Just Perfect!!

Our stay was incredible. We will definitely go back. The hosts were incredibly friendly and meet our needs at all the time. I highly recommend this place!!!

The location is fabulous to the water & walkable to cafes, shops. Unfortunately the water situation was poor at best, with 4 people taking showers there was not enough water for even 2 showers. The bed linens need to be looked at & more blankets when it is cold. We were there in the winter but it must be a great place to be in warm weather.

Long weekend on the beach

The property is large and clean with many amenities. The kitchen is very well stocked. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The patio is large and fun. The place overall is very well appointed and in a great location.

Wonderful location

This location is wonderful. Close to the beach-2 minutes, in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean. The house has everything you need to manage yourself. The host was very attentive at our needs.

Just beautiful. The beach is one minute away as is the community pool. The managing staff (Kate) was very attentive with us on booking and suggestions. The local company, Fate Foods Catering (Louisa), who provided us with our full breakfast needs each day (Ed, chef and Rubin, waiter could not have been kinder), only added to the luxury of this villa. If it's available during your stay then do not hesitate to book. There is much to do in this area!!

Beautiful villa

This is the second time we have stayed at one of Finest Rentals properties and they have both been lovely. Casa Stefania is a beautiful villa, tastefully decorated and in a fantastic location. The stairs are quite steep so for me I would be worried about very young children staying there but for adults it is perfect. Just a two minute walk to the beach and promenade and close to bus stops for Marbella Old Town or Puerto Banus plus there are a couple of supermarkets within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. Finest Rentals are very easy to deal with and were very responsive to any questions both before and during our stay. Only minor things but a better shower in the top double master bedroom, better drainage in all showers and mirrors for getting ready in the two bedrooms on the middle floor is a must if like us it was all women getting ready every evening.

Friends Weekend

Amazing property right on the beach. Lots off social indoor and outdoor space. Very generous welcome pack which kept us going until the following day so we didn’t need to rush out. Lovely agents who deal with the property. Will definitely use this rental agency again and visit the villa which has everything you need for a fab holiday.

Paradise in Marbella

I have stayed in many rentals. This one gets a perfect score. The house, the location, the management group, everything. The only issue is you may not want to rent a car. It is so popular that there is nowhere to park during the day alstjough lots of room after 6pm. We just rolled with that and it was amazing

Luxurious accommodation in a superb location

The accommodation was a very high spec and was fitted out with every possible accessory to make our holiday a luxurious affair. Location was ideal just a 1 minute walk from the beach and less than that from the communal swimming pool which was never overcrowded. There were lots of excellent restaurants within a twenty minute walk of the property. There is a lovely sun terrace on the roof and on the ground floor a very spacious outdoor area for relaxing and socialising.

Fint radus nära stranden

Traditionell spansk radhus med många sovrum & litet takterrass. Genomgående hög standard och faciliteter. Minus för poolområde. Den var öppet vardagar till 16, inga solstolar, gräs med taggiga ”blommor” var inte heller skönt. Plus för närheten till stranden, bra restauranger samt mataffärer. Även tv/ljud systemet var mycket bra. Bra att veta är att återbetalningen av depositionen dröjer drygt en vecka.

Tack för er recension och vi är glada att ni hade en trevlig vistelse i Marbella och Casa Stefania II. Den övre terrassen är relativt liten. Dock finns det tre terrasser i huset med en kombinerad yta på nästan 100m2, så vi tror ni kan hålla med oss om att det finns gott om terrassyta. Poolen är normalt öppen sju dagar i veckan under de varma månaderna. Under tiden ni var där beslutade komplexet att stänga poolen och ge livvakten lite ledigt eftersom vädret var dåligt, det regnade och ingen badade. Om ni hade informerat oss om att ni gärna ville bada skulle vi givetvis ha ordnat detta för er. Solstolar finns att ta med sig till poolen, dom finns i förrådet som var upplåst och detta nämns även i husguiden. Återigen önskar vi att ni hade sagt till oss så hade vi kunnat hjälpa er. Vi har även pratat med trädgårdsmästaren angående att gräset behövde klippas, detta är något vi hade kunnat ordna om ni hade informerat oss under er vistelse. Depositionen är inget vi håller i utan denna hålls utav Home Away och när vi kontrollerat huset efter våra gästers avresa meddelar vi dom att allt är ok och dom skickar då direkt tillbaka depositionen, dom flesta gäster har fått inbetalningen inom ett par dagar.

Amazing

From start to finish this was an amazing place. We arrived to a welcoming basket and a smilie face and the team couldn't be more helpful throughout our stay. The villa was amazing, pictures don't do it justice, was central to both peurto banous and marbella old town with the taxi journey only 5 minutes and with plenty of restaurants and shops around. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in marbella.

Exceptional property in ideal location. 5 stars!

We stayed for four nights in May, at the start of the season. The house was perfect in every way: clean, beautifully decorated, well arranged. It had all the equipment you would need and lots of different spaces to doze in the sun or shade. Emily is on hand if you have any additional requirements. It is 2 minutes walk to the beach, plenty of parking in the street outside, and it is easy to get taxis to Puerto Banus or Marbella. Locally, there are many lovely restaurants to stroll to. All in all, a perfect vacation and we will be back soon!

Absolutely fantastic villa!!!

Pictures can be very deceiving when it comes to booking places to stay. I can honestly say Casa Stefania 2 doesn’t fall into this category, the place is simply stunning. I was told it was renovated, which is was to a very high standard, the technology within the villa is up to date, all rooms are modern, the beds are very comfortable and the facilities available made my stay very convenient. the location is ideal (close to the beach and shops/restaurants), in general I have to say this place is impressive and I would certainly book again.

Perfect from start to finish

From the moment we made contact with the hosts to the moment we checked out and handed back the keys, the service was faultless. The villa has everything you need and more and has been finished to a very high spec. Absolutely stunning and a real pleasure to stay in, having clearly just been renovated and furnished. We were greeted by Emily who was extremely helpful and had went to the trouble of proving food and drinks for our arrival. The beach is basically on your doorstep and must be no more than 30 seconds walk, with shops and restaurants a couple of minutes walk away also. Very close proximity to Puerto Banus and Marbella centre both between 5-10 mins taxi ride. Couldn't be happier with the stay and the holiday in general and I would recommend and stay again without hesitation. You will not be dissapointed.

Stunning Townhouse with great position near the Beach

We stayed in July for two weeks, the house has been completely renovated inside to an exceptional high standard and very tastefully decorated while being practical at the same time. We loved the new entrance hall and extended kitchen. Having five full bedrooms mainly en-suite was also fantastic and there is a good sunbathing terrace on the roof. The back patio was lovely with plenty of space to relax and enjoy a drink. It was beautifully lit and meant we could extend our evening outside playing cards and listening to music. The amazing huge flat screen smart TV was a great feature and enabled us to catch up on Wimbledon . We enjoyed a few barbecues as the front garden has a very good barbecue and sofas for others to sit and chat while the cook is busy ! It is a good position as it made it easy to go to and from the kitchen. The proximity to the beach front was a great feature and although we had a car we used it less than expected as we could walk to many restaurants on the front and also to tennis courts nearby. Cappucinos towards Marbella was a favourite as it has food to suit anyone and the service was excellent. All in all a fantastic stay was had by all of us and thanks to Emily who was very helpful in any of our requirements such as sorting out cleaning etc. We hope to be able to return in the future .

Love love loved it, would definitely recommend

Amazing, beautiful, pristine and high end property (recently renovated) located steps from the beach.....couldnt ask for more. Located very close to amazing beach front and street restaurants, 5-10min walk to large super market ......my mother now wants to retire in spain, we were there for a family reunion, 4 families and everyone fell in love with the property. I highly recommend it. House has 3 levels and there's enough room for a large group to mingle together and escape from each other.
