BAŠTINICA ZG / HERITAGE ZG APARTMENT is in very CENTRE CENTRE of ZAGREB, 1 minute walk away from the Croatia's Main Square (Trg bana Jelačića).
On the historic old street with a famous funicular and the Tower Lotrscak.

You can explore all of Zagreb's main attractions on foot in short minutes. All tourist attractions are nearby, so there is no need for public transportation, but if you are planning to go a little bit further from the city center, the nearest public transportation is also 1 minute by foot (on the main square).

The apartment gives you the desired comfort and everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.
It's equipped with all the necessities needed for a carefree vacation such as SAT TV, and all home appliances. It's very cozy and modern. Free, private, and high-speed WiFi is provided in the whole apartment.

Nice 2 bedroom apartment in best location

The owner provided me with a code for the key lockbox, and that was it! Easy “check-in”! This comfortable 2 bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor, and away from any street noise. The location could not be better: it is located within easy walking distance of hundreds of restaurants, shops, grocery stores and transportation.

“BAŠTNICA” is a small family business in Croatia for renting apartments in Croatian capital ZAGREB and in city KRK on Island Krk.

We are family Vrbanec from the small city of Nedelišće, near Čakovec on top Nort of Croatia. Our main/core business is Architecture, construction and landscape which is the main occupation of our small firm DIA d.o.o. ( ).

n the time we have opportunities to get into hosting business on our way of thinking. We love old parts of City’s, their historical, spiritual and aesthetic values. Therefore, we started to invest in booming Croatia histrion tourism.

All of our houses and apartments ware in ruins when we started to reconstruct and rebuild them with new age materials, but keeping in mind there historical meaning to Old City himself. Because of this, we come across many construction obstacles. Together with the help of friends and business partners, we have successfully overcome them and therefor we are thankful.

Our love for Architecture is still strong, so we decided to stay in our main occupation of making architectural achievements so the world we are living will be even more beautiful. We are thankful to our new friends and business partners in our hosting/tourism adventure
