This was a wonderful place to stay. It had everything we needed. Communication was great with the host. It was close to the beach and walking distance to things in town. Loved our stay!

Overall our experience with the manager and property we excellent. The property was clean when we arrived and was exactually as described in the listing. We will definitely be planning another trip to SPI with the intentions of returning to this property.

Great Place by the Beach!

We had an amazing time at this vacation rental! The two-bedroom, two-bathroom setup was perfect for our family, providing both comfort and privacy. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and we especially appreciated being able to dine in after a long day of exploring.The pool was clean and relaxing—great alternative if you don’t like to do the beach for more than one day. One of the best features of this place is the location. It’s just a short walk to the beach, nearby activities, and a grocery store, which made everything super convenient.The property was clean, quiet, and felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located getaway!

We had an amazing time and this was a very nice place to stay. We had all the amenities we needed and it was very nice and clean location. It’s about a block to the beach access which was awesome as well as having the pool for our family. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends/family.

Perfect condo

The place is a gem. Perfect vacation condo, close to where it's all happening. Pool and patio were great as well. House was cozy and clean.the host were was extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend booking.

Great cozy place to stay

Overall the place was great to stay in. Maybe a little small for me, but I still liked it. The place was clean and well kept. I do have concerns about the security and the code to the door lock being very simple for anyone to break in if they wanted to. I do have a few other suggestions for the owner, I would tighten those bunk beds. Every time you move or roll over the whole bunk bed shakes. That might become a safety issue some day. I would also recommend buying a large skillet or frying pan. It's hard to cook bacon without one. Need a bucket to go with the mop. Hard to mop floors without one. A vacuum cleaner would come in handy as well. Those are just a few suggestions to consider. Overall, like I said it was a great place to stay.

Great condo!

Condo was clean, comfortable and roomy. Especially enjoyed the private patio. Ezra and neighbors Mark and Hilda were helpful and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend!

Nice Beach Getaway

The property was fantastic, and has all the basics you need to get started. We would definitely stay here again. It’s perfect for a nice beach getaway, but also has enough distance from the beach to actually relax from all the noise. The private patio was a nice extra as well.

Great Stay

This unit is a very nice place. Close to beach and all the the entertainment venues. Neighbors are all very nice. The only thing that could help is some pot holders. Overall a 5 star place and we had a great stay.

Perfection!

Everything about this place was PERFECT for my family! There were six of us (Husband, Wife, Grandma, and 3 kids - ages 5, 7, & 9! We walked to the beach, enjoyed the small on-site pool, the neighbors were super friendly, and it was truly a great trip! If I am ever am back in South Padre this will be our spot!

Comfy stay

We're a family of 8 and the ONLY thing It didn't have was a griddle for heating up our tortillas. (I know that not everyone needs this, we usually carry our own) I love that it was like a little home away from home and had a full kitchen/ dining area, living room, washer and dryer and even a grill! (Even though we didn't end up using it)But I was able to cook all our meals on the stove with the pots and pans that were available. Would definitely recommend 👍
