ラグジュアリー、5 *分類、4ベッドルームヴィラ（8名様ご利用）。 ヴィラには、エアコン、3つのバスルーム、4つのトイレ、独立したダイニングルーム、設備の整ったキッチン、独立したランドリールームがあります。
ヴィラは美しく装飾され、静かなエリアに位置しています。 ヴィラの内部は2018年に完全に塗り直されており、新しくて新しいゲストの準備ができています。
お子様用の大きなスイミングプール（13 x 6 m）は、牧歌的な座席とラウンジエリア、花、地中海の木々に囲まれています。 リクエストに応じてプールヒーティングを利用できます。

次のような美しいビーチから徒歩5〜10分です。
-La Garoupe、サンベッドとビーチにあるいくつかの小さなレストランがあるPlage Keller
-シュノーケリングと美しい夕日のためのプラージュデオンデス。
キャップダンティーブの真ん中に位置しています。 アンティーブとジュアンレパンまでのウェリング距離は20〜30分です。 ヴィラからは、キャップ（保護された自然の場所）周辺の美しい自然散策を始めたり、有名なホテルエデンロックまで歩いたりすることができます。
角を曲がった小さな地元のお店。

We had a fantastic week in Antibes. Beautiful well equipped house with everything you could need. A large pool and nice outdoor spaces for socializing. Our host Natalie made sure we had a great stay. The owners were also very accommodating even though we encountered problems beyond their control.

Beautiful house and pool area at Cap de Antibes

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful house. It would be nice to be back next summer. The location of the house in the VRBO App is not correct - it must be changed, so the clients is not confused about the location.

Lovely Villa

We had a wonderful stay at the villa, outside area around the large pool was ideal for a relaxing family holiday with teenage children. Simone and Nathalie were very responsive and we would certainly make a return trip.

Beautiful house in Cap D’Antibes

We had a great holiday and loved the house and pool. Nathalie was very helpful and check in and out was easy. Would definitely like to visit again. The house is in a great location and everything is easy to get to. We used our bikes a lot.

This property is amazing and the host superb!! The house is beautiful and comfortable, everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Fantastic villa

Such a fantastic villa! We were 5 persons and a small dog at the villa. It has a really good location, quiet area, close to beaches, nice big pool! the house is really nicely decorated. Great communication with Nathalie, who helped us check in and out. Kitchen really nicely stocked and nice beds. looking forward to coming back!

Wonderful place

The house is very beautiful in a wonderful area. The pool is perfect and very deep so the children could jump in the water. Nathalie was perfect when we had any question.

A beautiful villa with everything you need to escape

We had such a wonderful stay. Everything in our eyes was perfect. The pool was beautiful and warm (extra but worth it). The kitchen was very well equipped, and the dining areas were very charming - inside and out. All the bedrooms were lovely and comfy beds. The property manager was very helpful and always responsive. It was the perfect honeymoon, even with a toddler! We'd love to come back.

Beautiful and very comfortable house for summer vacation

Amazing villa

We had a very nice week in a stunning villa. It was much better than the desription. Big house with lot of social space. Fantastic pool area with nice furniture and decoration. Area was quiet. Close walk to beaches and small stores. Easy access to Antibes city with bus, just outside. We had an wonderful and relaxing week. Would love to come back !

Wow. Just beautiful

We loved our stay here. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated. The pool is amazing and beautifully landscaped - jasmine, lavender, olives, figs, lemons to name a few of the plants around the pool and house. We enjoyed hiking on the Cap, exploring Antibes and Juan-Les-Pins and a side jaunt to Italy one morning. Great place. Don't hesitate to book!

a luxurious stay in a beautiful and convenient location

Wonderful stay. The house and pool were as beautiful as pictured. Close to bus stop to get into town. Close to Keller beach and the Sentier Littoral. Convenience store and excellent restaurant around the corner. We had some minor electrical problems but Nathalie was immediately available to help. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful relaxing villa

We had a lovely stay in this villa. Outside area is very nice and quiet, with shade and sunny areas available. Pool is large and warm. Air con in bedrooms and dining area is effective. Beds comfortable. Plenty of towels and well equipped kitchen. Garoupe beach is a 10-15 mins walk with a few restaurants. It’s easy to get Ubers to local towns and restaurants. Would stay again.

We are a Dutch Family of 4 living in Bloemendaal, a small town in Holland, close to the Dutch beaches and Amsterdam.
We own our villa for 13 years now and have spent so many very nice Family Holidays with our two grown-up daughters and friends and family in the South of France. It always feels like coming home because our villa is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood but also on walking distances of the beach and small grocery shops around the courner. We love to walk to Antibes or Juan les Pins, or bike around the Cap. Both our daughters are studying now so we don't need to go to our house during School Holidays anymore. Bexause of that reason we experienced that the Antibes area is also beautiful during the winter months.
We have decorated our house and garden with love and for many years now we have a very dedicated "team" consisting of our property manager, cleaning lady and gardener. They all take care of the house very well and will do their very best to make your Holiday in our house unforgettable. If you decide to book our house we already do wish you a very nice Holiday with lots of sunshine. Maurice and Simone Kuitems

Because of the location of the villa. On walking distance of the beach (5-10 minutes),
small shop (2-5 minutes), Juan les Pins (30 minutes). Antibes (30 minutes) and only 20-30 minutes by car away from Nice airport.

The outside of the house and garden do have a typical French atmosphere. The pool is lovely and there are lots of flowers around. You will have sunshine in our garden all day long.
