Luxurious apartment ( Penthouse) of a total surface of 350 m ² ( including terraces), exceptional view and stunning sunrises, situated in the last floor, 3 big rooms and 3 bathrooms, very modern kitchen, guest's toilets, terraces at 2 levels adjoining in rooms and in lounge, place of garage, access to the port of the marina Gustavia in 5 min by walking and in the beach Of Shell's Beach in 300 m.
The Penthouse is situated in front of the port of Gustavia, with an exposure allowing to take advantage of sunrises, and to avoid the hot season of the sunset and the excessive use of the air conditioning.
It is also close to the beach , in a low-lying zone close to the sea level, to take advantage of the night-life without moving by car
