Home is exceptional from location on lake, to being a comfortably furnished house, very clean, including a well equipped kitchen, and the grandchildren loving the pool table, ping pong table, foosball table and big backyard to play in and then sitting comfortably around a fire every night making s'mores and enjoying all the deer walk around us. We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely be coming back again in the future.

Great getaway gor family

We had a great stay. Although the lake was drained for dredging we were able to locate local and convenient alternatives for swimming fishing and canoeing/paddle boats. The house was very spacious. We especially enjoyed the outdoor areas and fire pit. Owner John is amazingly responsive and helped with finding all the local activities. Definitely would stay again.

Great time to be had for all! The Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, & Foosball Table are in mint condition. Owner & Housekeeper are super friendly and extremely helpful!Property was perfectly clean on arrival and had ample room for all of us. The lake was drained during our stay, but even with that, it was still an amazing till. Plenty of room to store food, and all the cookware you could possibly need is available to you.Overall, the perfect place to have a perfect vacation.

Great house for group

The house was great for our golf trip. Plenty of bedrooms, large living area/eating area, parlor games, and bathrooms. John was very responsive to any questions.We plan a return trip next year.

Better Than Advertised!

Had a wonderful stay. Treasure Lake was a lot of fun and this property was even better than it looked in the listing. Our group of 8 adults and 3 children fit very comfortably. We will definitely consider booking this house again.

The property and house was excellent! Water in the lake would have made it perfect. But we knew about it. Firepit was a big hit with the families. Game room was great, kitchen was great, could of used a few more chairs, but the outside deck made up for it. Parking was perfect for 8 vehicles. Having the laundry area worked out great as well. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Could have used a dresser or table in the one masterbath but was perfect. For us, a bigger grill, or blackstone would have worked better, as we liked to stay at the house and cook, enjoy the families together.i have nothing negative to say, house is great. Owner was well attentive when we had questions about anything.

Awesome stay on Treasure Lake!

The lake house was all that we (3 families…6 adults/6 teens) could want and more! Very spacious house and great set-up. We purposely chose this house because each adult couple could have their own bathroom and then the kids could have bathrooms also. Great views from the expansive deck and fire pit. Very thoughtful amenities (keurig machine, hair dryers, motion sensor outdoor lights, dishes, silverware etc) throughout. The host was very responsive throughout the entire booking/pre-trip process. Despite being there to witness a Penn State loss 😭, the house more than made up for our disappointment while in Happy Valley (about an hour away).

We were very happy with everything at the house. It had plenty of room for 12 adults. We liked the game room. We had a pool tournament and a ping pong tournament. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed. All of the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Wonderful Penn State Graduation Stay for All

We booked this location for my son’s State College graduation. He started off in DuBois for 2 years from California so all of my family plus a few inlaws came to stay with us. The house and space was perfect with so much open space we never felt cramped. The fully done basement with games and comfortable living area was amazing for the younger adults to sleep and hang out in, as if they had their own place. The kitchen was fully equipped and served our purposes with no issue. We had a total of 11 adults and one toddler and no one seemed to get in another’s way. The upgrades throughout were beautifully done, especially the bathrooms. We had a chance to utilize the firepit which everyone loved. John answered my questions quickly and I appreciated his hosting of our special event. Thank you! I highly recommend this property for any larger gathering.

Golf Weekend

The house was immaculate with beautiful bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is plenty of space, the house is definitely bigger than it looks from the outside. Centrally located for the gold and silver golf courses. We would definitely stay here again!

September Trip

We really enjoyed our stay here. We went to a Penn State game Saturday night and it was very convenient to stay an hour away from State College, rather than driving 3.5 hours home. The house was clean, spacious and had all we needed. The kids really enjoyed the ping pong table, foosball, and air hockey. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood as well! We hope to come back again!

Great family gathering

We spent a week at this wonderful property. 7 adults and a baby. We had more than enough space and the house is outfitted with everything you need. Perfect fun and relaxing vacation!

Deer, black squirrels, fun.

Having 2 refrigerators was a plus for our group of 12. Pictures shown are accurate. Prompt responses from owner. There were 2 issues I left the owner know I would be posting about in my review. One of the bedrooms doesn't have drapes/blinds/room darkening film, etc.. The other was the oven didn't work, plan on meals in a crockpot.

Beautiful house, great host

The property was nice, grandkids and all loved the wildlife that came to see us daily. Only downfall was that we all couldn't do all things together. Because we had a large family(12} we couldn't all go to the pool or beach together. We also had 2 people on a paddleboat ask my grandkids why they were fishing because it is a catch and release lake.. Overall if this house was at another location would highly recommend it. Or if you have a smaller family.
