Home away from home!

As soon as we walk in, we exhale. So thankful for this rental. Location perfect for walking, which we do a lot with our dogs. The pool is so much family fun. Mary is always quick to respond. This is our 2nd year staying here & already booked for next yr.

Simply Amazing Property!

We had the pleasure to stay at this property for spring break, which made for an amazing week! First and foremost, the view and location are worth the price alone! The house is centrally located to downtown Rosemary and within biking distance to a number of other locations. And the view may be the best on the beach, particularly with the expansive patio. You couldn't ask for a better location for morning coffee.The house itself was also fantastic. There was more than enough room for a family of 4 with 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen is huge (and well stocked), with a large family room that was perfect for movie nights! And the private pool was the icing on the cake! All in all, this property is top notch!

This home in Rosemary Beach is wonderful. The view of the Gulf is spectacular. Lovely, comfortable chairs on the deck. The home is very comfortable. Was sad to leave.

Nice end of summer trip

We had a fun week. The house location can't be beat - nothing like overlooking the gulf from your porch. We loved that it's a quiet gated neighborhood, and you can walk to so many shops and restaurants. The house was clean, well stocked, and beds were comfortable. I know a rental house takes abuse, so there could be some updating/ cleaning of upholstry, etc. It was also nice to have the beach service included. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful ocean front home

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful home. Great AC and water pressure. A big kitchen and living area and primary bedroom. Lots of room to breathe. A short walk to the beach. A really community with areas to let your dog out. Nice little pool to cool off in. We had a great stay overall. And we would come back here.

Really enjoyed our 9 night stay. Beautiful home with stunning views. The location was great and the quiet, gated community steps to the private beach was perfect for our family. The daily service on the beach was much appreciated as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Beach House

The house was great. Awesome oceanfront views, short walk to the beach access walk over, very close to shops/restaurants in Rosemary, Seacrest, Inlet, Alys. The daily beach chair service was convenient, and the house had plenty of beach/pool toys. The pool was nice to have as well. Kids loved it. We would definitely stay here again.

Never disappoints

Enjoyed our 5th stay at this location. That tells the whole story. The location, ocean view and walkable to both Seacrest and Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants can’t be beat.

Our Home on the Beach

Once you park your car in the narrow driveway, everything is walking distance. Beautiful. Beds were all comfortable. Great communication with owner/manager. We will be back.

Amazing Views By the Ocean!

The house was conveniently located right on the beach and next to everything Rosemary has to offer. The house was accommodating and well stocked but definitely needed to be cleaned with a little more detail. Overall lovely vacation.

Hidden Gem on 30A

I spent almost the entire month of March in this beautiful rental and I didn't want to leave! The home was the perfect location, clean, well-stocked, and pet friendly for my fur babies. The homeowner was very responsive to any questions or concerns. I'm thankful to Mary for sharing her home and I'll definitely return in the future!

New years at the beach

We’ve frequented this property numerous times and it never disappoints. We love the peace and quiet and the convenience to great restaurants. Highlights are getting up early to welcome the sun up, and relaxing on the deck as it goes down. Looking forward to returning.

This is a private, gated neighborhood with RFID access to the beach to help keep the community peaceful and private. While it's a short walk to Rosemary and Aly's Beach, the roads are code access only avoiding onlookers and big crowds within the neighborhood.

The hardest part about staying at the Beach house is having to leave! The views in all directions are incredible and the house is the perfect size for a family or friends get away. Not too big and not too small - just right!
