Perfectly Set for Family w/ Children

The space waa accurate to description. We were a family of 11 with 5 children and the pool was perfect and kitchen was great for making meals. Space was clean and inviting. We spent a lot of time outdoors

We strongly recommend this place

Sa Cabaneta is a magnificent finca for people who like calm. The house is all stone and well decorated. This is the paradise for children who could run everywhere without any risks and enjoy animals proximity like turtles, goose, duck, birds, horse. Thanks a million for this fabulous holidays. The house and the environment were as expected, quiet, nice, beautiful. Nice swimming pool, close to the sea.

A beautiful house in a fantastic rural location, great facilities, easy access to the north coast.

A beautiful farm house in a gorgeous location with fabulous views and easy access to the beaches long the north coast. The animals on the land next to the house was a real hit with my children! The house was enormous and generally well decorated, the outside space was excellent, including the pool. We visited in August so found a couple of the rooms very hot, but the ceiling fans in every bedroom ensured that everyone was cool enough to sleep. Generally we liked everything about the property and would definitely consider staying there again, but a couple things to note - the track to the property is unpaved, there were lots of flies being in such a rural location, one of the animals on the farm was a cockerel so be prepared for a 4:30am wake up call!!

Nice place but too less comfortable for our needs

Location perfect to reach the beaches in the northeast,the agency Mallorca Charme was really friendly and helpful. Property was a little bit shabby but not that chic. Our main problem was the missing air conditioning, the rooms on the upper floor hardly bearable during the night due the heat.Another topic was the missing cleaning service during the 13 days, that would have made our stay a little more comfortable for us. And we know, that there are cleaning services in other Fincas.

This is a unique property, very rural, rustic with a huge amount of charm and character which was exactly what we where looking for. There is so much to discover on the property, both inside and out. We stayed a week, a car is essential! Being inland we were able to explore various bits of the coastline on different days which was great for variety. The local beach at Son Serra de Marina was stunning and only a 10 minute drive from the property. It’s also the closest place to eat out, we only managed one meal but there appeared to be several good restaurants all within a small area. We mainly enjoyed home cooked meals using the kitchen which we felt was very well equipped - especially with wine glasses! One of the highlights was eating outside watching the sunset behind the mountains - quite special.The pool and surrounding area was a lovely space to spend time in - just a few cockerels and peacocks in the distance but apart from that totally peaceful.

An enchanting house far from the crowd but close to natural wonders.

It has the charm of an old estate, a large garden with many places to stroll out and great views all around. It is extremely relaxing and you can get fantastic nights of sleep. The house is big enough to accomodate a large familya group of friends. The bathrooms are clean and modern. Very nice beaches such as Playa de Muro are about 20-30 minutes drive... The rooms are ok but the furniture could be improved: some newer beds, chairs and cupboards would make it more pleasant. The inside was quite dusty in some places. The pool is there but really cold, and since there are wasp nests in the property, lots and lots of wasps are attracted by the fresh water. There should be a way to fix that!

Lage und Gestaltung der Finca, großzügige Räumlichkeiten und herrlicher Pool! Auch die Betreuung per e-mail war hervorragend. Ein wundervoller Weg ("gelbe Route") durch das Finca-Areal! Auflagen für die Liegen am Pool, bitte dringend Geschirr, Gläser und Kochgeschirr austauschen! Vieles war schmutzig und wirklich sehr alt und man musste es sich zwischen neuer und alter Küche zusammensuchen.

Una estada de pel·lícula enmig de la natura!

Ens ha agradat tot excepte la neteja i el tema rateres davall els llits. La neteja tampoc no és que s'hagi de valorar tan baixa però no deixa elegir una opció diferent. Nosaltres diríem que és deficient perquè hi ha coses per millorar (racons, rentaplats, cuneta, gelera, ...) i tenim present que és una casa antiga i que no pot estar a punt de passar revista però hauria de millorar. Una habitació i, sobretot, un bany fan molta olor i són poc higiènics.

Ruhiger Mallorca - Urlaub auf wunderschöner Finca

Wir hatten wunderbare, ruhige Tage in der sehr großen, alten aber liebevoll restaurierten Finca. Wenn jemand Ruhe und Erholung sucht, Urlaub abseits des Tourismustrubels, findet er genau das dort. Das Haus ist groß genug für eine große Familie oder für eine Gruppe. Der Pool war temperaturmäßig genau richtig, eine feine Abkühlung. Die Liegen unter dem Olivenbaum laden zum Relaxen ein. Da der nächste Supermarkt ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist, sollte man am besten eine Einkaufsliste schreiben, damit man nichts vergisst. Ein großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfächern ist vorhanden. Insgesamt war das Haus genau so, wie auf der Webseite beschrieben. Geschirrtücher haben gefehlt...
