able to see fireworks from the back patio. Clean, efficient space. Only note: cookware has a bit of wear & tear, but we were able to make do. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay, walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Place was so clean, kitchen had all equipment needed to prepare meals ; towels were provided for the pool. Can’t wait to reserve this place again

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. Everything is as posted. The pots and pans could use an upgrade as they were difficult to work with as they were somewhat old. The pool was fun to use and we were usually in there by ourselves. No problems, everything in the condo worked normally. We would definitely rent from here again with this host.

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay. Located in a quiet area north of SPI. Walking distance from the beach. Home was clean and had everything we needed. We hope to book again in the future.

5 Star Stay

We had an amazing time and this was a very nice place to stay. We had all the amenities we needed and it was very nice and clean location. It’s about a block to the beach access which was awesome as well as having the pool for our family. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends/family.

Overall our experience with the manager and property we excellent. The property was clean when we arrived and was exactually as described in the listing. We will definitely be planning another trip to SPI with the intentions of returning to this property.

Nice Beach Getaway

The property was fantastic, and has all the basics you need to get started. We would definitely stay here again. It’s perfect for a nice beach getaway, but also has enough distance from the beach to actually relax from all the noise. The private patio was a nice extra as well.

Perfect condo

The place is a gem. Perfect vacation condo, close to where it's all happening. Pool and patio were great as well. House was cozy and clean.the host were was extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend booking.

Great condo!

Condo was clean, comfortable and roomy. Especially enjoyed the private patio. Ezra and neighbors Mark and Hilda were helpful and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend!

Great Stay

This unit is a very nice place. Close to beach and all the the entertainment venues. Neighbors are all very nice. The only thing that could help is some pot holders. Overall a 5 star place and we had a great stay.

This is a very nice, well kept condo with everything needed during a vacation. The times we used the pool, it was just basically us there. You'll experience a calm environment during your stay.

Perfection!

Everything about this place was PERFECT for my family! There were six of us (Husband, Wife, Grandma, and 3 kids - ages 5, 7, & 9! We walked to the beach, enjoyed the small on-site pool, the neighbors were super friendly, and it was truly a great trip! If I am ever am back in South Padre this will be our spot!
